THE PANIC ATTACK THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING

Back in 2013, I thought I was having a heart attack.

My business was barely surviving.

I had maxed-out credit cards, refinanced my house, and burned through every dollar I had trying to grow the brand.

The pressure kept building.

And like a lot of people do when things start spiraling…

I broke the habits that kept me grounded.

I stopped training.

Started eating like garbage.

Was downing 3-4 energy drinks a day just to stay awake.

Then one day, it hit me.

I fell to my knees in my backyard, clutching my chest, gasping for air, thinking:

“This is it. I’m dying.”

But it wasn’t a heart attack.

It was a massive panic attack.

And it became the wake-up call I needed.

I share this with you because I know a lot of you are feeling that same pressure right now.

Gas is up.

Groceries cost more.

The economy seems unstable.

And if you’re running a business or trying to get ahead, it can feel like everything is working against you.

But I’ll tell you exactly what I wish someone told me back then:

It’s not the stress that destroys you.

It’s the lack of structure, purpose, and action that lets the stress win.

IF YOU’RE FEELING OVERWHELMED, HERE’S HOW YOU START GETTING YOUR POWER BACK:

Lock in your mindset.

Control the controllables.

You might not be able to fix everything overnight—but you can control your schedule, your diet, your sleep, and your habits.

When everything around you feels unstable, routine becomes your anchor.

Anxiety is the anticipation of pain.

That conversation you’ve been avoiding… that decision you keep pushing off… it’s not going anywhere. Face it head-on. Action beats avoidance every time.

Action alleviates anxiety.

The longer you sit still, the worse it gets.

But the moment you start moving, training again, cleaning up your eating, confronting the hard stuff, you’ll feel the fog begin to lift.

And remember: happiness is an inside job.

Stop chasing external validation and start stacking small wins.

Because nothing rebuilds confidence like progress you earned.

But mindset isn’t enough. You need motion.

HERE’S WHAT THAT LOOKS LIKE:

Step 1: Consolidate or refinance your debt

Get clear on where your money’s going. Consolidate where you can. Lower your payments. Buy yourself time to breathe and think again.

Step 2: Cut unnecessary spending

Audit your expenses. Cancel what you don’t need. Sell what’s collecting dust. Don’t focus on looking successful, focus on getting stable.

Step 3: Increase your income

Start looking for a vehicle that rewards your effort.

Not more hours at a job you hate but a business, mission, or opportunity that pays you to serve others and build real momentum.

If you’re overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck right now, you’re not alone.

But understand that you’re also not powerless.

Start with your structure.

Anchor to the habits that keep you grounded.

And don’t just think about it…move.

Because when the world feels like it’s spinning out, the only way to get your power back…

…is to take the next step.

YOUR KIDS DON’T WANT MORE OF YOUR TIME…

Throughout the 50 years of life, I’ve had seasons where I was building multiple companies at once, flying cross-country for events, working 16-hour days, and still trying to be a present father.

Now I’ve made a lot of mistakes in business…

But none sting more than the moments I almost missed with my kids.

Make no mistake…

Being a dad while building several businesses is hard.

There’s always another text to answer.

Another fire to put out.

Another opportunity you “can’t afford to miss.”

But I share this with you because over the years of raising my kids, I’ve learned a powerful truth:

Your kids don’t want more of your time.

They want more of your presence.

They need you to be fully there when it counts.

I’ve been intentional about that.

Working out with my son in the evenings.

Showing up to every one of my daughter’s volleyball games.

Blocking off time for family trips and unplugged weekends.

You see, your kids won’t remember how many hours you worked.

They won’t remember how many emails you sent.

But they will remember the moments you made them feel seen, supported, and safe.

Your kids won’t remember how much you spent on the Christmas gifts you got them or how expensive the family vacations were.

Instead, they’ll remember how you spent time playing with them on Christmas mornings or how you built sandcastles with them at the local beach.

So this is your reminder:

You don’t need to spend more time.

You just need to show up fully present, especially when it matters most.

Because years from now, your kids won’t talk about how “busy” you were.

They’ll talk about the kind of father you were.

And they’ll remember the moments that mattered most.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. Hopefully this is a gentle nudge to take 10 minutes today to be fully present with your kid(s) today.

I’M TURNING 51 NEXT MONTH AND HERE’S HOW I STAY STRONG, FOCUSED AND FULL OF ENERGY

My 51st birthday is around the corner.

