THE GUY WHO HAD EVERYONE FOOLED (DON’T FALL FOR THIS)

In 2022, Sam Bankman-Fried had the entire world eating out of his hand.

He was a billionaire crypto ‘genius’ who founded the cryptocurrency exchange FTX.

He was on the cover of Forbes, rubbing shoulders with politicians, and getting endorsed by celebrities.

Meanwhile, the dude was using hard-working people’s money to fund org!es and play house with his girlfriend in a $30 million penthouse in the Bahamas.

And the craziest part?

Everyone from Wall Street to Washington was singing his praises right up until it all collapsed.

That’s how good the act was.

I’ve been in this game long enough to know that the business world is full of people who have mastered the art of LOOKING successful without actually BEING successful.

They’ve got the right buzzwords and enough confidence to sell ice to an Eskimo.

But they’ve never actually built the thing they’re teaching you to build.

These gooroo hype trains always leave the station fast.

Selling you big promises.

But when they run out of railway – the chargebacks start rolling in, the reviews go south, maybe the FTC sends them a love letter or two – you’ll see real quick that they don’t walk the walk.

And when their program delivers a donkey instead of a unicorn, they’ll look you dead in the eye and tell you that YOU’RE the problem for it not working.

I share this with you because my first mentor didn’t teach me business from a slide deck.

He was a millionaire client of mine back when I was a personal trainer making nothing.

He sat me down, treated me like a peer, and taught me sales, marketing, and money by SHOWING me how he operated his own businesses.

He even loaned me $126,000 to build my first piece of software. When it flopped because Steve Jobs came out with the iPhone and made it obsolete overnight, Jim didn’t blame me.

He helped me figure out the next move.

That’s what a real mentor does.

They’ve built sh!t.

They’ve lost sh!t.

They’ve rebuilt.

And they teach from the scars, not from a script.

So if you’re looking for someone to help you scale, stop looking at what they’re selling and start looking at what they’ve built and whether their students are still winning years later.

If you are looking for someone to help you scale and are doing $25K-$100k/mo…

I SPLIT OPEN AN ENTREPRENEUR’S BRAIN (HERE’S WHAT I FOUND)

I’ve sat across the table from CEOs, franchise owners, real estate guys, and tech founders, helping them figure out what’s keeping their business stuck and how to take it to the next level.

When you do as much 1-on-1 coaching as I do, you get to crack open some interesting brains.

And after doing this thousands of times, I’ve noticed something…

The ones who scale the fastest all carry the same traits:

  1. Discipline
  2. Consistency
  3. Self-awareness

But recently I’ve realized that my favorite brains to crack open are healthcare professionals.

Doctors, surgeons, dentists, chiropractors, clinic owners…

…these people are wired differently, and I mean that as the highest compliment.

They already have the discipline dialed in.

Years of schooling, residencies, late nights, building a practice from nothing – that work ethic is already installed.

Most entrepreneurs have to be taught that. Healthcare pros walk in the door with it.

They also have an insane ability to diagnose problems and execute with precision.

Hand them a framework, and they don’t sit around overthinking it – they implement.

The only thing missing?

The business systems.

They’re seeing every patient, running every appointment, making every decision, handling the team, answering the questions…

…and because everything runs through them, the business can’t grow past them.

That’s where I come in.

Like an entrepreneurial surgeon, I go into their business installing:

The systems.

The marketing.

The leadership structure.

The offers that let them scale beyond themselves.

They bring the discipline and the expertise.

I bring the blueprints that have scaled 12+ brands and generated over $200 million in sales.

And when you combine those two things…

…dude, magic happens.

If you carry those traits — the discipline, the drive, the expertise — but your business has hit a ceiling because you’re doing everything yourself, that’s not a you problem.

That’s a systems problem.

And the good news is that systems can be installed to solve it.

In fact, you might want to see how I helped Dr. Gabrielle Lyon go from a concierge physician thinking like a doctor to scaling her practice to multiple 7-figures, building a top-ranked podcast, and becoming a New York Times Best Selling Author.

Or how I helped Dr. Doug Lucas go from leaving his practice with no YouTube channel to building a 7-figure bone health business with over 100K subscribers.

Or better yet, if you’re a healthcare professional and you know your business should be doing a hell of a lot better than it is right now, let me help you build the plan to scale it.

HOW TO BUILD A $100K/MONTH SERVICE-BASED BUSINESS

I’ve built and invested in businesses across e-com, apparel, supplements, franchises, software – you name it.

