MY EMAIL ADDRESS GOT LEAKED

A few weeks ago, I found out my email address had been leaked and was out there on the interwebs.

Now, normally when that happens, you expect some scammer from another country trying to sell you crypto.

Or someone posing as an insurance company saying, “Dear sir, we are try to extend your car warranty please respond urgent.”

Or a Nigerian prince telling you, “I am rich, please send bank info.”

And while I’m all for winning the scammer lottery…

This time, it was different.

I got an email from a 14-year-old kid.

He said:

“Hey Bedros, I just wanted to thank you. My dad signed me up for the Squire Program and it changed my life. I’m in shape now, and I don’t get bullied anymore.”

And I thought…what the hell?

(That said, don’t go digging around trying to find my email fellas. I don’t need 500 dudes blowing up my inbox lol.)

Of all the people who could’ve found my email, I’m glad it was this kid.

Because he took something from me that I’m happy to give:

Belief in oneself.

The belief that you can become someone better than you were yesterday, no matter your age, skin color, or upbringing.

The belief that you can rise above your circumstances and build the life you were meant to live.

I share this with you because that’s exactly what the Squire Program is about:

Turning boys into young men through challenge, accountability, and adversity.

Boys who stop hiding behind screens.

Boys who look you in the eye and shake your hand firmly.

Boys who learn discipline, grit, and leadership before life forces it on them.

It’s the rite of passage our culture forgot and one every father and son need.

Because when a man and his son go through adversity together, they both come out sharper, stronger, and more connected than ever.

Make no mistake, we live in a time where too many boys are growing up weak.

The media has conditioned them to be physically soft, mentally fragile, and spiritually lost.

They’ve got no role models, no rites of passage, and no clue who they’re supposed to become.

That’s why the Squire Program exists.

To give fathers and sons an experience that forges strength, discipline, and respect for one another.

The next Squire Program is coming up soon in your area, and this could be the experience that changes both your lives forever.

WHY ADVERSITY IS ALWAYS A SETUP

This past week I had a full photoshoot in my private gym for some new jiu jitsu gear that’s dropping soon for Few Will Hunt.

We spent hours rolling, shooting, adjusting lighting, rolling some more. The whole nine yards.

And at one point, I had to take a rest because I’m still nursing an injury.

Sitting there on the sidelines watching everyone else roll, I had this thought:

“I ain’t the young buck I used to be.”

I share this with you because as I’ve gotten older, I’ve noticed I’m getting more reflective.

Not in a nostalgic, “back in my day” kind of way.

But in a “why I do what I do” kind of way.

And sitting there on the mats, catching my breath while the photographer reset for the next shot, I understood.

The same thing that made me survive coming to America as a broke immigrant kid is the same thing that keeps me getting on these mats at 50-something years old.

I refuse to quit when things get hard.

When my family and I first escaped communist Armenia, we had nothing.

We lived in Section 8 housing.

My family dumpster-dove behind grocery stores for food.

I got beat up at school for being the small immigrant kid who couldn’t speak English.

Every day was adversity.

But my dad always stayed optimistic.

He’d tell us to be grateful for what we had, even when we had almost nothing. He instilled in me this idea that adversity wasn’t the end…it was the setup.

Napoleon Hill said it perfectly:

“Every adversity comes with the seed of equal or greater opportunity.”

The most painful, stressful, and darkest times in your life are often setting you up to become the next and best version of yourself.

But the setup requires two things from you:

  1. Knowing you deserve success.
  2. Being willing to work like a rented mule and pay your dues.

That’s what the Few Will Hunt brand represents to me.

Most people quit the moment things get uncomfortable and adversity shows up. The moment they realize success requires more than they thought is when most quit.

But the few? They keep hunting. They keep showing up.

They keep rolling even when they’re nursing injuries and could easily sit it out.

Because they understand that adversity isn’t a stop sign.

Adversity is a setup to the life you want.

Because I’m one of the few.

And if you’re reading this, I bet you are too.