And while most guys my age are slowing down, I feel sharper, stronger, and more focused than I did in my 30s.

That’s not because I’m special.

It’s because I refuse to buy into the lie that getting older means getting softer.

Most people my age?

They’ve got a gut, got meds lined up like a buffet, and energy crashes by 2PM and need a nap just to survive the day.

Their best stories are about who they used to be.

And sadly, when your health slips, everything else slips with it:

– Your focus

– Your patience

– Your confidence

– Your ability to make fast, decisive moves in business and life

You can try to chalk it up to “getting older”…

But the truth is, it’s your habits that are aging you.

That’s why I treat my health like a non-negotiable.

I might be 50, but I still train every day.

I roll on the jiu-jitsu mats in my private gym.

And sometimes I catch an extra lift with my son at night because that’s how I want him to see me.

Not as a man who peaked in his 30s, but one who’s still climbing.

And I’ve realized that if I want to stay in that state of peak performance, mentally, physically, and emotionally, there are four things I have to protect at all costs.

LET ME BREAK THOSE DOWN FOR YOU:

  1. Nutrition

You’ve heard ‘Food is fuel’ before, but most people treat food like a comfort blanket, not a weapon.

I stick to a clean eating protocol 6 days a week.

I fast in the mornings.

And I treat cheat meals like earned rewards, not emotional escapes.

  1. Training

Whether it’s strength training, jiu-jitsu, cardio, or just getting 10K steps…I move every single day.

Lifting keeps my body strong.

Rolling sharpens my mind and builds humility.

And on the days I don’t feel like doing either? I train anyway because that’s what keeps my edge sharp.

  1. Recovery

Recovery doesn’t just mean lounging on the couch.

I actively protect my energy.

That means:

– 7–8 hours of sleep

– No scrolling before bed

– Time with my family

– And learning to say “no” to things that drain me

Recovery is what keeps your drive sustainable.

  1. Supplementation

This is where most people screw it up.

They either pop every random pill they see online or they skip it altogether.

I don’t do either.

I use Trulean Everyday Wellness Shots every single morning.

Why?

Because I wanted something simple, effective, and fast that supported the three pillars above, without taking 15 different pills like I used to.

It supports digestion, kills cravings, and helps me feel sharp.

This is the daily shot I created for myself, and now thousands of high-performers use it to stay dialed in and dominant all year long.

Whatever works for you, just make sure you commit to it.

It might be my protocol.

(If you’re using the Everyday Wellness Shot, use code BEDROS for 50% off your first month.)

If it’s something else, great.

Just don’t go another year winging it and wondering why your energy’s shot and your momentum’s gone.

Look, if you want to be unstoppable in business, in life, and for the people who count on you…

Then average habits, average energy, and average health just won’t cut it.

HOW TO 5X YOUR BUSINESS IN THIS NEW ECONOMY

I’m a firm believer that we’re living in the greatest time to start and scale any business.

With the brand building and marketing tools available today, you can get your message in front of millions and turn strangers into buyers faster than ever before.

Maybe it’s because I grew up without a smartphone and the internet that I see things differently.

In the “prehistoric” era of marketing, there were very primitive tools.

No social media.

No email lists.

No ad platforms.

In fact, some of the OG “prehistoric” marketers I studied used:

– Public speaking events as social media

– Direct mailers and address books as an email list

– Newspaper classified ads as their “targeted” ad platform

Now think about that…

How insanely hard must it have been to grow a business back then?

And even crazier?

Some of those time-tested strategies STILL work like gangbusters today. And many have evolved to work even better online.

Take urgency for example. Decades ago, it was in newspaper ads with a deadline to respond. Today it’s limited-time webinars, fast-action bonuses, or DMs that close within 24 hours.

Same psychology. New platforms.

See, nowadays anyone can START a business.

But not everyone can SCALE a business.

Why?

Because most people are copying the same cringey content templates, cold email scripts from ChatGPT, and BS ad strategies they found from some “gooroo” on Instagram.

What worked in direct mail still works in your email list.

What worked in a classified ad still works in your ad creative.

Human behavior hasn’t changed.

Just the platform you’re using to reach them.

Over the past decade, I’ve taken simple, proven marketing principles and used them to:

– Build a highly profitable coaching business

– Grow Fit Body Boot Camp into a global franchise brand

– Scale and sell multiple multi-million dollar companies

– Help my clients add extra zeros to their monthly revenue

And I want to show you how to apply these same principles, because they haven’t changed. They’ve just evolved.

