I’m going to share something with you today.
And once you understand this, you’ll be able to
- Build a body you’re proud of
- Launch the business you’ve always wanted
- And create the life you’ve dreamed of
This has been my secret to all my success and accomplishing everything that I’ve done so far, and I want to share it with you.
It’s very simple: Understand the Power of Delayed Gratification.
Now, I know what you’re thinking.
“Delayed gratification? That’s nothing new, Bedros.” But hear me out.
Because the reality is everyone talks about it, but few actually live it.
Why? Success, and not that B.S. IG flexing you see all over social media, I mean real life-changing success, requires years of behind-the-scenes work.
This is the work you’re putting in when no one is watching.
Most people will put in 1 day, 1 week, hell even 1 year of work and think that’s enough.
Sorry to break it to those cupcakes but they’re not even close.
Because it takes 5, 10, or even f*cking 20 years of relentless work…all while believing that your time will come eventually. Realizing that every action you take today brings you an inch closer to your ultimate goal.
For me, one of the biggest ways to help build this mental habit has been to hit the gym and stay lean and jacked all year long.
Because the discipline you gain from working out will always spill over into every other area of your life.
You’ll learn how to combine what you’ve gained from the gym with your scaling your business and personal growth.
That’s the trifecta for a meaningful life.
The problem is many people struggle to bring all these elements together. You might see a totally jacked guy who’s a total mess in his personal life or a business owner turning to vices to relieve the stress.
So this is why a few buddies and I created to the Agoge Program. It’s designed to help you integrate all these aspects seamlessly.
Look, the version of you that you’re striving for might not be created today.
But it can happen in the next 6 months, next year, or the next decade.
The key to getting further in life is to keep delaying that instant gratification.
Choosing purpose over pleasure.
So that your impact on this world will eventually far outweigh your income.
Because leaving an impact on this world is the real goal, isn’t it?
P.S. If you’re looking for the exact plan I follow to stay jacked and lean all year round while juggling multi-million dollar business then check out the Agoge.
