The 4 High Income Skills That Made Me Millions

Nowadays, there are so many things to invest in and so much change in the market.

I’m sure you’ve seen these people all over social media, one week they’re a crypto trader, the next they’re investing in NFTs, then they become an online coach…

Don’t even get me started on these scumbags selling you their “make money” course that they themselves couldn’t make money off.

These people are constantly hopping from business idea to business idea.

And the reason why they’re not making any money is that most of these individuals keep investing in the wrong things.

You see if I had to start over again with zero skill, zero experience, and an empty bank account.

Rather than jump and invest in the latest trend – I’d invest in myself.

And over the years there are 4 skills I invested in that changed my life and propelled me toward massive success. I believe these skills are universal and can be used for any career, business, and even your personal life.

If you can master these 4 high-income skills then you can create a life of abundance.

A life where no matter what industry you’re in or economic landscape you face, you’ll always have the ability to “print money”.

High-Income Skill #1 – Sales

You may not see it now, but I wasn’t a natural salesperson.

In fact, I was TERRIBLE! It took YEARS of practice and learning to perfect this skill. But the ability to sell, influence, and persuade has opened doors for me that I never thought possible.

No matter your profession, knowing how to sell is essential.

High-Income Skill #2 – Communication

I came to this country not knowing a single word of English.

It was tough, but I worked hard to learn the language, lose my accent, and become a captivating storyteller. Now, speaking persuasively and delivering powerful messages have become second nature.

Being able to communicate well is crucial, even if you don’t plan on being a public speaker. Communications help you network, opening up endless opportunities to connect with people, and make money.

High-Income Skill #3 – Copywriting

I used to struggle with writing, but once I learned the art of copywriting, my life changed.

I started crafting powerful captions, emails, and website content that inspired people to take action. Copywriting has allowed me to generate income, build trust, and get clients.

Mastering copywriting has played a huge role in my success, and I know it can do the same for you.

High-Income Skill #4 – Leadership

Developing strong leadership skills has allowed me to inspire others to work toward my vision and achieve greatness.

A great leader creates a vision and inspires others on board. This skill will help you grow your business. Mastering leadership will supercharge your business growth and pave the way for having team members rather than employees.

If you can master these 4 skills I guarantee you will no longer be playing business and will ACTUALLY be in business.

Let me know which skill you’re looking to master first.

Use this Navy SEAL method for making tough decisions in business

You’ve probably heard the heroic story of Marcus Luttrell, a Navy SEAL and author of “Lone Survivor.”

Marcus was the lone survivor of a mission gone wrong in Afghanistan. In the face of overwhelming odds, he showed incredible strength and resilience to survive.

Marcus is a true hero and patriot.

One of my biggest takeaways from his story was the importance of prioritizing the mission and learning to make difficult decisions in high-stress situations.

And it’s a lesson we can all learn from when it comes to running our businesses.

You see, sometimes we must make hard choices for our company, employees, or ourselves.

In my years of entrepreneurship, I’ve had to make tough decisions and even harder phone calls.

I’ve had to pivot marketing strategies, go separate ways with business partners, and let go of employees who weren’t pulling their weight.

Make no mistake, these decisions are never easy…

…but it’s always necessary for the greater good of the company.

I often see this same struggle with my Domination Year and Half Day Coaching clients when they first start coaching with me.

Sometimes they’re so caught up in the moment that they can’t make those tough decisions, have those conversations, or make the crucial pivot. Other times they don’t even realize that THEY’RE the ones holding their company back.

And if they haven’t had their skin in the game long enough, leaders usually try to avoid making tough decisions.

The truth is, waiting to act almost always causes more damage in the long run.

Look, making tough decisions and acting fast will always benefit the company as a whole.

Remember – You’re the Leader.

It’s your responsibility to make the tough decisions and ensure the success of your company.

DUDE! Why are you obsessed?

My good friend, Tony Robbins, once said:

“If you want to be successful in life, watch what everyone else is doing and do the opposite.”

That resonated with me.

And ever since, I’ve gone against the status quo more often than not.

You see, I’ve always been the black sheep of my family.

When I was younger I’d dedicate hours to reading every marketing book and listening to every motivational audio tape I could find.

My obsession with becoming successful was viewed with a negative connotation by most of my family members and friends.

And the truth is, most people are intimidated by those with big goals and dreams.

I stood out because I listened to Tony in the ’90s and did things differently.

You see, having big goals and dreams means chasing big things.

And when you’re chasing and doing big things, you’re going to stand out.

And as the saying goes, “the nail that stands out gets hammered.”

You’ll be hammered with criticism from those around you.

But I’d rather get hammered for having big dreams.

Then settle for a life of regret and mediocrity.

All that hammering does is forge you into a better human being.

When you’re dedicated to being successful, your dedication will come off as an obsession to others.

So embrace being the nail that stands out.

In the end, the hammering will only make you stronger.

Don’t be afraid to stand out and let your obsession fuel your success.

