This weekend we hosted the Empire Mastermind at my HQ and for two days we poured into a bunch of impact-driven entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses even faster!
We shared new strategies for lead generation and ways to differentiate your business from the competitors so that they can attract more clients and customers.
We also shared strategies on how to scale a business faster by getting influential people to talk about your product or service for free.
One of my favorite parts about these mastermind meetups is the hot seat sessions. This is where you tell me your most pressing business challenge or opportunity and I give you my strategy to overcome the challenge or exploit the opportunity.

I feel 10 years older by way of wisdom and ability to handle more s#it, and I’m certain you do too.
The challenges we’ve faced this year are unlike anything the world has experienced before.
Our emotional resilience gets tested every day.
And if you can get through this time, it will set you up for future success.
But make no mistake about it… this doesn’t end with 2020.
And one of the things I shared with the entrepreneurs at the Empire Mastermind was that this is a marathon and not a sprint.

Too many people skipped out on training their “Adversity Muscles,” and it’s why so many entrepreneurs have closed down shop.
Your “Adversity Muscles” are like the muscles you build at the gym.
Now here’s the thing about “Adversity Muscles” you can’t see them, but they’re there and if you’ve let yourself stay soft then you probably felt the COVID chaos in your business and in your life a LOT more.
So train your adversity muscles.
The only way to build your “Adversity Muscles” is to do hard things until you get used to like them.
Wake up early. Workout. Eat healthily. Go register for a marathon, train for it, and run it.
Doing hard things trains your “Adversity Muscles” and makes you mentally and emotionally tough when the sh!t hits the fan.
And remember this, it’s never too late to train them.

You can’t build an empire dominating the Real Estate, Fitness, or any industry without being a strong leader.
The only way to build an empire is to dominate leadership first.
It’s how I’m able to run and grow several businesses and not feel an ounce of burnout.

This allows me to see the bigger picture. It removes me from the business, so I can focus on the big needle movers.

- And have the leader you found run it.
With this formula, I’m able to grow and scale my multiple companies quickly.
Building an empire is easy if you have the right leadership. Your only limitation is your leadership and your ability to develop or find new leaders.
