The Greatest Gift We Can Give Our Kids

As men, we’re hardwired to be the protector and provider of our families.

The moment a man learns he’s going to be a father, something primal kicks in.

This was something I experienced the moment my wife and I found out that we were expecting our first child.

And I knew I would stop at nothing to give my son the best life possible…even if it meant working myself into an early grave.

You see, when I talk to the dads at the Squire program, they often tell me, “I would die for my son.” And while I respect a man willing to die for his family – it’s also a dangerous thought.

Because the moment you decide to die for your child, without realizing it you start letting parts of yourself die:

  • Your dreams start to take a backseat.
  • Your pursuit of self-mastery starts to lose its importance.
  • Your commitment to staying physically fit and mentally sharp begins to fade.

When we let ourselves die to that our kids can live we’re doing ourselves and our family a huge…

So if you have kids, here’s my challenge for you…

Imagine if instead of dying for our kids, we chose to live for them:

  • To live as role models they can look up to.
  • To live as someone who has values and character.
  • To live as an example of what it means to be physically fit, mentally strong, and financially successful.

That’s why we need to focus on becoming the 2.0 versions of ourselves.

Because the greatest gift we can give our kids is to live for them.

To be the example they can follow.

To be the person they can admire and aspire to be.

And if you’re looking to show your son what it means to be a man of character, health, wealth, and strength then come join me at the next Squire class.

The Squire Program is a rite of passage for sons and a bonding experience for fathers and sons. It’s all about helping our sons transition into manhood and become men of character.

You can find the next class by clicking here

We have classes happening almost every month, but spots fill up fast, so don’t miss out.

Let’s be the best versions of ourselves.

For us, and for them.

Much love,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. Remember, the greatest legacy we can leave our children is not our possessions, but the example of our lives.

This Will Leave You Sick And Tired (Or Fat And Broke)

Most of us do something that we know we shouldn’t be doing.

But no matter how bad it may be we can’t seem to break free from it.

For me, it was carjacking people, robbing homes, and pawning stolen goods for easy money. I was stuck in a cycle I didn’t know how to break.

Until the day I found myself in a helicopter chase with the cops.

This was my “enough is enough” moment.

The moment I realized I couldn’t keep living like this.

I could no longer keep ignoring the voice inside me that knew I was meant for more.

That day I decided to flip the switch and become a better human.

Now I don’t know where you are in your life.

But I do know this…

There will come a time when you have your “enough is enough” moment. It could be about an abusive spouse, an addictive vice, or a shitty job…

Whatever it is when it happens you’ll have two choices:

Choice 1: Finally be sick and tired of the bullshi!t lies and you flip the switch to become a better human.

Choice 2: Ignore your consciousness and continue to stay lazy, fat, broke, or a victim.

Regardless of what you choose, know that you always have a choice!

Remember it’s not about where you start…

…but about the choices and decisions you make along the way.

And if you have had your “enough is enough” moment in your fitness and finance then you might want to check out The Agoge.

We’ll show you exactly how we’re helping men step up, take responsibility, and level up in all areas of their lives.

The Biggest Flex You Can Have

Throughout the years I’ve learned a few things about life.

I’ve gone from eating out of dumpsters to now treating my friends and family to Michelin Star restaurants whenever I feel like it.

In each stage of my journey, I’ve hit roadblocks more times than I can count.

And each time I overcame those roadblocks I realized it wasn’t just my knowledge, work ethic, or resources that made the difference – it was my mindset.

Today I want to share with you the 4 stages of mindsets you’ll encounter on your road to success. Each one a stepping stone to the next and leading you closer to a wealth mindset.

Understand that no matter where you currently are, you have the power to overcome and climb higher.

This roadmap will show you how.

Stage 1: Poor Mindset

This is when you’re stuck in a scarcity mentality. You feel like you’re lacking, always coming up short, and blaming others for your problems.

You may know these people, always complaining about their problems and blaming others for their circumstances.

In order to get out of this stage you need to become the author of your own story and take full ownership of your life. No more waiting for a man on a white horse to save you.