I’ve also been fortunate to coach entrepreneurs in dozens of industries, from fitness to financial planning to lawn care to healthcare.

But the one thing I know can be started with little to no money, especially now with social media as your marketing engine…

…is a service-based business.

Hell, I started Fit Body Boot Camp with literally working people out at a park.

The truth is, it doesn’t take much to open a gym, a coaching program, a consulting practice, a lawn care company, or a jiu-jitsu school.

And here’s the math to prove it:

At $200/month per client, you need 500 clients to hit $100K/month.

At $500/month, you need 200.

At $1,000/month, you need 100.

The math is simple…

…but not easy to scale.

So how you actually get there and keep those people is what I teach my Scale Syndicate members and private coaching clients. It comes down to what I call the 3 R’s of Scale:

RESULTS. RETENTION. REFERRALS.

Results come first. If your clients aren’t getting the outcome they signed up for, nothing else matters.

I’ve seen gym owners wonder why they can’t keep members while their facility smells like a locker room and their programming is recycled garbage.

I’ve seen coaches charge $1,000/month and deliver $50 worth of value.

Fix the result first. Everything else is downstream from that.

My rule of thumb: for every dollar someone gives you, deliver at least 10x the value.

Retention is the multiplier. When people get results, they stay. And when they stay, you stop filling a bathtub with the drain open.

Most entrepreneurs spend all their energy chasing NEW leads while existing clients walk out the back door.

Plug the leaks first, then pour in more volume.

Referrals are the cheat code. From day one, the conversation with every new client should be: “As I help you get the results you’re looking for, can I count on you to help me achieve mine – which is to impact more lives?”

They say yes. You deliver. They refer.

Referred leads close easier because someone they trust already vouched for you.

That’s worth more than any ad you’ll ever run.

Once you’ve got the 3 R’s dialed in, here’s how you accelerate:

  1. Add more value to charge more. I know a pool cleaning guy who charges 2x more per house than every competitor in his area.

He adds quarterly deep cleans, crack inspections, and minor roof repairs.

Doesn’t cost him much more, but it justifies the premium and makes the pain of disconnect high.

Same principle works for coaching, fitness, consulting – anything.

  1. Sell to the affluent. People who pay more, pay more attention.

And when the economy shifts (and it always does), they don’t cancel.

No one wins the race to the bottom.

  1. Maximize back-end revenue. At Fit Body Boot Camp, a member signs up for training.

But they also need nutrition coaching. Plus supplements.

One client goes from $200 to $350 because we’re solving more problems along the way.

What problems do your clients have beyond the first one you solve?

Look, if you’re grinding your way getting to $100K/month…understand that this is where you learn all the hard lessons.

It’s where you figure out your lead gen, your conversion, your fulfillment, and your retention systems. But once you crack that code…

…scaling to $200K and beyond is just rinse and repeat.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. The 3 R’s and the scaling systems I just broke down? That’s a fraction of what we go over inside Scale Syndicate. If you’ve got a service-based business and you’re ready to stop guessing…

THE ONE THING NOBODY ON THE INTERNET WANTS TO SELL YOU

The other day I was hosting a call for one of my clients’ audiences.

In typical fashion, I went over time and decided to stay a little bit longer to answer Q&A’s.

Now there’s usually one question that I get asked quite a bit…

And it goes something like this:

“What’s the ONE thing I should focus on to grow my business faster?”

I tell them the one thing that a lot of these alpha male money hack dudes flexing a rented Lambo on IG won’t tell you.

It’s because this is something they can’t sell you via an online course.

You see, I’ve been in this game long enough to watch dozens of “gooroos” come and go.

Two years later they’re broke, back on their mama’s couch, or not relevant anymore…

…because they skipped the foundation.

I share this with you because they built a brand on hype instead of building themselves into someone worth following.

What I mean by that is you can’t level up your business until you level up yourself.

HERE ARE THE SIX THINGS I’D FOCUS ON BEFORE I EVER FOCUS ON THE BUSINESS:

  1. Self-Discipline

How you start your morning is how you run your day, and how you run your day is how you run your business.

That means getting your sleep right, getting your nutrition right, getting your body moving, and cutting out the garbage habits that are stealing your energy.

If you’re hitting snooze three times and loading up on energy drinks just to function, you’re already losing before the day starts.

