THE MILLION-DOLLAR LESSON I LEARNED FROM A BIG MAC

Growing up in America as an immigrant from a communist country McDonald’s might as well have been a 5-star restaurant to me.

I remember how excited I would get when my family would pull up to those golden arches.

At the time those golden arches represented everything great about America.

And I still remember the first time I bit into a Big Mac, that ‘secret sauce’ was like tasting freedom for the first time.

Now I don’t eat there anymore.

But I recently got to thinking about why McDonald’s is still so damn successful after all these years.

Then it dawned on me that Fit Body Boot Camp and McDonald’s aren’t that much different.

We’ve mastered something that most business owners NEVER figure out.

This one changed everything about how I built Fit Body Boot Camp…

And if implemented correctly in your business, it can take you from your average mom-and-pop shop to the industry giant.

McDonald’s isn’t successful because their food is amazing.

Hell, it’s barely even food.

But they’re successful because they’ve mastered one thing: Consistency

Every time you walk into those golden arches – whether you’re in California or Connecticut – you know exactly what you’re getting.

A mediocre burger that tastes the same and an experience that is identical everywhere.

And that’s exactly what I ‘stole’ from them when building Fit Body Boot Camp.

But here’s where we made it better:

Instead of consistent mediocrity, we deliver consistent excellence.

When someone walks into any Fit Body location, they know they’re getting:

The same high-intensity 30-minute workout

The same level of expert coaching

The same proven path to results

We took McDonald’s playbook and flipped it on its head.

McDonald’s bets on consistent mediocrity.

We bet on consistent excellence.

While they’re serving up the same processed food in every location, we’re delivering the same life-changing results in every location.

Guess which one sleeps better at night?

Here’s how you can apply this to your business:

  1. Make Consistency Non-Negotiable

Your product or service needs to deliver the same quality every single time. That’s how you build trust and create loyal customers.

  1. Build Systems That Scale

Take the time to create processes that guarantee this consistency. Document everything. Test everything. Perfect everything.

  1. Focus on the Customer Experience

Every touchpoint matters. From the moment they walk in to the moment they leave, make sure their experience is consistently excellent.

So there you have it…the real ‘secret sauce’ of business success.

Build something so reliable and so proven that people can bet their lives on it.

THIS IS THE ONE THING I’LL NEVER BE PROUD OF AS A DAD

I’ve got a lot to be proud of as a father.

Breaking generational cycles.

Creating a better life for my kids.

Being there when they need me.

I’m sure you can think of a few things you’re proud of as well.

But there’s one thing I’ll never be proud of – and I know every parent reading this has been there.

Something that haunts us long after our kids go to bed.

And it can make us question if we’re cut out for this whole parenting thing.

It’s whenever we lose our temper with our kids.

Let’s be real for a second.

None of us feel good after we lose our cool with our kids.

We never have and never will.

Whether it’s raising our voice out of frustration, making unreasonable demands, or issuing empty threats – it never accomplishes what we wanted.

All it does is plant seeds of anger that grow into the next generation.

I know this because I lived it.

My parents used to lose their cool and yell out of anger. And guess what? I caught myself doing the exact same thing with my kids.

That’s how the cycle continues.

I share this with you because your son isn’t just learning how to handle his emotions – he’s learning from how YOU handle yours.

Every time you lose your temper, you’re teaching him that’s how men handle stress.

Every time you react out of anger, you’re showing him that’s how men solve problems.

After the dust settles and the wounds are licked, the memory remains. Just like the pain after being abused.

That’s exactly why emotional discipline is such a crucial part of The Squire Program.

Because breaking these cycles isn’t just about being a better dad.

It’s about raising sons who become emotionally disciplined men.

Men who can lead with confidence instead of react from anger.

Men who can handle stress without losing control.

Men who break cycles instead of repeating them.

WHY GREAT COACHES STAY BROKE

Most coaches struggle because they’re focused on the wrong things.

Pursuing quick wins.

Trying to be everything to everyone.

They’re busy chasing social media followers.

Meanwhile, their bank account doesn’t match their talent or expertise.

There’s something messed up about that.

But after years of coaching and building multiple 8&9-figure businesses, I finally figured out why this happens…

Most coaches think getting results for clients is enough.

It’s not.

Being great at what you do is just the starting point.

Look, I’ve coached hundreds of entrepreneurs, and here’s what separates the ones who stay broke from the ones who scale:

Broke coaches think like technicians.

Successful coaches think like CEOs.

The technician spends all day IN their business – coaching calls, program delivery, client work.

The CEO steps back to work ON their business.

They know when to hire a sales team.

When to bring in operations people.

When to get the hell out of their own way.

Right now you’re probably doing everything yourself.

Sales calls? That’s you.

Client support? You again.

Marketing? Still you.

Operations? All you.

And it’s killing your business.

Because here’s what most coaches miss:

The skills that made you a great coach are completely different from the skills you need to build a great coaching business.

You can be the best coach in the world, but if you don’t know how to build systems, lead a team, and scale your operation – you’ll stay broke.