Break Free From Your Box

It seems like so many people these days are stuck in a box – literally and figuratively.

People sleep in a box, drive to work in a box, and spend countless hours online using a digital box.

In today’s society, many individuals choose to stay in their boxes (home).

Never venturing out to explore the world or network with others.

Look, if you want to achieve true success…it’s crucial to break free from that literal box.

As humans, we crave human interaction. It’s in our nature to seek out social connections, find our tribes, and form deep meaningful relationships.

And in order to do that you need to start networking and connecting with others on a deeper level.

Which means IN-PERSON.

None of these BS Zoom meetings and webinars.

How do you expect to have a real conversation with someone when half of the people have their screens off?

All of my best friends, my most valuable connections, and my greatest deals were made in person.

That’s where the magic happens.

And how you build meaningful relationships, truly learn from others, and discover opportunities you wouldn’t have found otherwise.

Remember, life is too short to stay trapped in a box.

Embrace the power of human connection and watch your life change for the better.

Is Your Growth Holding You Back?

It’s inevitable to face some resistance when you’re on a journey of personal transformation and growth.

And I’m not talking about inner resistance.

I’m talking about the resistance you’ll feel from your close friends, family members, or coworkers.

For most people, this resistance is what really holds you back because they make comments like:

“Why aren’t you drinking? You’re not fun anymore.”

“Why do you work so much?”

“I don’t know why you’re trying, you’ve failed before.”

It’s because of these comments from your inner circle, your inner growth is handicapped.

The worst part about this handicap is that they’re not yours.

They are your friends and family who are scared to become that 2.0 version of themselves.

And when you become that, they’ll see how they’ve been slacking.

So you can’t let their negativity and criticism get under your skin and make you doubt yourself.

Because at the end of the day, the only person who can truly hold you back is yourself.

Look, I get it – it’s not easy.

It’s uncomfortable and scary when you start setting higher standards for yourself.

In fact, one of the ways we help men at The MDK Project defeat their old identity is by destroying the limiting beliefs and overcoming past traumas that have kept them handicapped and playing small.

Building their new identity, and the 2.0 version of themselves, in the process.

And don’t get me wrong…

Not everyone around you is trying to bring you down.

There will be some people who will be supportive and cheer you on.

Those individuals are your tribe – hold onto those people like gems.

Just like how you are part of my tribe.

Keep pushing forward, even in the face of resistance.

Don’t let others’ limiting beliefs hold you back.

Believe in yourself, set those high standards, and go after the 2.0 version of yourself.

But imagine the impact even 50k, 10k, or just 1k views could have on your business.

The success of people like Mr. Beast, who leveraged his personal brand to create massively successful companies.

Your episodes and videos will live on the platforms forever.

Continuously attracting new viewers and listeners.

Constantly expanding your reach.

And building your personal brand.

6-Weeks To A Different Life

I’m a firm believer that in order to elevate in life we must continually put ourselves in uncomfortable situations.

Doing something tough, new, and challenging not only pushes us beyond our comfort zone but  makes us more well-rounded in faith, fitness, finance, and family.

This is precisely the mindset that has driven me since 2010 when I first started running 6-week challenges.

Taking on a 6-week challenge made me more resilient, resourceful, and confident.

I currently run 2-4 challenges a year and it has shaped me into a better leader, willing to take on more risk while becoming more emotionally disciplined.

I recently had a conversation with one of the members of the Bedros Keuilian Show tribe, Ryan, who ended up taking the 6-week marathon challenge.

Little did he know just how much this experience would take his life to new heights – literally lol.

Unfortunately, Ryan hit a bump in the road during the training for the challenge.

He suffered an injury that sidelined him for two weeks.

But did that stop him? Absolutely not!

Ryan is a savage, and he knew the importance of pushing through adversity.

He adjusted his goal to seven weeks, keeping his focus on the finish line.

Ryan’s marathon was far from your typical race.

Courtesy of Ryan

The race was in Washington, 4,100 feet elevation, rocks, mud, and brutal terrain that would make even David Goggins think twice.

Regardless of what lay ahead, he kept pushing, conquering hills and rough landscapes.

Although Ryan finished in last place, he F#*KING FINISHED!

I’m proud of this young man for following through on what he said – a rare thing nowadays.

How many people would have used the excuse of their injury to not start the race or would have even given up if they were in last place?

This challenge taught Ryan so much about himself as an entrepreneur, father, and husband.

The best part is this challenge taught Ryan about the importance of doing things for yourself.

How many of us are willing to move mountains for our spouses, children, friends, or employees…

…but aren’t willing to go the extra mile for ourselves so that we can succeed and grow personally?

The Game Has Changed (Don’t Get Left Behind)

Back in the day, things were simpler.

Rap didn’t sound like someone was mumbling.

Your social media was a magazine.

And a knucklehead like me could put up a simple sales page online, and the cash would start coming in.

Making money online back then was super simple.

Not anymore!

It’s safe to say the game has changed – BIG TIME!

