It’s been years since I fully sat in that place of wondering where things were going…
…If I’d be able to make payroll next month…
…Or if the whole thing was going to come crashing down.
Fast forward to today and I’m financially secure and described as a “thought leader” which still blows my mind.
And I’m always humbled when I hear people say I’ve helped them achieve success.
So what changed for me?
And how can my change help you?
When I step back and dissect what unlocked the 2.0 version of myself, it’s actually very simple to see…
…it was a new self-identity.
Today I want to explain how to unlock your new self-identity.
You see, right now, you’re not who you think you are.
And your self-identity determines your outcomes in life AND in business.
A lot of my 1-on-1 coaching clients and the entrepreneurs inside Scale Syndicate come in thinking they need better tactics to grow.
And yeah, we give them all of that.
But the real breakthrough almost never comes from a tactic.
It comes from ditching the false identity that’s been keeping them stuck.
Most times our false identities come from some kind of past trauma, things we experienced growing up, or maybe even things people told us about ourselves.
For me, I came into the States as an immigrant.
I didn’t speak the language.
We were broke.
That made me believe I was unlovable, unworthy, and I carried the belief that life wouldn’t get any better.
And trust me, while I carried that false identity, I found evidence everywhere I went that it was true.
It was only once I took back the pen and started writing my own story that my life changed.
It’s only when we replace these false identities that we start to get the life, money, meaning, and impact we deserve.
It takes work.
And sometimes it gets uncomfortable.
But doing the work will transform your life and your business beyond all recognition.
Here’s where to start:
- Cut the old vices
- Invest in yourself daily
- Eliminate what doesn’t serve you
- Surround yourself with people who sharpen you
In case no one told you today (or you have a hard time telling yourself)…
You ARE lovable. You ARE worthy. You ARE deserving. You CAN be your 2.0 Self.
You just have to ditch that false identity you’re carrying around.
And if you’re an entrepreneur ready to scale and ditch that false identity…

P.S. This is exactly the kind of deep work we do inside Scale Syndicate.
Not just the tactics and the systems to scale your business but the identity work that makes the scale stick.
If you own a business and you’re ready to scale your business, I want you in the room with us.
Our next meetup is coming up real soon.