That’s why when you get coach in my Domination Year, I don’t just teach coaching skills.

One of my Domination Year clients recently made $75,000 in just one day! You may have seen me post the text message he sent me in my IG stories.

These results aren’t a fluke.

I’ve spent over a decade helping high performers from various industries to build and scale their businesses.

I show you how to think and act like a CEO.

Because success leaves clues.

When you’re ready to take that leap and transform your business…

I’m here to help.

P.S. What got you here won’t get you there. That’s why athletes have coaches. You and I need them too.

YOUR SON IS LEARNING WHAT A MAN IS FROM YOU

As men, we’re hardwired to be the protector and provider of our families.

The moment my wife and I found out we were expecting our first child, something primal kicked in.

I knew I would stop at nothing to give my son the best life possible…even if it meant working myself into an early grave.

But here’s what most fathers completely miss…

When I talk to dads at the Squire program, they often tell me, “I would die for my son.”

And while I respect that – it’s also dangerous thinking.

Because the moment you decide to die for your child, parts of you start dying:

Your dreams take a backseat

Your self-improvement stops

Your health begins to fade

I share this with you because your son sees everything, even the things you think go unnoticed.

He’s paying attention to how you speak to the waitress when your order is wrong. He notices if you actually keep your word and follow through. He watches whether you face problems head-on or try to avoid them entirely.

He’s learning about money management by watching how you handle your finances. Developing his views on relationships by observing yours.

Building his work ethic by witnessing yours in action every day.

He’s actively creating his blueprint of manhood based on yours.

That’s why instead of dying for our kids, we need to LIVE for them:

Live as someone with values and character.

As an example of what it means to be strong.

As the man we want them to become.

The greatest gift we can give our sons isn’t our sacrifice – it’s our example.

The man your son becomes won’t be based on the lectures you give him during car rides or the advice you share over dinner. It will be founded on the actual life you show him through your daily actions.

The question isn’t whether he’s learning from you – he absolutely is.

The real question is:

What exactly is he learning?

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. Remember, the greatest legacy we can leave our children is not our possessions, but the example of our lives.

YOUR MOST VALUABLE BUSINESS TOOL

As an entrepreneur, I see myself as an athlete.

Entrepreneurship is the sport.

Business is the field.

Money is the point system.

And just like any athlete, I must do EVERYTHING I can to stay “juiced” and in peak performance throughout the year.

See, most entrepreneurs obsess over the latest business tools and marketing strategies.

But they neglect the one thing that determines whether they’ll actually succeed – their own body.

I share this with you because your health isn’t just about looking good – it affects every single business decision you make…

For me, getting sick is a massive waste of time, money, and a setback.

And I know you can relate – no one has time for the cold, flu, or to feel like garbage during important meetings.

Look, I learned this lesson the hard way.

Back when I was scaling my first business, I thought hustling 24/7 and neglecting my health was the price of success, but all that “hustle” led to was bad decisions and missed opportunities.

That’s when I realized:

You can’t make million-dollar decisions with a ten-dollar body.

The way I see it, if I can keep my mind and body in tip-top shape then I get more done, make better and faster decisions, and ultimately make more money and get to enjoy that money more.

That’s exactly why I created my own daily protocol:

  1. Good nutrition
  2. Daily exercise
  3. Great sleep
  4. The right supplementation

This protocol ensures that I’m consistently able to operate on all cylinders.

Because high-performers like us don’t have time to get sick or slow down.

Hopefully focusing on just one of these things can help you put up bigger numbers on your entrepreneurial scoreboard.

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. The problem with getting the right supplementation is that it’s nearly impossible to take everything I need to have a strong immune system at one time.

That’s why I use the Trulean Everyday Wellness Shot daily to achieve peak performance year-round. I can’t wait to see how much more “juice” you squeeze out of your day, taking the same stuff I use.

STRONG BOYS DON’T BECOME STRONG MEN BY ACCIDENT

You know what keeps me up at night as a father?

It’s not the usual stuff – grades, sports, or even whether my son will be successful.

What really haunts me is wondering if I’m giving my son the tools he needs to handle life’s real challenges.

Because here’s something nobody talks about:

Our boys are facing a world that’s more confusing than ever before.

When I was growing up, the path to manhood was clearer. Not easier, but clearer.

You worked hard, you provided for your family, you stood up for what’s right.

But today our sons are bombarded with mixed messages about what it means to be a man.

Just yesterday, I was watching my son’s friends scroll through social media, and it hit me – some of these young men are getting more “guidance” from random influencers than from the men in their lives.

But here’s the thing – it’s not their fault. It’s ours.

As men, we’ve gotten so caught up in providing a “better life” for our sons that we’ve forgotten something crucial:

Strong boys don’t become strong men by accident.

I share this with you because we’ve gotten so caught up in making sure our sons have every opportunity that we’ve forgotten something crucial.

Boys need real-world experience, not just information.

I learned this the hard way with my own son years back.

I used to think my job was to clear obstacles from his path. To make things easier for him than they were for me.

But I was dead wrong.

What our sons really need isn’t a perfect path – they need to learn how to navigate a messy one.