Whether you’re running paid ads, launching a podcast, hosting events, or writing email sequences…the strategy is still the same.

You just need someone to help you install it correctly.

And if you’re looking to get these strategies installed in your business then I want to invite you to the Scale Syndicate Mastermind.

It’s designed for entrepreneurs like you who are already doing $60K/month and are ready to 5X that number in the next 6 months.

This is the closest thing to working with me 1-on-1 (without the $100K price tag my Domination Year clients pay).

We’re keeping it small on purpose.

Only serious entrepreneurs. No side hustlers.

If you’re tired of being the best-kept secret in your niche…

If you’re ready to ditch the guesswork and install real growth systems…

If you’re still duct-taping random strategies together hoping something clicks…

Then this is your invitation.

THE LUNCH BREAK THAT NEARLY DESTROYED MY BUSINESS

Back in the early days of building Fit Body Boot Camp, I had the perfect escape from the chaos.

Late nights, early mornings, and fires to put out everywhere I turned.

The stress was crushing me.

So I found my refuge: sneaking out during lunch to get sushi.

I’d crush a few rounds of salmon, tuna, and yellowtail rolls before heading back to the office. It felt like the perfect way to decompress without any downside.

For months, this was my routine. My little secret stress relief.

But here’s the thing about life…

Even innocent pleasures can turn against you if you’re not careful.

One day, after my usual sushi indulgence, things started to feel…off.

I couldn’t put my finger on it, but I was sluggish, foggy, and second-guessing decisions I typically made with confidence. The sharp mental edge I needed to build a business was disappearing.

After doing some bloodwork, it turns out my body had been waving the white flag.

My “innocent” sushi habit had quietly spiked my blood mercury levels, impacting my cognitive function, energy, and decision-making ability.

The very thing I thought was helping me handle stress was actually sabotaging my ability to perform when it mattered most.

Here’s what I learned:

Your body IS your business plan.

Every decision you make about what you put in your body directly impacts your ability to make the decisions that grow your business.

When your energy crashes at 2 PM, you’re not just tired. You’re operating at 50% capacity during critical business hours.

When your brain fog kicks in during important calls, you’re not just having an off day.

You’re leaving money on the table.

When you’re too exhausted to think strategically, you’re not just burnt out. You’re making reactive decisions instead of strategic ones.

HERE’S HOW TO OPTIMIZE YOUR BODY FOR PEAK BUSINESS PERFORMANCE:

  1. Treat Your Energy Like Currency – You wouldn’t waste money on bad investments. Stop wasting energy on foods that crash your system.
  2. Time Your Fuel Right – What you eat at lunch determines your 2-6 PM performance. Choose foods that sustain, not sabotage.
  3. Track Your Patterns – Notice when your energy peaks and crashes. Schedule your most important work during peak hours.
  4. Invest in Systems – Just like business systems, health systems compound. Small daily choices create massive long-term results.

I share this because I firmly believe that if you want your business to perform at a championship level, your body needs to run just as efficiently as your company.

I replaced my afternoon sushi runs with a Trulean Everyday Wellness Shot. It kickstarts my energy, supports my immune system, and keeps my mental clarity sharp throughout the rest of the day.

No crashes, no brain fog, just consistent high performance.

If you want to experience the same benefits and need an afternoon pick-me-up, try the Trulean Wellness Shot.

Use code BEDROS for 50% off your first subscription order.

The most successful entrepreneurs I know don’t just optimize their business operations.

They optimize their personal operations.

They understand that sustained high performance requires sustained high energy.

Your lunch break could make or break your business.

Choose wisely.

WHY YOUR COMPETITION IS CELEBRATING YOUR ‘GROWTH’ (THE MARGIN TRAP)

In the 1970s, Nike had a problem.

At the time, Nike was growing like crazy but was constantly on the verge of bankruptcy.

They were selling millions in shoes, but the margins were razor thin, and cash flow was always tight.

Every “successful” month brought them closer to collapse.

The Shoe Dog himself, Phil Knight, admitted that they weren’t growing profitably, and they almost lost the whole company because of it.

Knight eventually realized they had two choices:

Keep chasing revenue and implode…or scale both revenue and margins.

They chose the harder path.

