A decade-long worth of lessons ($200M in results)

Looking back, there are a few key lessons I wish I had learned sooner.

Lessons that would have saved me time, energy, and a whole lot of headaches.

Lessons that could have propelled my to success much faster and reduced the number of sleepless nights I had worrying if I was on the right track.

Today, I’m sharing these nuggets of wisdom with you, in hopes that they might save you years of mistakes and time-collapse your success.

Here are 10 things that I wish I learned sooner:

1) The True Worth of Time

The most valuable resource you can give anyone is your time. And the thing is you can’t negotiate or bargain with it.

Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Use it wisely.

2) Health is Wealth

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times – health is wealth. Because without good health, all the money in the world is meaningless.

That’s why I started Trulean, to provide no-BS supplements to fuel your everyday life and fitness goals.

3) The Magic of Compound Interest

As Einstein called it, compounding interest is the eighth wonder of the world.

Start investing early, be consistent, and watch your wealth grow.

4) Emotional Intelligence

We all know IQ, but few know the importance of EQ. Emotional intelligence drives the success of our relationships and communication.

If you want to lead, sell, and communicate with others learning EQ should be your top priority.

5) The Dignity of Hard Work

As my friends at Few Will Hunt say, “Restoring the dignity of hard work.” There’s no substitute for hard work.

Success comes to those who are dedicated and persistent.

6) The Power of Knowledge

Never underestimate the impact of a good book. For less than $20 you can access some of the greatest minds in history.

Reading should be a non-negotiable for you.

7) Your Network Determines Your Net Worth

Building a strong network can open doors to opportunities.

It’s not just about what you know, but also who you know.

8) Learn the Value of Failure

Stumble. Fall. Rise. Repeat.

Failure isn’t a dead-end, it’s a detour to a better route. Embrace it, learn from it, and grow through it.

9) Value Family

Family is important. They are the ones who will be there for you in times of need.

Make time for them.

10) Practice Self-Love

This might sound cliché, but it’s fundamental – you can’t pour from an empty cup. Love yourself, prioritize your well-being, and watch how it transforms your life.

Regardless of where you are in life, anyone can benefit from these lessons. It’s never too late to start incorporating them into your life.