They need real-world experience, not just information.

And one of the easy ways you can do this is to show your son, not tell him.

Show him how you treat his mother, how you deal with stress, how you admit when you’re wrong.

Because here’s the truth:

Your son is going to learn how to be a man from somewhere. If not from you, then from YouTube, TikTok, or wherever else he spends his time.

And the question isn’t whether your son will become a man – that’s biology. But rather what kind of man will he become?

Will he know how to handle rejection?

Will he understand the value of his word?

Will he know how to lead with both strength and compassion?

These aren’t things we can just tell our sons about. They need to see them in action.

They need to practice them.

They need to fail at them and try again.

This isn’t about raising perfect men. It’s about raising real ones.

Stay strong,

Bedros Keuilian

YOUR FITNESS BUSINESS WON’T SURVIVE WITHOUT THIS

Most gym owners are freaking out about what’s coming in 2025.

Rising inflation.

Higher interest rates.

Increased competition.

And you know what they’re doing about it?

Cutting their marketing budget.

Lowering their prices.

Hoping to just ‘ride it out.’

But here’s the truth: Hope isn’t a business strategy.

I share this with you because while most fitness businesses struggle to survive economic uncertainty, others are completely recession-proof…

Look, I’ve been in this game long enough to see what happens to fitness businesses during tough times.

I scaled Fit Body Boot Camp during the 2008 recession when gyms were closing left and right.

Want to know what made the difference?

It was bulletproof systems.

Proven systems that work regardless of what’s happening in the economy.

Most fitness businesses are running on emotion and instinct:

Their marketing is based on what competitors are doing

Their sales process changes based on who’s working that day

Their operations fall apart the moment they take a vacation

That’s why they’re one bad month away from closing their doors.

But the fitness businesses that thrive in ANY economy? They run on systems.

The right systems can generate leads on autopilot, convert those leads, and deliver results predictably.

That’s exactly why I built Fit Body Boot Camp the way I did.

I’ve seen this work across hundreds of locations. In every market. Through every economic condition.

But here’s the thing…

You can either spend the next year hoping you can ‘ride it out’…

Or you can start building systems that make you completely recession-proof.

Bedros

THE WEALTH YOU’RE FORGETTING TO BUILD

Everyone’s obsessed with building generational wealth.

Crypto. Real estate. Stock market. Business ventures.

I’m all about financial freedom and having F-you money.

But most people out there are chasing the next big investment while completely overlooking the most important asset they own.

And it’s not their business.

It’s not their properties.

It’s not their portfolio.

Make no mistake these are all important but there’s one thing you need to build that’s often overlooked by entrepreneurs…

Before you worry about generational wealth, you better make sure you’ve got generational health handled.

Generational wealth builds bank accounts.

Generational health builds strong bodies and sharp minds that ensure the generational wealth can be enjoyed.

I see too many entrepreneurs missing the mark on this.

They’re grinding 12 -16 hour days, living on energy drinks and fast food, treating their body like it’s a dumpster – all in the name of “building something for the future.”

I was one of them when I first started scaling Fit Body Boot Camp gyms.

Sure, I was building it into an international brand. But I was destroying my health in the process.

Then burnout hit me like a freight train.

That’s when I realized you can have all the business systems in the world. The best marketing strategy. The perfect sales funnel.

But if your body’s broken, none of that shit matters because your health dictates how long you can stay in the game.

Because when your body’s operating at peak performance, everything else falls into place:

Sharper decision-making.

Stronger leadership.

Sustained energy to pursue bigger goals.

The truth is you can always make more money.

But you can only get one shot at health. And without it you are doomed, no matter how much money you make.

So then…

  • Exercise daily, lift weights, hike, job or take long outdoor walks.
  • Eat a clean diet with higher protein, carbs and low fat and a good amount of greens.
  • Drink more water instead of energy drinks and sugar stuffed coffee beverages.
  • Fuel your body with good nutrients. A good place to start is with the TruLean Wellness Shots.

THE LEADERSHIP GAP NO ONE’S TALKING ABOUT

Most people think leadership is about managing others.

Running teams.

Building companies.

Directing projects.

They’re focused on tactics and strategies to get people to follow them.

But there’s a deeper truth that most miss:

The biggest leadership gap isn’t in how you lead others.

It’s in how you lead yourself.

I share this with you because this one truth has transformed more businesses than any strategy ever could…

You can’t lead a team if you can’t lead yourself. And you sure as hell can’t demand excellence from others if you accept mediocrity from yourself.

Look at any successful business, and I’ll show you a leader who mastered self-leadership first.

They learned to:

Master their emotions before managing others.

Control their schedule before controlling a team.

Lead by example, not just direction.

The problem is most “leaders” want their team to work harder while they slack off.

That’s not leadership. That’s hypocrisy.

Real leadership starts with the hard conversations you have with yourself.

The ones where you admit you’re the bottleneck.

Where you face the fact that you’re tolerating mediocrity.

Where you decide to finally become the standard you demand from others.

The truth is, you already know what you need to do.

So do it.