Check out Few Will Hunt here and use code BEDROS for a discount on gear built for people who refuse to quit.

Always rooting for you,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. The new jiu jitsu line drops soon. It’s 100% American-made and built for the grind.

If you’re one of the few, you’ll want this one.

MOST BUSINESSES ARE DOOMED

Statistically speaking, most entrepreneurs are doomed to stay average.

The average business owner in the United States earns between $70,000 and $128,000 per year.

Now I don’t know about you, but I didn’t get into entrepreneurship to build an average business or live an average life.

Yet that’s exactly what most entrepreneurs end up doing.

They escape their 9-5 job thinking they’re buying freedom…

Only to realize they’ve just traded corporate shackles for golden shackles.

They work longer hours than they ever did as an employee.

They can’t take vacations.

And they’re making less money than they would with a decent corporate job.

I share this with you because if you dream of scaling your business and having the luxury of spending quality time with your family without constantly worrying about your bottom line…

Then understand this:

There is no magic secret to scaling a business.

I know because I’ve scaled multiple businesses and coached hundreds of clients to scale theirs to 8 and 9 figures.

When it comes to scaling a business, you need 1 thing:

DELEGATION.

And this is where 90% of entrepreneurs completely f*ck it up.

They try to do everything themselves.

They’re answering emails, fulfilling orders, doing their own accounting, managing their own calendar, creating content, running ads, handling customer service…

And they wonder why they’re burned out, broke, and barely keeping their head above water.

Every single person who has successfully scaled a business had a team behind them.

I have my assistant Joan who runs my calendar.

I have Ed who shoots all my content.

I have full dedicated teams at Fit Body Boot Camp, Trulean, and all my other companies.

You can’t build a one-person business and scale it.

You’ll burn out before you ever get close.

Here’s how you know what to delegate:

Ask yourself two simple questions about every task:

  1. Is this above my pay grade?

If you’re capable of generating $500/hour in revenue but you’re spending time on $20/hour tasks, you’re losing money. Stop doing work that someone else can do cheaper and better than you.

  1. Is it past your work capacity?

I don’t care who you are there’s a limit to how much you can work. The hustle culture bullsh*t about working 20-hour days 7 days a week while slamming White Monsters and Zyn pouches all day is a one-way ticket to the ER.

The only way to scale is to multiply yourself through other people.

But the truth is, most entrepreneurs do NOT delegate well.

And while the principle is simple, executing it properly is where most people fail.

That’s where coaching comes into play.

So if you’ve hit an “income ceiling” in your business because you’re doing everything yourself, then it might be time to figure out how to break through it.

In fact, you might want to see how I helped Bree Mesquit go from a burned-out studio owner working 80-hour weeks to building a multi-million dollar wax brand with a team.

Or you could see how I helped Dr. Ashley Lucas double her company and employees in less than two years.

Or better yet, ask me. Let me help you dive deep into your business, identify the bottlenecks, and create a plan to actually scale.

THE WEIRD WAY I VET BUSINESS PARTNERS

I’ve hosted and sold out dozens of events from masterminds, conferences, and leadership summits all over the country.

I can tell you that most events out there are run the same way and ALL miss the same thing.

You spend $1000+ to sit in a hotel ballroom for two days.

You take notes, maybe meet a few people during breaks, and then head home, telling yourself it was “worth it.”

But you and I both know the truth, most of those weekends don’t change anything.

You’ll leave with nothing more but a notebook and a name tag.

If you’ve ever been to one of my live experiences, you already know they’re not like those traditional conferences or masterminds.

Because there’s one thing I prioritize above everything else: Connection.

Every time I host an event, I make sure that when you leave, you’re not just walking away with notes but lifelong connections.

I share this with you because over the last two decades, I’ve built a rolodex of men and women who’ve changed my life.

All entrepreneurs, Navy SEALs, and athletes who’ve become friends (and business partners).

Who’ve helped me grow businesses, navigate tough seasons, and become a better husband, father, and leader.

And it’s not because I met them in some seminar ballroom.

