The Holiday Truth No Man Talks About

Holidays tend to hold a mirror up to our lives.

For some, holidays are a blessing. Reflecting the joy and warmth we have in our lives.

But for others, holidays are a curse. Serving as a reminder of past events and reopening old wounds of unhealed trauma.

Holidays for you might be:

  • Memories of laughter and bonding with our families
  • Periods of stressful family arguments
  • Or times of isolation and loneliness

Now if you’re like how I used to be, it can be hard to face the mirror in fear of what you might see. And some men spend their whole lives never wanting to face it.

But here’s the truth:

Holidays are a true test for becoming the man we aspire to be.

I share this with you because regardless of what your holiday mirror reflects…

…what truly matters is your decision to face that man in the mirror.

Because no matter the trauma you might have had during the holidays, you can always make the choice to rewrite its meaning.

So that you can be the father, who creates unforgettable holiday memories for your kids like jumping in piles of fall leaves with them.

The husband, who takes moments during the holiday chaos to keep date nights a priority.

The leader, who acknowledges his team’s hard work by telling them in person or shooting a quick voice message to them.

And the man that others look up to.

But in order to have others look up to you, you must be first willing to look up to yourself.

Now when you can do that you’ll have elevated yourself to your highest self – the 2.0 Self.

The 2.0 Self who fully embraces the man in the mirror.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. If you’re ready to fully face the man in the mirror then I made this for you.

I’m Not Your Daddy, But Here’s Some Fatherly Advice

My DM’s are constantly flooded with men wanting me to be their “daddy”.

(And I’m not talking about the “daddy” that some you freaks want me to be lol.)

By “daddy” I mean they put me on a f#cking pedestal.

You see, they’re always asking me for specific advice:

  • Free business advice
  • Help to fix their marriage
  • Or help them take responsibility so they can fix their life

I often respond to these men because I truly want every single one of them to succeed.

Now while I’m NOT here to be anyone’s “daddy”, I want to give you some “fatherly” advice.

So here’s my “fatherly” advice for you:

Never hold anyone on a pedestal because you think they have the answers to change your life.

There’s only one person you should place on a pedestal. Only one person you should be looking to to help fix your life.

And that person is YOU. Your 2.0 Self.

You see, the highest version of yourself has all the answers you’re looking for.

But everyone thinks that the keys to solving their problems are found either within gooroos, books, or vices.

The reality is the keys to solving your problems are found by looking within yourself.

I share this with you because I don’t want you to be like everyone else.

Your 2.0 Self is the key to solving all of your problems.

But in order to unlock this power you need to be willing to do the deep work.

Now the easiest way that I’ve found to do this is to get physically jacked and mentally fit.

And when you can get physically jacked and mentally fit you’ll have the confidence to overcome any problems or struggles that life throws at you.

The sooner you can do this the sooner you can start to unlock your 2.0 Self and create any type of future you desire.

One that doesn’t involve placing some dude on the internet on YOUR pedestal.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. One last piece of “fatherly” advice, if you’re looking to build your confidence by getting physically jacked and mentally fit then I highly encourage you to check out The Agoge.

In 90 days, they’ll have you on your own pedestal ready to unlock your 2.0 Self.

I actually break down how The Agoge works in this video here.

Bane Masks, Gag Balls, and Cold Plunges

Over the years I’ve seen a ton of fitness fads come and go.

Now fad is nothing more than a short-lived craze.

In fact, it seems like not too long ago everyone was walking around the gym looking like Bane from Batman by wearing those altitude masks.

Or what about those jawbone exercise “gag balls” that made you look like you were in an OnlyFans video?

Regardless of how silly any of these fads look, the reason they do them is because…

Everyone is always looking for that ONE thing that will give them a slight edge over their competitors.

Lately, people have been trying to get a slight edge with the latest fad – the cold plunge.

Now the reason I call this a fad is that most people will buy one and eventually stop using it.

And within 2-3 years most people will forget about it.

I share this with you because you shouldn’t be looking for that slight edge…

You don’t need to buy a cold plunge or wear a gag ball outside of the bedroom.

Listen, I’m all for trying to become your best self. By all means, go for it!

But dude…

What’s the point of trying to get a slight edge when you haven’t even laid the foundation with a single proven routine?

You see a routine is something that you do consistently every day and never budge.