They focused on higher-margin products, streamlined operations, and stopped saying yes to every shiny opportunity that looked like growth.

That decision saved Nike.

I see entrepreneurs every day fall into the same situation.

  • They hit $100K/month and start optimizing for bigger numbers instead of better ones.
  • They take on low-margin clients to pad revenue.
  • They hire expensive staff without systems.
  • They grow headcount faster than efficiency.

Meanwhile, their competition watches them scoop up all the “big accounts”…while quietly serving high-margin clients and banking real profit.

I share this with you because your competition LOVES when you kill your margins.

Because revenue feeds ego. Profit feeds freedom.

HERE’S HOW TO SCALE BOTH REVENUE AND PROFIT:

Audit Your Client Profitability – Track profit per client, not just revenue. Fire the bottom 20% that eat 80% of your time.

Standardize Your Offering – Every custom request kills margins. Build packages, not exceptions.

Scale Systems Before Staff – Automate first, hire second. Most founders hire to fix problems systems could solve.

Raise Prices as You Scale – Your value increases. Your price should too.

Track Unit Economics Religiously – CAC, LTV, contribution margin. Know the numbers, or risk bleeding out.

The goal isn’t just to grow big. It’s to grow profitably. Revenue without margin is just expensive busy work.

Nike went from nearly bankrupting themselves with growth to building one of the most profitable companies in history.

That same principle saved my companies from burnout.

It’s what I teach my coaching clients.

And it’s what we’re engineering now inside The Scale Syndicate.

If you’re ready to scale both your revenue AND your margins without sacrificing one for the other, that’s exactly what we engineer inside The Scale Syndicate.

We help entrepreneurs build businesses that grow smart, not just fast.

THE INVASION THAT CHANGED HISTORY AS WE KNOW IT

On June 6, 1944, 160,000 young men showed the world what courage looks like.

During World War II, Allied troops landed in Normandy to storm the beaches and begin the liberation of Western Europe.

Changing history as we know it.

These weren’t hardened warriors. They were kids.

The average age of these brave men was just 22.

Some reports say even younger.

They should’ve been worried about dates, jobs and college.

Instead, they were fighting for freedom and willing to die for something bigger than themselves.

They stormed the beaches of Normandy that day knowing full well they might not make it home.

What they carried wasn’t just gear. It was the weight of a generation’s future.

They didn’t become those kind of men by accident.

They were shaped by the times they lived through…and the values they were raised with.

They had purpose beyond comfort.

These young men understood that some things are worth fighting for. Freedom. Family. Future generations. They didn’t fight for likes or views or validation. They fought for principles.

They had brotherhood.

They weren’t going to war alone. They were part of something bigger. They trusted the man next to them and knew he trusted them back. That bond made them unstoppable.

They had been prepared for hardship.

Most of these boys grew up during the Great Depression. They knew struggle. They’d been tested by life before they were tested by war. Adversity made them stronger, not weaker.

They had clear leadership.

They knew their mission, trusted their commanders, and understood their role. No confusion. No mixed messages. Just clear direction and unwavering commitment.

But we’re fortunate enough that we don’t need a world war to teach this to our sons.

We just need to be intentional.

HERE’S HOW WE BUILD THOSE SAME QUALITIES IN OUR SONS TODAY:

Give them real challenges – Stop protecting them from every struggle. Let them fail, figure it out, and build real confidence through real achievement.

Teach them to serve something bigger – Whether it’s family, community, or mission – show them that life is about contribution, not consumption.

Build their brotherhood – Surround them with other strong men and boys who will challenge them to be better. Iron sharpens iron.

Model courage daily – They’re watching how you handle pressure, how you treat others, how you stand up for what’s right. Be the man you want them to become.

Those young men didn’t just save the world.

They showed us what’s possible when young men are raised with purpose, brotherhood, and unshakeable character.

We owe it to them – and to our sons – to carry ourselves accordingly and raise boys who would make them proud.

THE ‘PASSION TRAP’ IS KEEPING YOU BROKE

Every guru tells you to “follow your passion.”

That’s exactly why 97% of businesses never scale.

I’ve seen $500K/year entrepreneurs doing $15/hour work while their business begs for $500/hour decisions.

They’re grinding harder than ever, but they’re grinding on the wrong things.

I had a coaching client doing $80K/month. Great offer, solid demand, decent team. But he was still personally responding to customer service emails at 11 PM.

“I just want to make sure they get the best experience,” he told me.