It’s because I put myself in the rooms that built connection. Rooms where we trained together, broke bread together, and then strategized side by side.

That’s where respect is built and trust forms.

And that’s what led me to create The Brotherhood Project.

A one-day experience where you’ll sweat, strategize, and finish off with a good steak dinner.

Here’s how it works:

SWEAT

We start the day with a workout.

We hit the weights and get after it.

Then we roll jiu-jitsu, glove up for a few boxing rounds, and have some fun in the process.

There’s something powerful about training hard with other men.

You see how they handle pressure.

You watch how they respond when things get tough.

I’ve learned more about a man in one workout than I have in months of business meetings.

Sweat strips away the ego and reminds us that no matter where we come from, we’re all built from the same stuff.

STRATEGY

After the workout, we spend the day diving deep into business, leadership, and life.

We talk shop and share what’s working, what’s not, and where the opportunities are.

I tap into my rolodex of connections and bring in a few experts who have open, tactical discussions that move your business and mindset forward.

You’ll sit shoulder to shoulder with other high-performing men who are in the trenches just like you.

Iron sharpens iron, and by the end of the day, you’ll walk away with ideas and brothers who will help you win long after the event is over.

STEAK

When the work is done, we end the night the right way…

With good food, great conversation, and even better company.

The dinner is where strangers become friends, and friends become brothers.

There’s something primal and powerful about breaking bread together.

It’s been one of the oldest ways men have built trust and connection throughout history.

We’ve spent the morning training side by side, the afternoon sharpening each other’s minds and by the time dinner rolls around, the walls are gone.

You’ll see guys who just met that morning laughing like old friends, swapping stories, trading numbers, and planning what’s next.

For me, this is always my favorite part of the Brotherhood Project.

Because I know that by the end of the night, every man leaves with his own rolodex. One that is filled with the kind of connections that make life and business richer.

And they’re what make this experience unlike anything else out there.

This is why the Brotherhood Project isn’t another seminar or networking event.

And unlike those $2,000 events that overpromise and underdeliver, this costs $399.

The next Brotherhood Project is happening on October 25th in Southern California.

The video below will tell you exactly what to expect, then click the link to lock in your spot.

THE 4-HOUR AUDIT THAT PRINTS MONEY

Most entrepreneurs today are drowning in tools, trends, and tactics.

They’re using five different AI tools, three new ad campaigns in motion, and a dozen half-finished projects they swear will “fix everything.”

But deep down, they know the truth. They’re not fixing anything.

They’re just adding more complexity to their business and it’s preventing them from scaling.

And the longer that chaos continues, the harder it gets to steer the ship back on course.

I’ve seen this play out thousands of times in my 20+ years of building and scaling businesses.

I share this with you because many business owners spend months trying to add more software, buy more courses, or double their hours…thinking that’s what’s going to move the needle.

But those aren’t the needle movers.

In fact, it’s one of the main reasons nearly 20% of businesses fail within their first year.

They spend the first three quarters chasing the wrong problems and by Q4, they’re out of time, resources, and momentum.

The real needle movers are the few actions that eliminate friction, simplify execution, and fix the bottlenecks holding you back.

And the thing is…you don’t need months to find them.

If you know what to look for you can do it in just four focused hours.

HERE’S EXACTLY HOW I USE THOSE FOUR HOURS WITH MY PRIVATE COACHING CLIENTS AND HOW YOU CAN REPLICATE IT YOURSELF

Hour 1: Audit the business

We map out the entire business and look for hidden friction of where time, energy, or money is leaking.

Most entrepreneurs discover that 80% of their effort is spent fixing the wrong problem.

Once you see where the real issues are, everything else starts to make sense.

Hour 2: Find the bottlenecks

Every business has 2–3 major bottlenecks that keep it stuck.

It might be the offer, your traffic source, your fulfillment process, or even your leadership habits.

Once we pinpoint them, we focus every ounce of energy on fixing those.