For me, my daily routine is as simple as:

  • Drinking my Trulean Daily Essentials to keep my immune system firing on all cylinders
  • Getting a savage workout in to stay mentally and physically in shape
  • Going on a walk to get some good ol’ fashion vitamin D.

A routine works for you and your lifestyle.

Now whether you follow my daily routine, take cold showers, or meditate, find what works for you and stick with it.

Because when you can stick with a simple routine that you love, just like in business and life, you will see results.

Results that don’t involve you having to chase the next weird fitness gimmick.

Fads give you temporary results.

Routines give you permanent results.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. By the way I almost forgot, I like to keep my post-workouts simple as well.

After my daily workouts, especially after a savage leg day, I chug 2 scoops of the Trulean Protein

If you want to get extra “weird” with it try adding some Trulean Strawberry Protein powder to plain yogurt.

Now if you want to give it a try use code “BEDROS” for 50% OFF any subscription.

Life Advice To A Flabby ESL Foreigner

As a dog in the game with several gray hairs, I’m often asked:

“What advice would you give to my younger self?”

And it got me thinking, would I tell my younger self?

The kid who came to America and was placed in ESL classes and diagnosed with ADD.

Or the awkward flabby teenager terrified to ask a girl to the prom.

Just as fast as it took me to think back to those memories a flood of advice came crashing down.

So I wanted to share the life advice I’d give myself with you:

  1. Life is short, start failing sooner
  2. Fitness is a gateway drug to a better life
  3. Be mindful of who you surround yourself with
  4. Do the opposite of what everyone else is doing
  5. A big factor in your success is who you decide to marry
  6. You’re one decision away from everything you’ve ever wanted
  7. Don’t be an asshole, you never know what others are going through

Now while you’ll never have a chance to share this with your younger self.

I’m a firm believer that you have a second chance to share these lessons with your kids.

So take the lessons that you learned growing up and apply them to fatherhood.

Guiding and sharing your fatherly advice with your son or daughter.

You’ll be surprised just how much you’ll make that younger you proud.

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. If you’re a father looking to instill life lessons in your son, join me at the next Squire Class.

Together, we’ll help guide your son to understand these life lessons sooner.

How My Client Almost Doubled His Income By “Knowledge Hacking”

Every time a new coaching client comes into HQ we meet in the War Room.

This is my conference where we spend half the day deep-diving and strategizing your next business moves.

Now with every new coaching client, I’m very particular about laying down the foundation for your success.

During our first in-person coaching session I always start with these three steps:

  1. Establish the house rules
  2. Clarify how the coaching process works
  3. Dive deep into the specifics of your business

Once we’re able to deep dive into your business we can formulate a game plan specifically for you to execute for the next 6 months.

And when you follow this game plan to the tee, while I can’t guarantee results…

I can say the majority of my clients hit, if not surpass, the goals we set out for them.

My coaching client Reuben Brooks is a prime example of this.

He followed the game plan and almost DOUBLED his income in just 5 months. And on track to not only hit but surpass his end-of-the-year goals.

He just uploaded a new video explaining how we were able to do this here.

As Reuben states in his video he was able to “Knowledge Hack” his success.

He tapped into the strategies and insights I’ve accumulated over years of building businesses and helping others to do the same.

You see, the real reason you invest in coaching isn’t just for advice or guidance.

The reason you invest in coaching is to hack into the knowledge of someone who’s gone where you want to go.

And more importantly, has gotten results and shown others how to do the same.

A great business coach can help you upload that invaluable wisdom directly into your business. Just like downloading a new business podcast into your Spotify.

Now once you are able to download this wisdom into your business you’ll be able to time-collapse your success.

And just like Reuben, you’ll be able to double (if not more) your business and income.

Like Reuben you have a dream but it’s up to you to step up, execute, and make those dreams a reality.

Hope to see you at the mountaintop.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. If you’re curious about how I can help you “Knowledge Hack” results and download them into your business I made this video for you.

How Your “Dumpster Days” Can Be Your Kids’ Golden Years

Dude, never let a challenging past be your excuse to become a better man.

Instead let it be your reason to set a new standard in your life.

Especially when it comes to raising your kids.

Now as someone whose childhood was far from a fairy tale:

  • Living in Section 8 housing
  • Scavenging dumpsters for my next meal
  • Wondering if I’d come home from school to lights or running water

I had every excuse in the book to play the blame game. Pointing the fingers at my circumstances and settling for a life of mediocrity.