But most people don’t know that the rules of the game have been updated so they’re still trying to make money and build their business the old SLOW way.

That’s why so many entrepreneurs are struggling to achieve their goals.

But it doesn’t have to be that way…

Here’s what’s working for me, my companies and my coaching clients today:

People only want to buy from people and companies they know, like, and trust.

That’s why it’s more important than ever to start building your personal brand.

It’s no longer about just having a good product or service. That’s mandatory!

It’s about the person behind the product or service.

Sure it’s still possible to still build a profitable business without a personal brand.

But I guarantee that it will take you a long time to see results…

…and most people don’t have that kind of time to waste.

I’ve seen this firsthand.

I know you’ve seen entrepreneurs like Elon Musk, Gary Vaynerchuk, and Grant Cardone have leveraged their personal brands.

That’s what I’ve done, too.

Creating powerhouse companies and massive influence in our respective industries

Since starting my own YouTube and podcast show, I’ve been blown away by the ORGANIC (not paid) reach and the community I’m building and the results of that growth are showing in our income and profits month after month.

I want to teach you how to grow your personal brand and business at the same time, too.

So I’m hosting an exclusive Personal Brand Ignition Workshop where I’ll share all the secrets you need to build a profitable business by creating a personal brand that people will know, like, and trust.

the biggest mistake you’re going to make

Most people set high expectations for themselves at the beginning of the year.

But the majority of folks have already let their foot off the gas, fallen into old habits, and started to settle for mediocrity.

And then they wonder why they are being left behind or why their life looks very similar to how it was last year.

Maybe you’re seeing other people out ahead of you in the distance.

Or maybe you’re looking at them in your rearview mirror.

I share this with you because I recently spoke to a coaching client making sure he hasn’t let off the gas.

His habits were off, productivity was suffering, and so was his business.

The truth is, he realized he was starting to let his foot off the gas and getting away from the habits that helped him have a record-breaking year this past year.

Together we helped him create a plan to refocus and clarify his strategies and goals.

But I gotta ask you…

Are you letting your foot off the gas?

In order to build a better life and achieve the goals you set out for you need to continuously build upon your habits and keep pushing forward.

Too many people have ONE GOOD year and then rest on their laurels. Don’t let them be you!

Stack wins…day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year.

That’s how you build an empire!

So listen, if you feel like you’re starting to let your foot off the gas or you’re looking to continue to build on your habits then you’ll want to join me at the upcoming Misogi Challenge on April 15, 2023.

You’ll spend an entire day dissolving any resistance or procrastination toward achieving your goals and in one day you’ll break limiting beliefs and start stacking winning habits.

Building a Recession Proof Resilient Business

In the garden of entrepreneurship, I’ve developed a green thumb for quickly growing profitable businesses.

This is because I tend to grow companies that are more like garden weeds and less like pretty little orchids.

You see, the orchid is fragile.

If it gets too much sun or water, or if it’s too close to other plants – it dies.

And in order to hold its stem up it must be braced onto a stick with clips.

But the garden weed is a resilient little f#@ker.

It doesn’t need water or sunshine and will grow just about anywhere.

HELL IT DOESN’T EVEN NEED SOIL!

Some view them as a pesky nuisance, but I view them as opportunistic and resilient!

Finding any opportunity to grow because they have the ability to adapt to almost any difficult environment.

I share this with you because this is the mindset you need to develop when facing problems while growing your business…

…specially times like now when we’re heading into a massive recession.

Both YOU and YOUR business need to become more resilient.

A resilient mind and business that can grow in any environment will pass the test of time.

These are the 3 things I’ve used in business to develop resilience:

1) Be quick on the draw

Business moves fast and speed of implementation is key.

You need to be able to respond quickly to changing markets, customer needs, the economy and competitors. If you’re not decisive, you’ll never make it in times like this.

2) Bounce back from setbacks

Look, no business is immune to setbacks and failures.

But to succeed in the long run, you need to be able to recover quickly from these setbacks and keep moving forward.

This means being resilient, adaptable, and learning from your mistakes

This also means to not get paralysis by analysis by overthinking and over complicating.

3) Think differentiation of product or service

To stand out from the crowd, you need to offer something unique and compelling. You can’t be another “me too” business that just blends into the noise.

This requires creativity, innovation, and a willingness to try new things and make new and different offers. Don’t be afraid to take risks and experiment with new ideas.

Make no mistake, things will almost never go as planned – sh!t will go wrong.

And when you’re eventually met with economic turmoils, supply chain issues, or inflation…

…you can either fold and die like the orchid without its brace.

Or you can overcome like the weed, adapting and thriving anywhere there’s room.

The sooner you realize that problems are a part of life and should be embraced, the sooner you can begin to forge a resilient mind and business.

Here’s the secret to why my coaching clients and their businesses do so well…

I don’t just focus on their business or systems. I focus on the leader and making him or her more resilient, more decisive and a better “war time leader” because that’s the difference maker between winning and losing businesses.

Bedros Keuilian