Meanwhile, his conversion rates were dropping, his team was confused about priorities, and his profit margins were getting thinner every month.

He was working 70-hour weeks on $15/hour tasks while the $500/hour decisions sat on his desk untouched.

I share this with you because that’s that I call the ‘passion trap’.

When you’re so emotionally attached to every detail that you can’t let go of the work that’s beneath your pay grade.

Here’s how entrepreneurs get into the ‘passion trap’:

– Answering customer service emails instead of optimizing conversion funnels

– Writing social media posts instead of building strategic partnerships

– Managing their own calendar instead of developing their team

– Doing individual client delivery instead of systematizing processes

Meanwhile, the real work of scaling sits untouched:

– Building systems that work without you

– Strategic planning and vision setting

– Optimizing profit margins and unit economics

– Leading and developing your team

Every successful business is just a series of repeatable processes that create predictable outcomes.

HERE’S HOW TO AVOID FALLING INTO THE ‘PASSION TRAP’:

  1. Standardize Everything

If it can’t be documented and repeated by someone else, it’s not a system, it’s a dependency on you.

  1. Remove Yourself from Operations

Your job isn’t to do the work. It’s to build the machine that does the work.

  1. Measure What Matters

Track the numbers that actually move the needle, not just the tasks that make you feel busy.

  1. Optimize for Profit, Not Perfection

Good enough and scalable beats perfect and unsustainable every single time.

That client I mentioned? Once he stopped doing $15/hour work and started focusing on these $500/hour decisions, his business exploded. Same work ethic. Different priorities.

He systematized customer service, built conversion optimization processes, and focused on strategic partnerships. Revenue jumped to $200K/month in six months.

Look, I’m not saying passion doesn’t matter. It does.

But passion without systems is just an expensive passion project.

The difference between entrepreneurs who scale and those who stay stuck isn’t how much they love their work. It’s how systematically they approach their work.

Most entrepreneurs know HOW to work hard. They don’t know WHAT to work hard on.

If you’re ready to stop being the bottleneck in your own business and start building something that works without you, that’s exactly what we fix inside The Scale Syndicate.

We help successful entrepreneurs build the systems and processes that turn passion projects into profit machines.

THE 5 DEADLY SINS OF ENTREPRENEURS

I’ve coached over 1,000 entrepreneurs in the past decade.

And I’ve gotten pretty damn good at predicting with scary accuracy which ones will scale to 7-figures and beyond…

And which ones will stay trapped in their own success.

The difference isn’t intelligence, work ethic, or even luck.

It’s whether they commit these 5 deadly sins that kill more businesses than market crashes, competition, and economic downturns combined.

I share this with you because most successful entrepreneurs are unknowingly sabotaging their own growth.

They’ve built something good, but they’re now prisoners of their own creation.

LET ME BREAK DOWN THE 5 SINS THAT ARE KEEPING YOU STUCK – AND HOW TO FIX THEM BEFORE THEY DESTROY EVERYTHING YOU’VE BUILT:

Deadly Sin #1: The Bottleneck Addiction

You’ve become the most expensive employee in your own company.

Every decision runs through you. Every client wants to talk to “the owner.” Every crisis needs your immediate attention. You tell yourself this is what “good leadership” looks like, but really, you’re addicted to being needed.

Your business isn’t an asset if it can’t run without you. It’s just an expensive job you can’t quit.

The most successful entrepreneurs I work with have mastered the art of making themselves unnecessary in day-to-day operations while remaining essential for vision and strategy.

Deadly Sin #2: The Shiny Object Syndrome

You’re always one funnel or launch away from a breakthrough.

New marketing channel. New product line. New software. New strategy. You chase every opportunity instead of dominating the one in front of you.

I get it. As entrepreneurs, we’re wired to see possibilities everywhere. But here’s what I’ve learned from working with 8-figure CEOs: They don’t do more things. They do fewer things better.

The riches are in the niches. And the fortunes are in the focus.

Deadly Sin #3: The DIY Delusion

This mindset will murder your scaling potential:

“If you want something done right, do it yourself.”

You’re still writing your own emails, managing your own calendar, doing your own bookkeeping, and handling customer service. You justify it by saying “no one cares about my business like I do.”

Wrong.

You’re not being responsible – you’re being selfish. You’re robbing your business of the growth it deserves because you’re too proud or too scared to let go.