Discipline in your personal life creates discipline in your business.

There’s no separating the two.

  1. Clear Communication

Most entrepreneurs are terrible communicators and don’t even know it.

They avoid hard conversations with their team, their spouse, and their business partner. They dance around problems instead of addressing them head-on.

Clear communication means saying what needs to be said, when it needs to be said, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Your team can’t execute a vision they don’t understand, and your relationships can’t survive on things left unsaid.

  1. Decisiveness

Indecision kills more businesses than bad decisions do.

The speed of implementation will always beat the quest for perfection.

Make the call, adjust on the fly, and keep moving.

The entrepreneurs I watch win year after year are the ones who make decisions fast and correct course as they go – not the ones sitting around waiting for the “perfect time” that never comes.

  1. Emotional Resilience

Every entrepreneur is carrying around self-limiting beliefs – stories from their childhood, from past failures, from people who told them they weren’t good enough.

Those beliefs are like driving with the emergency brake on.

You can floor it all day, but you’ll never hit top speed until you release the brake.

That means doing the real inner work – therapy, journaling, mentorship…whatever it takes to get rid of the mental garbage holding you back.

  1. Clarity of Vision

If you don’t know exactly where you’re going, you’re just busy. And busy is not a business plan.

You need a clear, specific vision for what you’re building and why.

(I want to be clear, this is not just a revenue number, but the actual impact you want to make.)

When that vision is locked in, every decision gets easier. Hiring gets easier. Saying no to the wrong opportunities gets easier.

Without it, you’re just chasing shiny objects.

  1. High-Performance Team

You’ll never scale past yourself if you’re doing everything yourself.

And the quality of your team is a direct reflection of the quality of your leadership.

Bad leaders attract bad teams.

When you fix the leader (when you become the kind of person people want to follow and fight for) the right team shows up. That’s what I’ve seen play out in every business I’ve built and invested in.

Once you understand these six, nobody can take them from you.

Not the economy, AI, or some competitor who undercuts your price.

Because when you do the real work on yourself, the business follows. And you can repeat it every single time…

…just like I have.

Bedros Keuilian

THE ONE SHIFT THAT’LL ADD ROCKET FUEL TO YOUR BUSINESS

Mentoring the masterminds behind 7-figure to 10-figure companies is a responsibility I don’t take lightly.

Plus, it has its perks and privileges.

I’m able to see how different leaders think and operate, from ambitious startups to global powerhouses.

I share this with you because being in a seat where I am always hands-on in different businesses from various industries…

I’ve identified one shift so powerful that it acts like rocket fuel every single time they implement it.

Doesn’t matter the industry.

Doesn’t matter if they’re doing $1 million or $100 million a year.

The ones who scale fast ALL do this one thing…

…and the ones who stay stuck, burnt out, and buried in their business refuse to do it.

So what is it?

They replace HOW and WHAT with WHO.

You’ll face new obstacles and challenges at each level. And like anything new to us, we could be better at it.

However, there is always someone WHO has been there, done that, and collected the t-shirt.

These WHO’s are important to know at any level in business. They’ll help you easily navigate unknown areas because they know them like the back of their hand.

They know this because they know exactly HOW and WHAT to do.

Adding the right WHO to your business lets you install ALL of their experience and expertise.

And when you do this right, you’ll see your business flourish like the Amazon Rainforest.

Now, when you’re starting out, I get that you need to do everything.

But once you get to that tipping point of scaling, you must focus on the WHO.

And if you don’t and focus on the HOW and WHAT, you’re not building an empire.

You’re building a 24/7 Demanding Job, and you’re the boss.

(Good luck getting HR to handle that.)

Look at the WHO as the rain a jungle needs to grow. The more WHOs you have, the faster it expands. The fewer WHOs you have, the slower it’ll grow.

So don’t cause a massive drought because you wanna know HOW and WHAT to do for every single thing.

When I see people doing this, I know they’re being a control freak. And with that, I understand that they have a deep-rooted fear of uncertainty.

Let go of that fear. It’ll slow down your success like a micro-manager.

Let me share this lesson I learned the hard way:

The good WHOs that will grow your business don’t like to be micromanaged. They’re there because they want to be led by your mission, purpose, and impact.

So make the same decision the 7-figure to 10-figure leaders make and see how far you’ll go.

Be a Leader the WHOs want to make an impact with,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. This is exactly what I work on with my private 1-on-1 coaching clients inside the Domination Year – 12 months of me and you, building your empire together.

