“Where do I need to spend the majority of my time to have the biggest impact on my business?”
For most entrepreneurs, it might be:
- High-level strategy that sets direction for the entire company
- Key partnerships that open new revenue channels
- Sales conversations that bring in major clients
Everything else? That’s what your team is for.
If you’re struggling to identify your 5%, track everything you do for a week.
Analyze which activities directly led to income or growth.
Those are likely your 5%.
The rest – the 95% – is robbing you of time, energy, and focus.