Hour 3: Identify the needle movers

These are the actions that directly generate revenue, improve performance, or free up your time.

We isolate the few levers that create momentum, and build systems around them so progress compounds.

Hour 4: Build your 90-day roadmap

We turn the insights into an executable plan with clear targets, KPIs, and action steps. The best system I’ve found for keeping a business accountable is the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

We’ve implemented it across every company I’ve built, from Fit Body Boot Camp to Trulean Nutrition, and it’s allowed my team to run a tighter ship.

When you dedicate just four hours to deep work like this, you’ll solve more problems than most entrepreneurs do in four months.

And if you want help implementing this exact process, then you’ll want to check out my Half-Day Coaching Intensive.

It’s the same framework I use privately with clients, except we go even deeper. We’ll break down your bottlenecks, sharpen your leadership, and build your 90-day growth plan together.

TWO WEALTH LESSONS FROM NASHVILLE

Just got back from Nashville where I spoke and shared the stage with some killers.

High performers like Tim Grover, Gunnar Peterson, Rob Luna, Charles Payne, and Josh Altman.

Dudes who’ve built real wealth and understand what’s happening in the economy right now.

Before I get into the big shifts let me start by saying…

The economy is currently weird as hell.

Inflation is crushing the middle class.

People are working harder than ever just to stay in the same place.

Real estate is so overpriced that a lot of people can’t afford to buy a home.

Gas, groceries, healthcare cost more while paychecks stay flat.

Whether you believe we’re bound for a correction or not…

Most people are scared.

They’re trying to protect what they have instead of positioning themselves for what’s coming.

I share this with you because sitting in that room in Nashville, and hanging out with some of the smartest wealth builders and health experts on the planet, two massive shifts became clear.

And if you understand these two shifts, the next few years are going to make you very rich:

SHIFT #1: WEALTH CREATION IS ACCELERATING

The tax changes, government incentives, and access to capital that’re coming over the next two years aren’t just good news for entrepreneurs.

It’s historic.

We’re about to see the biggest wealth creation in our lifetime.

And while the majority is sitting on the sidelines…

…waiting for “certainty”.

The true entrepreneurs are grabbing massive market share in industries that are about to explode.

SHIFT #2: THE SEISMIC HEALTHCARE COLLAPSE

For the first time in years, life expectancy is dropping. People are dying younger.

The healthcare system has failed so spectacularly that even the most trusting people are finally waking up.

Nobody is coming to save them.

Not their doctor, some miracle drug, or the government.

People are finally understanding something I’ve been saying for years…

I’d rather be the oldest person at the gym than the youngest person in the emergency room.

When you combine these two shifts…

You get the perfect storm.

For this reason, the fitness industry isn’t just growing…it’s exploding.

Because health has become a priority for millions of people.

And they’re not looking for a cheap gym membership anymore.

They’re willing to pay premium prices for it.

That’s exactly why our Fit Body Boot Camp franchise partners are crushing it right now.

They’re not just gym owners. They’re in the business of helping people build the physical and mental foundation for success.

And they’re making record profits while doing a hell of a lot of good.

Because when someone gets in the best shape of their life, everything else gets easier.

Their business performs better. They make better decisions. They have more energy for their family.

Most people will read this and think “that’s nice” but do nothing about it.

But if you’re ready to position yourself in the industry that creates both wealth and transforms lives, then look into opening up a Fit Body Boot Camp.

YOU, ME AND JEFF BEZOS HAVE THIS IN COMMON

Back in 2014, Jeff Bezos and Amazon launched the Fire phone.

It was supposed to be their iPhone killer.

They spent four whole years developing it.

Pouring millions into development, marketing, and production.

In July 2014, the phone was released to the public.

By September 2015, Amazon stopped selling the Fire Phone.

It was a complete disaster. Selling maybe just shy of 35,000 units.

Amazon had to write off $170 million.

Critics said that the whole thing was embarrassing as hell.

But here’s what Bezos said after that massive failure:

“We lost a lot of money on this one and we are going to have even bigger failures than that in the future. If we are going to continue to scale we have to continue to make bold bets.”

