So far riots and protests have broken out.
This is not a surprise because this happened with the last election.
Our nation is more divided than ever.
The media made sure of it.
CNN said Trump was a racist and will destroy the country.
Fox News said Biden is corrupt and will sell America’s soul to communist China.
My phone has text messages flying in left and right about the election and what I’m going to do.
To be honest, I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing.
Help people live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
Look, the election will happen and we’ll all vote for who we feel will best lead our country.
But for the most part who wins and what they really do once in power is out of my control but…
What’s in my control is how I treat others.
Because we’re divided right now, everyone is being an @sshole to each other.
So here’s my message and response to the election:
Be kind.
It costs $0 and is super valuable at the same time.
Kindness is what will help heal the nation we all love. It will help glue back the wide gap between us.
Remember, it costs you exactly NOTHING to be kind to others. Yet the return on investment is tenfold.