But I chose to overcome my “dumpster days” and build an empire.

I share this with you because I didn’t want my kids to repeat the same shitty childhood that I grew up in.

Just like I know you want your kids to have a better childhood than you.

But in order to do that, you have to break the cycle.

So instead of holidays and summer breaks filled with violence, trauma, and hate, your kids will only remember the opportunities, acceptance, and happiness.

When you break the cycle, you will rewrite the toxic narrative that your parents, family, or society have tried to impose on you.

This toxic narrative has been passed down for generations.

Now you’ll install a narrative of success, discipline, and leadership into your kids.

But in order to do that, the work has to start with you.

You have the power to be the best version of yourself – for them.

I share this with you because you have the potential to be a respectable and confident man.

When you’re this type of man, you can easily be a loving father who spends quality time with them, even on the busiest of days.

And when you’re a loving father, you’ll sweep your wife off her feet because you make time for regular date nights to keep the spark alive.

Now make no mistake about it.

Becoming that man who shows up for his family and those around him takes work.

That’s why I still put in the work every single day to show up for my family.

But in order to be the man your family can rely on, it starts by continually showing up for yourself.

And that can be as simple as making sure you stay physically in shape.

Or doing the deep work to overcome past trauma.

The way I think about personal development is…

What’s a few years of personal development to

a lifetime of cherished memories that your kids will have?

This is the question I ask constantly because when you do the work…

You give your kids a fighting chance to become a better version of you.

And while you don’t have the power to rewrite your past…

You hold the power to influence what your son or daughter writes in theirs.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. If you’re a dad committed to creating unforgettable moments with your son, moments that will be cherished for a lifetime, then I highly recommend joining me at the next Squire Class.

We have one more class left for the year and it’s almost sold out.

You can find out all about it in this video.

The One Record No Man Wants To Break

About a week ago we secured Class 018 of the MDK Project.

Now before every MDK Project, we have all the candidates do the “302”.

The 302 consists of 300 reps and two miles, all of which need to be completed in under 75 minutes.

And of course in MDK Project fashion, we had one candidate break a record.

Not for the fastest time for completing the 302…

But for the fastest time to QUIT the 302.

20 minutes in one guy walked up and said:

“I’m holding everybody back. I quit. I want to ring the bell.”

Now many of his friends tried to talk him out of it.

But the truth is, before he even began his mind was already made up…

He saw the mountain he had to climb.

The physical torture he was about to endure.

The bears he had to tame along the way.

The mental layers of trauma he was about to uncover.

And the dragon at the top of the mountain he had to conquer.

Defeating his old self so he could become the 2.0 version of himself.

Making the decision right there that his mountain was unconquerable.

You see, he was in solid shape but he was mentally fragmented.

And I share this with you because The Project mimics what happens in life sometimes.

Sometimes you’re going to:

  • Be under a lot of pressure in business, family, and life
  • Have unexpected things happen in your life
  • Have things not work out in your favor

And just like the MDK Instructors do with the candidates – life will scream at you to quit.

It’s during those times that you might make those permanent decisions during those temporary feelings that you’ll later regret.

Because if you want to be able to flip your switch and live the life you’ve always wanted…

You must be willing to:

  • Endure the physical demands of life
  • Overcome the mental layers of trauma
  • Defeat your old self so that you can become the 2.0 version of yourself

And I can guarantee you that the man who rang the bell is replaying and regretting that decision in his head.

Now let that be a lesson for you today.

Temporary feelings never last so never make decisions based on them.

And if you don’t do the tough work mentally and physically now.

You’ll always see life as an unconquerable mountain to climb.

Rather than seeing life as an adventure to have and conquer.

Always rooting for you,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. As you probably know by now The Project has a fairly low graduation rate. And it’s not like these men aren’t able to do the physical work it’s just they haven’t done the mental work needed to graduate the 75 hours.

Unlike the men who graduate at a 95% success rate with the Agoge.

P.P.S. Not only do we prepare them for the mental work, but we get them physically ready.

If you want to see how The Agoge program we created that is boosting candidates’ graduation rates to 95% click here.

P.P.P.S. Every day men just like you are signing up and getting in the best mental and physical shape so that they can leave a better legacy and become the role model that they know they can be.