I share this with you because you, me, and Bezos have something important in common.

We’ve all failed…Spectacularly.

The truth is, if you’re planning to build anything meaningful in business, you’re going to fail.

In fact, the most remarkable part as an entrepreneur isn’t the successes that get highlighted.

It’s not building or exiting multiple 8 and 9-figure businesses, which I’ve done.

It’s the number of times I’ve poured money into a business idea only for it to fail.

That’s just the cost of admission for success.

Think how many times Michael Jordan has shot the ball only to miss. He’s missed more than he’s made.

As Wayne Gretzky said… you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.

Bezos understood this.

That’s why after the Fire phone disaster, Amazon didn’t play it safe. They kept making bold bets. Alexa. AWS. Prime Video. Some worked, some didn’t.

I’ve failed my fair share.

Those failures led me to building businesses like Fit Body Boot Camp and Trulean Wellness.

Some things work, others don’t.

But the ones that worked more than paid for the ones that didn’t.

And I know you understand this too. You’ve had your failures.

The difference between winners and losers isn’t who fails.

The difference is who keeps taking swings after they fail.

Most entrepreneurs fail once or twice and then convince themselves to “play it safe.” They start making smaller bets, taking fewer risks, trying to control outcomes instead of maximizing opportunities.

That’s not safety. That’s a one-way ticket to guaranteed mediocrity.

Success rewards the people who can absorb failures and keep swinging. They understand that you only need to be right once in a big way to offset being wrong multiple times.

So whatever you’re building, whatever you’re working on, expect to fail at some point.

But don’t let it stop you from making the next bet, because failure is only temporary defeat if you’re willing to get up, dust yourself off and go at it again.

The difference between you and the guy who gives up after his first failure might just be one more swing.

I want to help you win in business!

If you want to learn the tools for handling failure and building something big, join me at the next Brotherhood Project.

Spend the day with me and some like-minded men who are building big things and leveling up in life.

We’ll dive deep into the business strategies that are currently working, we’ll workout together, eat lunch and dinner together and you’ll build a network of solid men as friends.

And I have some heavy-hitter guests who will be giving you some unfiltered lessons about business and life.

Get the deets here.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. The winners aren’t the ones who never fail but the ones who fail fast, learn quick, and keep taking swings.

Come learn how to do it with men who’ve done just that.

I NEVER PLANNED ON SHARING THIS

I never really planned on becoming a business coach and sharing how I scaled my companies.

In fact, I was perfectly happy just building Fit Body Boot Camp and TruLean Wellness.

But as someone who’s Type A and pretty fanatical about scaling businesses, I’d struggle seeing entrepreneurs making poor decisions and crashing their dreams.

Look, it ain’t easy building a business that’s profitable and systematized.

You’ve got to get a lot of things right for this to work…

Marketing, sales, leadership, hiring, systems, offers, and fulfillment.

Here’s the thing about social media…

…it exposes everything. I got to see more and more entrepreneurs starting businesses, putting in their life savings and losing it all by doing everything wrong.

So I decided to start helping the serious ones get it right and take their businesses and scale them the RIGHT WAY.

For me, entrepreneurship is like a superpower. I’ve been doing it for a long time and I’m damn good at it.

And honestly watching someone go from stuck to unstoppable is just as rewarding for me as building my own businesses.

I share this with you because in my years of mentoring entrepreneurs I’ve been fortunate to coach people from all walks of life and business…

From pro athletes, medical and health professionals, politicians, fitness coaches, tattoo artists, food prep companies, real estate investors, celebrities, high-profile CEOs, and New York Times Best Selling authors.

But here’s the thing about my coaching:

I’m not some gooroo teaching you what you can learn on ChatGPT. I’m teaching everything I’ve done in my own businesses that has made them INC 500 companies and national brands.

And after coaching hundreds of others, I’ve developed a skill that most business coaching gooroos can’t touch – getting results in almost any industry.