Stage 2: Broke Mindset

This is where you’ve taken full responsibility for your life.

You understand that you don’t have the traits or skills to get the income you want but you’re willing to put in the work to learn and grow.

If you’re here you need to take action, learn a high-income skill, and commit to self-mastery.

Stage 3: Rich Mindset

This is where you’re trading your time for LOTS of dollars and where inexperienced entrepreneurs get stuck.

They’re the ones you see flexing their Rolexes and lambos, but are nowhere to be seen a few years down the line. Still living with a broke mindset.

Millionaires living paycheck to paycheck, trying to keep up and impress others.

If you want to build a lasting legacy for yourself and your family then you need to aim higher.

Stage 4: Wealth Mindset

This is where you stop playing at the kidding table and get a seat with the men.

You’re focusing on having your dollars work for you, generating cash flow, and creating multiple income streams.

Because here…

Our biggest flex isn’t our car collection, our timepiece collection, or even our mansions.

Our biggest flex is the deeds to the multiple properties we own.

The recurring income from the businesses we’ve invested in.

And the time freedom we’ve built to do whatever we want, whenever we want.

Remember, it’s not about the flashy things you can buy.

It’s about creating absolute freedom – the biggest flex you can ever have.

This is the power of a wealth mindset, and that’s the goal you should be aiming for.

A goal I know you can hit.

The Money Story (For Entrepreneurs Only)

Years back when I was still trying to make it as an entrepreneur, my first mentor Jim Franco called me into his office to have a “come to Jesus talk” with me.

At the time I had never even heard the phrase “come to Jesus talk”

It went like this…

“Look…I’m DONE loaning you money. You need to figure out how you’re going to pay me back the money I loaned you Bedros.”

Most people usually hear this from a debt collector in the form of a loan shark.

But for me, it was from my mentor Jim Franco.

He was always brutally direct with me and never sugarcoated anything.

I tried to keep a stoic face.

But between you and me, my balls were in my throat because he had loaned me $126,000.

And I didn’t have the money to pay him back because it had been a little over 3 years and my “revolutionary” training software called High Tech Trainer hadn’t even launched yet.

On top of that my “revolutionary” software was about to become obsolete thanks to some dude in a turtleneck.

Yes, I’m talking about Steve Jobs.

When he revealed the iPhone, my $1M idea became a $0 idea.

I eventually ended up launching, breaking even, paying back my debt to Jim and scrapping the business altogether.

Now for most individuals, this would have crushed their soul. But for me, this was the best thing that could have happened to me.

Because it gave me a valuable lesson about making money.

I realized that I could create and create and CREATE all day long…

…but unless I started marketing and selling, my product was never going to make money.

Too many new entrepreneurs spend YEARS trying to perfect their service or product before even getting one sale.

Oftentimes you’re stuck in creation mode and you put off marketing and selling because you’re trying to perfect your product or service.

That’s just stupid!

So learn from my $126,000 lesson.

If I could do it all over again this is what I would do:

  1. Have a launch strategy and crystal clear vision
  2. Find a way to sell my product as soon as possible
  3. Pivot and reiterate AFTER you launch your product or service

Stop waiting for the perfect moment to achieve your goal.

Understand it never will be.

Because the perfect moment to act…

The perfect time to start…

Will be the moment you decide to take action.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. If you’re still waiting for your perfect moment then check out my coaching programs.

It might just provide the come to Jesus moment you need to start scaling your business and your profits.

What I Learned From Mike Tyson

Growing up, my dad and I shared a love for boxing.

One of the biggest legendary boxers that I loved to watch was Iron Mike Tyson.

And one of my favorite Mike Tyson memories isn’t actually about him but about his match against the great James “Buster” Douglas.

If you’re not familiar with that match EVERYONE thought Tyson would tear Douglas apart.

In fact, The odds were stacked 42 to 1 against Douglas.

But in the 10th round, Douglas landed a hook that sent Tyson to the canvas.

Against all odds – Douglas came out on top.