Here’s what that looks like:

– Bi-monthly one-on-one coaching calls where we get into your business and remove the bottlenecks killing your growth.

– Two half-day in-person sessions at my HQ in Chino Hills, CA — the first within your first month to optimize your systems, and the second at six months to strategize for the next level.

This isn’t for tire kickers or price shoppers.

This is for established entrepreneurs who already have a profitable business and are ready to scale it into something massive.

If that’s you…

WHAT I’D TELL EVERY ENTREPRENEUR IN AMERICA RIGHT NOW

When my family escaped communist Armenia in 1980, my father had one belief that kept him going through the KGB raids, the bribes, the uncertainty of leaving everything behind…

…that in America, a nobody could become a somebody.

And he was right.

Now I firmly believe entrepreneurship is at the heart of the American Dream.

And it’s been my mission to help the entrepreneur who was at one point just like me.

I share this with you because the world might seem crazy right now, but here’s what I know to be true…

…everyday entrepreneurs, just like you and me, can create an impact in our communities.

And while we may be small, those small impacts have a ripple effect across this entire nation.

Making it something worth fighting for.

Making the dream worth fighting for.

The same dream my father had when he brought my family to this country.

So if you’re feeling the weight of everything going on right now, here are two things I want you to lock in:

  1. Control The Controllables

You might not be able to change the government tomorrow, but you CAN control how you show up. Your health, your mindset, how you lead your family, and how you develop yourself as a leader.

  1. Become Financially Free

Make a lot of money so you can do a lot of good with it. Give generously, invest in your community, take care of your family, and build something that outlasts you.

Now look, besides listening to my podcast, I can’t fully help you with #1 – that’s between you, God, and the mirror every morning.

But #2 That’s exactly where I come in.

If you’re looking to build your own American Dream and turn it into a reality…

I’m hosting a free training on Tuesday, April 14th at 5:00 PM PST where I’ll show you how the Fit Body Boot Camp franchise model works, how our owners are building wealth and making an impact in their communities, and how you can do the same.

THE $100 MILLION DOLLAR LEMONADE STAND IDEA

One of the most therapeutic things I do is go for a walk around a local park near my private gym after a massive leg day.

Clears my head, loosens up the legs, gets me thinking.

Recently, I was doing my usual loop around the park on a hot day here in Chino Hills…

…when I spotted this little girl (maybe seven or eight years old) sitting behind a table on a folding chair with a hand-painted sign that says,“ICE COLD LEMONADE $2.”

Now, like any good salesman, I walked right up to her and started asking questions:

“How long you been in business out here?”

“How many cups you sold?”

“Who’s your supplier?”

(Her mom, standing about ten feet away, was cracking up at this point).

The girl looks at me, dead serious, and goes, “A lot. It’s really hot today.”

And dude…she was right. That’s literally ALL that mattered.

I didn’t need to hear the best pitch, see her Yelp reviews, or a fancy logo on the cup.

I NEEDED that lemonade.

It was hot as hell, I was dying out there, and she was standing exactly where I was going to be when I needed it most.

So I bought a cup and left her a $20 for the A+ service.

Honestly, if this kid plays her cards right, she’s got a $100 million business on her hands…

I share this with you because that little girl understood something that most entrepreneurs with six-figure marketing budgets still don’t get.

She went where the customers already were.

She didn’t set up in her driveway, hoping people would magically show up.

She got uncomfortable, packed up her little table, and planted herself right at the entrance of the park trail where every single jogger, dog walker, overheated dad pushing a stroller, and one big a$$ gorilla-back Armenian man was walking by.

She figured out where the thirsty, overheated people would be on a Saturday morning, set up shop right there, and let the environment do the selling for her.

And most of you are doing the exact opposite.

You’re sitting in your metaphorical driveway with the best product, the best service, the best coaching program, the best whatever…

…wondering why nobody’s buying.

And the answer is so stupid-simple it’s going to make you mad.

You’re not where your customers are.

Look, I don’t care how good your product is.

I don’t care how many hours you spent perfecting your sales page or tweaking your logo or getting the font just right on your business cards.

None of that matters if you set up shop where nobody’s walking.

So let me break it down for you the way I do with my 1:1 clients and Scale Syndicate members:

  1. GET CLEAR ON YOUR IDEAL AVATAR

Where do they hang out? What apps are they on? What events do they go to? What podcasts do they listen to while they’re stuck in traffic? What Facebook groups are they lurking in at midnight when they can’t sleep because their business is stressing them out?

