We live in a world that makes it way too easy to stay comfortable.

Everything is one tap or scroll away.

The world is designed to make things “easy.”

I share this with you because I’ve seen how quickly your health can get stolen from you, and most men don’t even notice it happening.

You think you’re just winding down with one beer.

You think skipping the gym “just for today” won’t matter.

You think ordering fast food as a little treat is harmless.

But what you don’t see is that your discipline is bleeding out one decision at a time.