Check it out here.

You Don’t Need A Rabbit Foot To Get Lucky

In the early part of my entrepreneurship journey, I used to think luck was for the lucky.

But I soon realized that you can make your own luck.

And if a guy like me can make his own luck by:

  • Become the top salesman when I was a personal trainer
  • Build Fit Body into a multimillion-dollar franchise
  • Go from speaking in a room of 10 people to a conference of 10,000 people.

You can too.

Now instead of you trying to figure out how to make your own luck, I want to show you how to make your own luck today.

So here is my method for making your own luck:

Pick a high-income skill and become undeniably great at it.

Now I get it, nothing lucky about that.

But the reason why it’s lonely at the top is people aren’t willing to hone these money-making skills.

Most people aren’t willing to spend months, years, or decades to hone their skills.

This skill can be learning sales, writing sales pages, or running Facebook ads.

(These are just a few of the skills I look for people in my team.)

Here’s why you need to get good at a skill:

When you become undeniably great at a skill, you’re prepared to meet opportunities that normally no one gets to see.

And when you’re great at something:

  • You can go on any camera and teach people how they can do it.
  • Join any Facebook group and offer immediate advice.
  • Hop into any Zoom meeting and provide real-time feedback.

I share this with you because when you’re able to become undeniably great at a high-income skill, your network AND net worth will expand.

Because as soon as somebody in your network needs help in that area you’ve now developed into a skill.

They’re gonna think of you. They’re gonna reach out.

And guess what?

Those days, months, and years you spent honing your skills will be your “lucky” break.

So start becoming undeniably great.

Solve problems.

And watch your “luck” start to magically appear.

Bedros Keuilian

Huge Breakthroughs This Past Week

This past Friday Class #018 of the MDK Project was secured.

And dude, it was a rollercoaster of breakthroughs and emotions for these men.

15 men started.

6 men graduated.

You see, every one of these men walked in thinking that we were about to hand them all the answers to their problems.

But the men who graduated realized they already had all the answers buried within them.

They just didn’t know how to uncover it.

Because like many men, these men came in buried under:

  • Layers of trauma
  • Years of abuse
  • Or decades of shame

And during those 75 hours, we kept chipping away at those layers:

  • Releasing the trauma
  • Uncovering their true potential
  • And letting that inner savage come out

I share this with you because deep down that 2.0 version of yourself is already there.

Waiting for you to remove the layers that are holding you back.

So that you too can be the best version of yourself for your business, your family, and everyone who’s ever believed in you.

But in order to change you must be willing to believe in yourself.

And that starts by making that choice to do the work.

Day in and day out, even when the world’s weight is pressing down on you.

And when you can do that.

You’ll be able to “flip the switch” and become the best damn version of yourself.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. The majority of these men were either leaders in their industry or entrepreneurs who were looking for a serious breakthrough in their relationships, business, and life.

If that sounds like you then the MDK Project might be what you’re looking for.

I made this new video that explains all about the MDK Project here.

The Real Problem We’re Facing In America

I love America for many reasons, and one of them is that anyone can be anything.

However, at the moment America isn’t looking good.

Because having someone who can’t string two coherent sentences together like our current Commander in Chief is not a good look.

And it’s only gonna get worse because that’s just a sign and symptom of the real problem we have.

The real problem we have is that men are being trained to be declawed and defanged.

If you need more proof, look at who’s in the Oval Office.

That guy is supposed to be the most powerful man in the world…

…yet he’s getting pulled around like a circus animal.

And if that can happen in the Oval Office, what are the chances that it’s happening to our kids right now?

So that when they grow up, they’ll be weak declawed, and defanged men who are easy to control.

But like any great patriot…

We can see a problem and then fix it ourselves without the government’s help.

After all, that’s how America was born!

That’s why I created programs like the Squire Program.

Because in a society that wants to portray boys as passive and weak, the Squire program is about building our sons into confident, strong young men.

Now here’s the hard truth:

We’re living in an era where “Woo-Han” sniffles can cause worldwide shutdowns. And politicians who are having “brain reboots” mid-interview are in charge of running this country.

So instead of just ranting about it, do something about it.

Let’s raise a generation that’s ready to face life challenges head-on.

Because our greatest legacy will be the leaders we raise in our homes.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. If you want to learn more about The Squire Program, check out this video.
