And it’ll radically improve your life – just like it did for me.
Here’s how it works:
Send 3 gratitude text messages every morning to 3 different people in your life. It could be a friend, a family member, a mentor, or even a coworker. People underestimate how impactful a simple “thanks” or “thinking of you” can be.
Eat 4 low carb, low-fat, high-protein meals a day. Think of this as putting premium gas in your car. You wouldn’t fill up a Ferrari with crappy fuel, right? F*ck no! Eat high-quality, nutrient-packed food to give the fuel your body needs to run like a well-oiled machine.
Exercise 5 days a week. Fitness is the gateway drug to a better life. Whether it’s a walk, a gym session, or you’re a Fit Body Boot Camp client, make sure you’re moving your body.