My companies are constantly interviewing our customers, getting feedback, asking who they are and what they actually want.

If you can’t answer those questions with specifics, you don’t know your customer. You’re guessing. And guessing is expensive.

  1. DON’T WAIT FOR THEM TO FIND YOU

That lemonade girl didn’t take out a billboard. She didn’t run Facebook ads. She went to the park entrance with a table and some cups because she knew that’s where the thirsty people would be.

For you, that might mean showing up in the DMs of people who just posted about the exact problem you solve. It might mean getting on stages where your ideal clients are sitting in the audience. It might mean creating content on the one platform where your people actually spend time instead of trying to be everywhere and being effective nowhere.

Speed of implementation, fellas. Pick the spot. Show up. Sell.

  1. LET THE ENVIRONMENT SELL FOR YOU

The best sales happen when the customer already wants what you have BEFORE you open your mouth. That girl didn’t convince me I was thirsty – I was already dying out there. She just made it easy for me to say yes.

Your job isn’t to create demand out of thin air. Your job is to find the people who are already in pain, already searching for a solution, already sweating in the heat…

…and be the ice cold lemonade sitting right in front of them.

That’s it. That’s the whole game.

Find the park.

Set up the table.

Sell the lemonade.

Bedros Keuilian

HOW TO BUILD A PROFITABLE PERSONAL BRAND

Branding is not what it used to be.

Branding is not what it used to be.

There was a time when branding was for big companies like Coke, Nike, and Ford. Today, you and I can build a personal brand without having to spend millions of dollars on TV and billboard ads.

Then
social media came, and it completely changed how we create brands.

It allowed anyone to get millions of views and build a brand for little to nothing.

It used to be that if you showed up consistently and posted good content, you could build a real following and stand out in your industry or space.

But the game has changed…

It used to be that if you showed up consistently and posted good content, you could build a real following and stand out in your industry or space.

But between AI-generated content, everyone and their uncle starting a podcast, and every guru on the planet telling you to “just post more”…

…the value of creating content online has dropped through the floor.

Online content has become a cheap commodity when attention is more expensive than ever.

Most content is worth pennies when people’s attention costs millions.

And when everybody’s doing the same thing, nobody stands out.

Your reel looks like his reel.

Your hot take sounds like her hot take.

And before you know it you’re shaking your @ss like an OnlyFans model trying to get cheap views that you can’t even monetize.

The algorithm doesn’t care how well you know your expertise…it’s already trained people to move on to the next piece of content 0.5 seconds later.

(Do you remember the last piece of content you saw that stuck with you? Probably not.)

So here’s what I’ve learned after building multiple brands, generating over $200 million in annual sales, and spending decades in this game…

The single best thing you can do to build your personal brand

doesn’t require an internet connection.

It’s writing a book.

A book is the #1 authority piece because, unlike a piece of content that dies in 24 hours, a book works for you for life.

It sits on someone’s desk at work.

It gets passed to a business partner.

It gets read on a 4-hour flight.

It get recommended for lifetime on Amazon.

When you have a book, people see you as the real exert and authority in your space.

And when they see you as the authority, your leads come in easier, your marketing costs go down, the sales objections drop, your prices go up, referrals go up, and your stick rate with customers skyrockets.

Because people want to work with the person they trust.

And nothing builds trust faster than a book with your name on it.

Which is why I’m hosting a FREE webinar on April 8th with my good friend Chandler Bolt (the founder of selfpublishing.com), who’s helped over 8,000 authors get published.

In fact, I’m in the process of writing my second book and this time I’m self-publishing it. I plan to use my new book to build even bigger authority and to drive tons more leads to my businesses.

On the free webinar we’re going to walk you through exactly:

  • How self-publishing works
  • Why you don’t need a traditional publisher
  • How to turn your book into a lead-generating machine

This is exactly what I did with my first book Man Up and exactly what I’m doing right now with my next book through selfpublishing.com. (BTW, I’m a paying customer of their service

ENTREPRENEURSHIP IS UNPREDICTABLE (UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THIS)

The game of entrepreneurship can be unpredictable.

Economic downturns, market crashes, and global events.

Anything can happen at any time and most entrepreneurs aren’t ready for it.

