Growing up, I was never the smartest person in the room.
I barely graduated high school. I came to this country from communist Armenia not speaking a word of English. I’ve never taken a business class in my life.
Ask me about quantum physics? No clue.
The French Revolution? Couldn’t tell you.
How to code a website? Not happening.
If you sat me down for a trivia game that isn’t about fitness, jiu jitsu, or business, I’d probably lose every single round.
Now, as you can tell, I’m not the smartest tool in the shed…
Yet somehow, I’ve built multiple 8 and 9-figure businesses. And I’ve coached hundreds of entrepreneurs to do the same.
How is that possible?
Two things:
- Having the balls to take action.
- Because I figured out early on that you don’t need to know everything to make millions. You just need to get really damn good at one high-income skill.
For me, that skill was sales.
I learned how to sell. How to close deals. How to get people to say yes.
And once I mastered sales, everything else became easier.
Sales taught me copywriting. Because copywriting is just selling in print.
Sales taught me marketing. Because marketing is just getting people interested enough to get on a call.
Sales taught me how to build businesses. Because if you can sell, you can make money. And if you can make money, you can figure out the rest.
But it all started with mastering one skill.
From there, I learned how to install the infrastructure that turns a $500K business into a $5M business – and eventually into multiple 8 and 9-figure companies.
Here’s what most entrepreneurs don’t understand:
You don’t need to be the smartest person in the room.
You just need to master one high-income skill, then learn how to build around it.