Now when you combine that with people who are success-minded winners and just need the right strategies, systems and support – Magic happens.

Let me show you what I mean.

Here are just a few of the lessons I’ve learned from helping over 1000+ businesses:

LESSON 1: GET OUT OF THE WEEDS SO YOU CAN SCALE

Take Bree Mesquit. Beauty wax studio owner and creator of Rebel Wax

Smart as hell, but when we started working together, she was doing everything herself.

She was burned out, working 80-hour weeks, and barely seeing her kids.

The first year working with me she hit just shy of $2 million with her new product Rebel Wax.

Here’s what we fixed:

  • We built her a team.
  • We launched a podcast and YouTube channel to build her authority that now has 62K subscribers.
  • We created systems and processes so the business could run without her being involved in every single transaction.
  • We created an irresistible offer and marketing campaign that builds her monthly recurring sales.

And instead of just serving clients, she’s now building a big wax brand that she can sell for a huge multiple one day.

Oh, and she and her husband Chance lost 70 pounds and got in the best shape of their lives.

Not too bad for someone who thought she had to do everything herself.

LESSON 2: LEVERAGE YOUR EXPERTISE INTO MULTIPLE REVENUE STREAMS

Dr. Gabrielle Lyon came to me as a concierge physician serving high-performers and New York Times Best Selling Author.

Brilliant doctor, but she was thinking like a doctor, not like an entrepreneur.

Since we started working together:

  • She got a book deal with Simon & Schuster – New York Times Best Seller.
  • Built a top-ranked podcast and get paid big time by sponsors.
  • Scaled her medical practice to multiple 7 figures serving patients nationwide.
  • And created a message that’s changing how people think about health optimization.

She put it best: “As a physician, being an entrepreneur does not come second nature. Bedros helped me figure out my blind spots and become a better entrepreneur.”

Your expertise is your greatest asset, but only if you know how to package it and scale it beyond trading time for money.

LESSON 3: BUILD THE MACHINE WHILE YOU BUILD THE MESSAGE

Dr. Doug Lucas was a practicing physician when I met him.

He’d just left his practice because he wanted to impact more people, but he hadn’t even started his YouTube channel yet.

Before we built his content strategy, I coached him on his offer.

Within two weeks, he’d made back what he paid for a half-day session with me.

Then we got to work on the real stuff.

  • Created his high ticket offer and marketing systems.
  • Now he’s grown his YouTube channel to over 100K subscribers.
  • Built systems that let him focus on what he does best while his team handles sales and fulfillment.
  • Built a 7 figure bone health business that serves tens of thousands of people.

And he’s scaling his business while helping more people.

It goes to show that content with the right system and message behind it becomes a client-generating machine.

HERE’S WHAT ALL THREE HAVE IN COMMON

They didn’t need me to teach them their craft.

Bree knows beauty.

Dr. Gabrielle knows medicine.

Dr. Doug knows bone health.

What they needed was someone who’d built the machine before.

Someone who could look at their business and say, “Here’s where you’re bleeding money. Here’s where you’re wasting time. Here’s what you need to do differently.

Now hopefully these 3 lessons can help you get started, but if you’re looking for more than just tips…

That’s what Domination Year coaching is all about.

Most people have this misconception that you need to reinvent the wheel or come up with some revolutionary new strategy.

MY FAVORITE COCKTAIL

Back in the day, I loved a good old fashioned.

There was something about that perfect mix of whiskey, bitters, and just enough sweetness that hit the spot after a long day of building businesses and crushing goals.

But let’s be real – I ain’t no young buck anymore.

And as I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that having alcohol in any fashion absolutely ruins me.

One drink and I’m worthless the next day.

My energy tanks, my focus is shot, and I feel like I got hit by a truck.

When you’re running multiple businesses and coaching high-performers, you can’t afford to be operating at anything less than 100%.

So over the years, I’ve found a new cocktail that I love more than any old fashioned I’ve ever had.