Regardless of what happens, you have two options:

  1. Be Problem-Focused: Play the blame game, complain about all your problems, and wait for someone to come save you.
  2. Be Solution-Focused: Roll up your sleeves, adapt to the situation, and find a way to turn a problem into an opportunity.

I share this with you because most people who choose option 1 never make it in this game.

That’s a one-way ticket to a life of mediocrity.

For every problem, there’s a solution waiting to be executed.

That’s the mindset I’ve built every single one of my companies on, and it’s the first thing I teach my coaching clients.

HERE’S HOW TO BE SOLUTION FOCUSED:

  1. Control what you can control. You can’t predict the economy, a new competitor, or what the government decides to do next. But you CAN control your offer, your marketing, your sales process, and your daily output.
  2. Build systems, not hopes. Hope is not a strategy. When something goes sideways, the question isn’t “why is this happening to me?” it’s “what system do I need so this never catches me off guard again?” Lead gen systems, client retention systems, revenue diversification systems.
  3. Surround yourself with other solution-focused people. Get in rooms with people who are already solving the problems you’re still stressing about. That alone will collapse years off your learning curve.

Now you can absolutely do all of this on your own.

In fact plenty of entrepreneurs do.

But it’s a hell of a lot easier when you’ve got a team of solution-focused individuals who are already figuring it out as problems occur, so you don’t have to.

That’s what we’ve done at Fit Body Boot Camp for over a decade now.

Crafting systems to keep our gyms profitable no matter what the economy throws at us.

Designing marketing strategies that pull in leads like a magnet.

Unveiling new revenue streams that most gym owners don’t even know exist.

Watch this video to see what I mean.

Constantly innovating, adapting, and thriving…

…REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

And if you love helping people, you’ve got a fire in your belly, and you’re wired to be solution-focused, then opening your own Fit Body Boot Camp location might be the perfect fit for you.

Owning a Fit Body Boot Camp isn’t just about making a lot of money (even though that will happen). It’s about personal growth, community impact, and building a legacy.

I personally want to show you how we’re doing it here.

Make no mistake, sooner or later there will be a Fit Body Boot Camp opening in your community so why not be the one opening it?

MY NYQUIL AND VICODIN ROUTINE

Back in 2012 if you saw me you’d think I was the healthiest dude in any room.

I was fit, worked out religiously, and looked like the last person on earth who’d end up in a doctor’s office with wires hanging off his chest.

But behind closed doors I was secretly falling apart.

I was 38 years old…

Running a business that was bleeding money, and telling myself this was just what it takes.

If you’ve read my book you know what happened next.

One Monday morning my chest locked up, my vision tunneled, and I thought I was having a heart attack.

Turned out it was a massive anxiety attack.

I share this with you because that was my wake-up call, and one of my biggest regrets in life is that it took a fake heart attack to get me to pay attention to what I was doing to my body.

I spent my 30s and early 40s ignoring my nutrition, skipping sleep, and putting zero thought into what I was putting in my body.

Prior to my anxiety attack, I was taking NyQuil and leftover Vicodin from a knee surgery just to fall asleep at night.

Then drowning myself in coffee and pre-workout energy drinks all day just to function.

And the price wasn’t just physical.

My mind got foggy, my decision-making turned to wet cement, and I’d lose my train of thought mid-sentence at HQ…

…and play it off like I was “just busy.”

So here’s what I stripped it all down to after that day:

  1. Nutrition became non-negotiable. High protein, real greens, minimum junk. I stopped eating like a frat kid and started eating like a man who wants to be sharp at 50, 60, 70.
  2. Sleep became sacred. Now I get my 7-8 hours and I’m sharper by 6am than I used to be by noon back in my NyQuil days.
  3. I got obsessive about what goes IN my body beyond food. This is where most guys drop the ball. It’s part of the reason why I created the Everyday Wellness Shot.

Look, I can’t go back in time and slap some sense into 38-year-old Bedros who thought popping NyQuil and chugging pre-workout was a “health routine”.

But I can make damn sure that from here on out, my mind is sharp, my body is dialed in, and I’m not leaving anything on the table for my kids, my wife, my team, and the empire I’ve built.

Because at this point it’s not about looking good at the beach (although that’s a nice bonus).

It’s all about longevity for me…

…And still being dangerous at this game of entrepreneurship when other guys my age are slowing down and blaming it on “getting older.”

Getting older isn’t the problem.

Ignoring your health for 15 years is.
