The Secret To Operating At Your Highest Level

I come from a time when the secret to building muscle was lifting heavy weights daily. 

And the secret to getting sh!t done was waking up, drinking some coffee, and immediately getting to work.

Now we’re living in a day and age where working out jumping from one fad to another, and chasing the latest “revolutionary” exercise routine.

Productivity hacks promise to help accomplish 40 hours of work in 30 minutes. 

And morning routines that seem to last into the afternoon.

Worst of all, these trends come and go like Sleepy Joe’s memory.

Remember that coffee butter everyone swore by? Or the Peloton craze people lost their minds over?

I barely do.

I share this with you because getting in shape and accomplishing your goals shouldn’t be complicated. 

Because if I can go from eating out of a dumpster to leaving a $2000 tip at a steakhouse – you can too.

And if I can go from being out of shape and stressed out to maintaining a solid physique all year round and juggling the demands of family and business – you can too.

Here are the 5 tried and true things I do to operate at my highest level year-round:

  1. Attack the day: I’m a firm believer in developing a GSD list the night before so that in the morning you can attack the most important thing on your list. You don’t need a crazy 5 hour morning routine to get into “flow”, all you need is to crack open your laptop and get to work. 
  2. Good nutrition: If you’re someone who respects what he puts in his body I guarantee others will respect you. High protein, greens, and minimum carbs. And if you don’t know where to start then learn to track your macros.
  3. Exercise: Lift heavy and try to lift every day. I hit a body group a day, find what works for you, and stick with it.
  4. Great sleep: Most adults need 7-9 hours of sleep and I found that the less sleep I get the less efficient I am throughout my day. 
  5. The right supplementation: Taking the right supplement(s) will give you the slight edge you need to get more focus and stay healthy so you can get more sh!t done.

Look, I was notorious for having a supplement cabinet full of supplements. 

Now I stick with just two: a protein powder and an immune-strengthening supplement.

These help me maintain my energy levels throughout the day and my overall well-being. 

And I know they can help you too.

This daily supplement protocol has saved me from having a red light machine start my day with a “red moon”. (;