After it was all said and done Douglas was asked about his training, his strategy, and his mindset, he simply said, “I came in here to do what I was supposed to do.”

But what people didn’t know was that just 23 days before Douglas had lost his mother. In his last conversation with his mom, she had no doubt in her mind that he was going to win that fight.

If that wasn’t already a punch in the gut – he got delivered another blow when his best friend got diagnosed with a deadly disease.

That night Douglas stepped into that ring with more than victory on his mind. He had something to prove, something worth fighting for, and a heart full of determination.

You see, everyone aspires to be great…to make something more out of their life.

But far too often, we set our expectations too low.

We think greatness is meant for others.

Maybe it’s a teacher who told us we weren’t good enough…

An abusive partner who said we’d never amount to anything…

Or a parent who said success wasn’t for us…

Regardless of the opinions of others, I’m here to tell you that if a man like Douglas can overcome the “impossible”…

So can you.

And if an immigrant like me who went from Section 8 housing to owning multiple properties can prove people wrong…

So can you.

I share this with you because regardless of what others say about you…

No one can measure the heart and determination that you have.

So the next time that you feel like you can’t do the “impossible”…

Remember that greatness is meant for you.

Always in your corner,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. A lot of men today don’t think they can do the impossible, this is why we have the MDK Project.

The Project helps shatter the beliefs holding you back so you can reclaim the greatness inside of you.

The Worst Decision You Can Make In Business

The worse decision you can make in business isn’t the decision to scale your business too quickly.

Or the decision to hire an employee that doesn’t align with your vision.

Or even the decision to not pivot and adapt when needed.

The worse decision you could make is – indecision.

Indecision will cost you more money than ANY wrong decision.

You see, in the world of business, it pays to be decisive

And make no mistake, in the beginning, you’re going to make a sh!tload of wrong decisions in your business. I lost count of the number of wrong decisions I made when I started Fit Body Boot Camp.

The key is pivoting quickly, making the next decision, and moving forward.

And after a while, those wrong decisions will become less and less likely.

But sitting on the fence, second-guessing, and over-analyzing every little f*cking detail?

That’s a fast-track ticket to losing your business.

So here’s the big takeaway for today:

In business, if you’re not moving forward, you’re moving backward.

Make a decision.

Execute.

Pivot if needed.

Repeat until you succeed.

Remember, the path to success is paved with decisions – not indecisions.

Why I Don’t Focus On Happiness

At a recent Squire class, I gave a talk about profits being a byproduct of focusing on your passion and purpose.

During that talk I had a young man ask me where happiness fit in that equation.

My answer was simple – don’t focus on happiness.

If I did what made me happy…

I’d sleep in and hit the snooze button…

Eat sh!t food…

And mindlessly watch cat videos on YouTube all day…

That’s a recipe for a miserable life, not a happy one.

And after years of developing into the 2.0 version of myself I’ve discovered our brains have two “happy” chemicals – dopamine and serotonin.

Dopamine gives us that temporary pleasure hit, like eating junk food, watching motivational videos, and bragging on social media about how hard you’re going to “grind” but never taking action.

On the other hand…

Serotonin gives you that long-lasting feeling of well-being that comes from doing the hard things, pushing yourself, and being disciplined.

To sum it up:

Dopamine is the crazy chick you met at the bar, sure she’s fun for a while, but she’ll f*ck up your life sooner or later.

Serotonin is the girl you’d want to take home, meet your parents, and settle down with.

So if you want to find long-term true happiness, don’t chase dopamine hits.

Train your brain to crave serotonin instead.

And you do that by finding your purpose and your passion. When you can align those two things, you’ll not only find real happiness…

…I guarantee you’ll create a wildly profitable business and purposeful life.

Copy My “Cheat Code” To Generate Millions

Over the past two decades, I’ve generated hundreds of millions of dollars across various industries.

And I’ve narrowed my success down to four key principles.

Principles that have been a literal game changer in my businesses.

