I’ve hosted and sold out dozens of events from masterminds, conferences, and leadership summits all over the country.
I can tell you that most events out there are run the same way and ALL miss the same thing.
You spend $1000+ to sit in a hotel ballroom for two days.
You take notes, maybe meet a few people during breaks, and then head home, telling yourself it was “worth it.”
But you and I both know the truth, most of those weekends don’t change anything.
You’ll leave with nothing more but a notebook and a name tag.
If you’ve ever been to one of my live experiences, you already know they’re not like those traditional conferences or masterminds.
Because there’s one thing I prioritize above everything else: Connection.
Every time I host an event, I make sure that when you leave, you’re not just walking away with notes but lifelong connections.
I share this with you because over the last two decades, I’ve built a rolodex of men and women who’ve changed my life.
All entrepreneurs, Navy SEALs, and athletes who’ve become friends (and business partners).
Who’ve helped me grow businesses, navigate tough seasons, and become a better husband, father, and leader.
And it’s not because I met them in some seminar ballroom.
It’s because I put myself in the rooms that built connection. Rooms where we trained together, broke bread together, and then strategized side by side.
That’s where respect is built and trust forms.
And that’s what led me to create The Brotherhood Project.
A one-day experience where you’ll sweat, strategize, and finish off with a good steak dinner.
Here’s how it works:
SWEAT
We start the day with a workout.
We hit the weights and get after it.
Then we roll jiu-jitsu, glove up for a few boxing rounds, and have some fun in the process.
There’s something powerful about training hard with other men.
You see how they handle pressure.
You watch how they respond when things get tough.
I’ve learned more about a man in one workout than I have in months of business meetings.
Sweat strips away the ego and reminds us that no matter where we come from, we’re all built from the same stuff.
STRATEGY
After the workout, we spend the day diving deep into business, leadership, and life.
We talk shop and share what’s working, what’s not, and where the opportunities are.
I tap into my rolodex of connections and bring in a few experts who have open, tactical discussions that move your business and mindset forward.
You’ll sit shoulder to shoulder with other high-performing men who are in the trenches just like you.
Iron sharpens iron, and by the end of the day, you’ll walk away with ideas and brothers who will help you win long after the event is over.
STEAK
When the work is done, we end the night the right way…
With good food, great conversation, and even better company.
The dinner is where strangers become friends, and friends become brothers.
There’s something primal and powerful about breaking bread together.
It’s been one of the oldest ways men have built trust and connection throughout history.
We’ve spent the morning training side by side, the afternoon sharpening each other’s minds and by the time dinner rolls around, the walls are gone.
You’ll see guys who just met that morning laughing like old friends, swapping stories, trading numbers, and planning what’s next.
For me, this is always my favorite part of the Brotherhood Project.
Because I know that by the end of the night, every man leaves with his own rolodex. One that is filled with the kind of connections that make life and business richer.
And they’re what make this experience unlike anything else out there.
This is why the Brotherhood Project isn’t another seminar or networking event.
And unlike those $2,000 events that overpromise and underdeliver, this costs $399.
The next Brotherhood Project is happening on October 25th in Southern California.
