Most business owners think they have a sales problem.
They don’t.
They have a product problem.
Let me explain…
If your offer isn’t converting, it’s because it’s not good enough.
Not different enough.
Not painful enough.
Not urgent enough.
Not unique enough.
So here’s what you do if you want to craft a better offer…
You stop selling your product… and start selling your offer.
Anyone can sell programs, a mastermind, or services.
But here’s how you become a category of one… because unless you can differentiate, you can’t sell.
You stack undeniable value. In other words, the VALUE should seem greater than the cost.
Take what you’re already selling—and wrap it in so much perceived value that the cost feels like it’s way underpriced.
Add speed: How do they get the result faster?
Add certainty: How do they know it’ll work?
Add exclusivity: Can they get this anywhere else? No? Good.
Add scarcity: Can everyone get in? No? Even better.
Add risk reversal: Do you stand behind your product with a money back guarantee?
Example:
Don’t sell a course.
Instead sell…
- Lifetime access to the system
- Bi-weekly live Q&A calls for 90 days
- A private 24/7 accountability group
- A 2-week implementation sprint
- A money-back guarantee if they don’t get X result
That my friend is an offer.
Not “$499 for 5 videos and a workbook.”
That’s what amateurs do. That’s why they don’t scale.
When the value exceeds the price by 10x, people don’t think, they buy.
And if you get this right, you stop desperately chasing clients.
For all this work though, your product or service needs to deliver on its promise.
So, stop trying to sell your product like a commodity and start crafting a better, more irresistible offer that they can’t say “NO” to.
