- Offer a good, better and best option – and one of those options should be based on recurring revenue.
- Make sales conversions more predictable. I don’t care if you’re selling off the website, in DMs, on sales calls or in-person… your sales process MUST be systematized and predictable otherwise, no amount of new leads will help you if your sales process sucks.
- You’ve got the show up as the leader that your future business demands. Leadership is the lid to any business. Poor leaders cannot operate successful business.