Combining these four principles are the “cheat code” that my coaching clients and I use to build and scale 7, 8, & 9-figure businesses.

And if you can implement these in your business, then you’ll be able to unlock the “cheat code” to generate millions in your business.

1) Solve Big Problems

The bigger the problem you solve, the more you can charge.

People are happy to pay more for things that make their lives better or easier. (Take the cost of getting a gym membership versus getting liposuction.)

2) Have a Plan

Starting a business without a plan is like going on a trip without a destination.

I guarantee you’ll end up losing a hell of a lot of money if you don’t have an end goal in mind.

3) Be a Great Leader

You’re not just a business owner – you’re a leader.

As an entrepreneur, your main job is to paint a clear vision for your employees.

4) Get Good at Acquire Leads

The quicker you can get leads the quicker you’ll be able to scale profitably.

Lead generation is the lifeblood of any business.

Now well these might be simple to understand…

…but not many people are willing to spend years executing this plan.

And if you’re ready to unlock the “cheat code” to scaling your business, then you might want to consider joining my Domination Year

I’ll personally work with you to help you implement these principles to time collapse your success and more.

>>> See if you’d be a good fit.

Make no mistake, understanding these principles is just the first step.

Success only happens when you put them into action – consistently.

Day after day.

Month after month.

Year after year.

That’s when the real magic happens.

The Winning Formula From 7x Mr. Olympia

I recently spent some time with my good friend and 7-time Mr. Olympia, Phil Heath.

We spent the day strategizing and mapping out his next big move.

Phil has accomplished more than most will in a lifetime – but he’s just getting started.

Here’s the thing about Phil – he’s a winner.

And like all winners, they don’t rest on their past wins.

They don’t stop when they’ve achieved greatness and they sure as hell are not afraid to pivot to the next big thing.

There are a few big lessons I want you to take away:

  1. Winning creates momentum. The more you win, the more you want to win. It’s a cycle that fuels success.
  1. Never rest on your laurels. No matter how high you’ve climbed, there’s always another peak to conquer.
  1. Complacency is the enemy of progress. Work like you’re still broke, even when everyone knows your name.

Too many individuals are still celebrating a small win they achieved a decade ago.

But real winners…

Real entrepreneurs…

Real f#cking high achievers like you…

…are consistently stacking wins on top of wins!

Now, if you’re ready to commit, to go all in, and to grind it out for at least 5 years without making a single penny in profit, then you just might have what it takes to be successful.

When you can stick with eating sh!t sandwiches for 5 years while consistently honing your craft then you’ll be leagues ahead of the competition.

And when you can do that I guarantee you’ll be the Mr. Olympia of your industry.

Always rootin’ for you,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. If you want to grow your business and brand faster with higher profits so that you can become the Mr. Olympia of your industry then check out my two most popular coaching programs here: https://bedroskeuilian.com/

The Most Important Lesson Warren Buffett Taught Me

Now before I dive into what Warren Buffett taught me here’s a lesson for you…

Every man carries a credit score.

But it’s not the traditional credit score that you think of.

Instead, the value of your score is based on whether you

  • Keep your promises,
  • Practice what you preach
  • You live by the core values you so proudly flaunt on social media.

You see, this score doesn’t correlate to getting more credit…

…it correlates to getting more reputation.

Now here’s a hard pill to swallow, a majority of men out there are living with a below-average score.

Whether your score is below average or not, you need to understand the importance of building and maintaining your reputation score.

Here are three tips on how you can “boost” your reputation score:

Be A Man Of Your Word: If you say you’re going to do something – do it.

It’s as simple as that.

Be Authentic: Don’t just post about your values on social media – live them.

The person you are online should align with the person you are in person. Only children pretend to be somebody they’re not.

Don’t Be An @sshole: How you treat others speaks volumes about your character.

Show kindness, be empathetic, and have respect for others in all your interactions.

One of the biggest lessons about reputation is from Warren Buffet,

It takes 20 years to build a decent reputation and just five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you’ll do things differently.”

Your reputation score matters.

Remember to always be building it.
