“People want personal training, Bedros. One-on-one. That’s where the money is.”
I looked at the data, looked at the trends, looked at where consumer behavior was heading…
…and I bet everything on group fitness anyway.

They want to pick up their grandkids without throwing out their back, stay independent, stay strong, stay functional for the next 20-30 years of their life.
And 386 metro cities across the country are already baby boomer heavy – meaning the demand is there RIGHT NOW and almost nobody is positioned to serve it.
