Why most entrepreneurs will fail

Entrepreneurship is a tough gig.

You have to juggle everything from business management to sales and marketing as well as employees who come with all types of personality issues.

All while staying on top of YOUR personal life as you try to make money.

This juggle is enough to make anyone want to throw in the towel, which is why there’s an 80% failure rate for businesses.

Entrepreneurs are a different breed of people, yet we’re still human. That means there are plenty of things that can weigh us down while we’re on the road to success.

After helping thousands of entrepreneurs scale and succeed, I discovered there’s one “success blocker” that holds us back from our full potential…

Our inner demons.

Our belief systems.

Inner demons are thoughts based on criticism and self-doubt that may not necessarily be true.

We all have them.

Now here’s the funny thing about inner demons.

You can only ignore and avoid them for so long before they manifest and come up in another area of your life.

For me, they showed up as anxiety attacks, addictions, vices, and outbursts of rage.

And for most people, inner demons control their thoughts, feelings and lives.

Here’s how you can get over your inner demons: get help and do the work to heal.

To get help with mine, I turned to a therapist. He helped me address the things I kept running away from my entire life.

Which then helped me overcome and conquer the inner demons that were controlling me, AND to be totally honest with you, caused me to sabotage my success on more than one occasion.

Look, if you follow me on social media or read my emails often then you know that I’ve got several great companies that are crushing it as well as a strong team… and we always win.

But it wasn’t always that way.

This is why I’m sharing this with you.

Before I had dealt with my inner demons I was always overwhelmed, stressed and found myself with my back against the wall…

…self sabotage.

Look, we all have inner demons to deal with, and it’s okay to ask for help.

Asking for help isn’t a sign of Weakness. It’s a sign of strength and maturity.

Being an entrepreneur is tough enough… being one and carrying all that extra head trash is near impossible.

If you don’t want to be weighed down by your past, ask for help, so you can conquer your inner demons.