Deadly Sin #4: The Comfortable Trap

You’re making good money, so you stop taking risks.

You’ve hit a revenue level that feels “comfortable,” and now you’re playing not to lose instead of playing to win. You’ve traded your entrepreneur mindset for an operator mentality.

But here’s the thing about comfort zones: They’re actually danger zones in disguise. While you’re playing it safe, hungrier competitors are eating your lunch.

The most dangerous place for an entrepreneur is where everything feels “fine.”

Deadly Sin #5: The Lone Wolf Lie

You think asking for help is a sign of weakness.

You’ve bought into the myth that successful entrepreneurs figure everything out on their own. So you struggle in silence, reinvent wheels, and make expensive mistakes that could have been avoided with the right guidance.

Here’s what every billionaire knows: Success is a team sport. They surround themselves with people who’ve already been where they want to go.

Your network determines your net worth. And your mentors determine your trajectory.

Now here’s the hard truth…

Every entrepreneur I’ve ever worked with has committed at least 3 of these sins. The ones who scale to 8-figures? They recognize these patterns quickly and get help fixing them.

The ones who stay stuck? They keep making the same mistakes over and over, wondering why their growth has plateaued.

Here’s what I know about you:

You didn’t start your business to build a prison.

You started it to create freedom, impact, and wealth.

But freedom doesn’t come from working harder. It comes from working systematically.

Impact doesn’t come from doing everything yourself. It comes from building something bigger than yourself.

And wealth doesn’t come from playing it safe. It comes from calculated risks and proven strategies.

The question isn’t whether you’re committing these sins.

The question is how quickly are you going to stop?

Because every day you delay fixing these foundational issues is another day your competition gets ahead, another day your potential income walks out the door, and another day you remain the prisoner of your own success.

You’ve already proven you can build something great.

Now it’s time to prove you can scale it.

If any of these hit home for you, then that’s exactly why I created The Scale Syndicate – to systematically break these patterns in entrepreneurs who are ready to dominate their industries.

THIS CAN 5X YOUR BUSINESS IN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS

Most business owners think scaling means doing MORE things.

More marketing channels. More products. More complexity.

But the truth is, scaling is actually about doing FEWER things better and creating systems that multiply your results.

I’ve been in this game for a few decades now, and I can say I’m a seasoned buck who’s seen it all.

Over and over again, I watch entrepreneurs make the same mistake.

They think growth comes from addition when it actually comes from multiplication.

Here’s what I mean:

Instead of trying to be everywhere at once, my most successful clients focus on perfecting what I call “The Scale Stack”.

Five core systems that, when optimized together, create exponential growth:

Marketing System: One primary channel that generates predictable leads

Sales System: A conversion process that turns prospects into customers consistently

Offer System: A core product/service that delivers massive value and commands premium pricing

Profit System: Financial structures that maximize margins and cash flow

Leadership System: The ability to scale yourself out of day-to-day operations.

When you get these five systems working in harmony, something magical happens.

Your business doesn’t just grow linearly – it multiplies.

I share this with you because most entrepreneurs I meet are stuck in what I call “hustle prison.” They’re working 80-hour weeks, trying to do everything themselves, and wondering why their business feels like a job they can’t escape.

The problem isn’t that you’re not working hard enough.

The problem is you’re not working systematically enough.

Over the years, I’ve seen the same pattern with hundreds of entrepreneurs. They hit a revenue ceiling and think they need to completely reinvent their business. But what they really need is to systematize and scale what’s already working.

That’s exactly why I created The Scale Syndicate Mastermind.

This is a 6-month intensive where I personally work with a small group of serious entrepreneurs to 5X their business using the exact same systems I use with my $100K private clients.

We meet twice in person for a full-day intensive, then I host monthly group coaching calls with the entire mastermind.

And honestly, I love these group calls because you don’t just get access to me – you get access to other high-level entrepreneurs who can share similar stories and help solve your challenges.

I’ve seen members suggest something during a call, and the person asking implements it and shoots up revenue or solves a bottleneck overnight.

My singular focus is helping you build and optimize so you can time-collapse your growth and hit multiple six figures per month.

But here’s the thing…

I only work with entrepreneurs who have real businesses. No side hustlers. No “wannapreneurs.” Just serious business owners ready to scale big.

If that’s you, and you want the closest thing to working with me one-on-one without paying my $100k price tag, then I want you to apply for The Scale Syndicate.