You see, just like most people, getting sick in any fashion is something we just can’t afford. I’ve got clients depending on me, businesses to run, and a reputation to maintain.

Back when my kids were younger, they’d bring home every bug from school.

The winter seasons were like biological warfare in our house.

I’d feel something coming on and immediately send my assistant Joan on emergency runs to get fresh ginger shots from the health food store.

Poor Joan probably thought I was losing my mind.

Here’s the thing…

When you’re operating at the level I operate at, one sick day can cost you deals, momentum, and relationships.

And like a mad scientist every morning I’d line up 8-10 different supplements, trying to remember what I’d already taken and what I’d missed.

It was expensive, time-consuming, and honestly pretty ridiculous.

But after a ton of testing I perfected my health stack.

I’d take each one of these supplements daily:

  • Vitamin C and D for immune support
  • Vitamin B12 for sustained energy.
  • Calcium and Magnesium for recovery.
  • Zinc for immune function.
  • Pink Himalayan Salt and Potassium for hydration.
  • Turmeric and Ginger for inflammation.
  • Plus Echinacea, Astragalus, Cayenne, and Black Pepper.

I share this with you because for years, I’d buy a ton of vitamins and supplements to help boost my immune system and I always wondered why no one would make ONE THING that had everything in it.

So I did it!

Now you can do what I do now and grab my new favorite cocktail – Trulean Wellness Shot.

It’s everything I was buying individually, properly dosed and formulated to work together. One shot every morning, and I’m done.

It’s cheaper than buying everything separately, more convenient than managing multiple supplements, and it tastes good.

Make no mistake I’m not trying to hack my way out of taking care of my body.

I still hit the gym daily, eat quality food, and get my sleep.

But when you’re consistently performing at a high level, you need every advantage you can get.

Whatever season of business or life you’re in, don’t let a preventable sickness derail your momentum.

I’m ashamed to say this and even writing this gives me chills.

But the other night I got a j-o-b.

This is how my day looked:

My alarm went off at 6 AM.

Hit snooze twice because I’d stayed up until midnight answering emails.

Sat in traffic getting pissed off while listening to some productivity podcast guru telling me how to “optimize my morning routine.”

Found out some @ss-kisser got the promotion I’d been working toward for months. Ate a sad desk salad at my desk while pretending to care about quarterly projections.

Finally escaped the office but spent the drive home on a “quick call” with a client having another crisis. Walked through the door just in time to kiss my kids goodnight.

That was my nightmare the other night.

I woke up grateful it wasn’t real because I’ve built something better.

But here’s what pisses me off about this…

Whether you’re working corporate or building a business, I know guys living this exact schedule right now.

They’re trapped in the endless cycle. The hamster wheel that goes nowhere.

I share this with you because working hard isn’t the problem – working without a plan is.

Look, I’m all about the grind.

You should be putting in serious hours in the beginning. That’s how you earn the right to freedom later.

But there’s a difference between grinding with purpose and grinding because you don’t know what else to do.

Purpose-driven grinding gets you:

  • Time freedom to surprise your wife with date nights
  • The ability to show up to all your kids’ sports games and plays
  • Family vacations where you don’t have to worry about how much you spend

Purposeless grinding gets you:

  • A boss (or 47 clients) who own your time
  • Revenue that disappears the moment you step away
  • “Success” that costs you all the important moments in life

The entrepreneurs I respect most aren’t avoiding hard work – they’re working hard on the right things.

They built businesses that required sacrifice upfront but delivered freedom on the back end.

They help people transform their lives. They make real money. And they go home to their families every night.

Make no mistake…freedom isn’t about not working.

It’s about working with an end game in mind.

Building something that eventually works without you being chained to it 24/7.

Having the ability to sacrifice on your own terms instead of someone else’s.

Because without that plan, you’re just trading one prison for another prettier prison.

So if you’re stuck on your own version of a hamster wheel…

If you want to build something that changes lives while giving you yours back…

If you’re ready to work hard with a purpose that leads somewhere…

Maybe it’s time to explore what real freedom looks like.
