PLUG UP YOUR BACK DOOR

Every entrepreneur makes mistakes.

I’ve made plenty over the years.

But there’s one mistake I see over and over again…

…and it’s costing business owners thousands of dollars every month.

They focus all their energy on getting new customers through the front door…

…while leaving the back door wide open.

Customers walk in. Look around. Then walk right out the back door.

It’s a revolving door and you’re BLEEDING money.

They think:

“I just need more traffic. More ads. More customers walking through the door.”

I share this with you because new sales aren’t your business’s lifeblood.

Customer retention is.

A business that doesn’t retain customers is always in emergency mode.

Smart business owners know better.

Yes, it costs money to retain a customer.

BUT IT COSTS WAY MORE TO FIND A NEW ONE.

A returning customer already knows, likes, and trusts you.

That means they’re more likely to buy again. They require less marketing, which means higher profits.

And if they’re happy with you? They refer more people your way.

I’ve always found that retention is the byproduct of a happy customer.

And happy customers come from delivering real results.

When you go all in on providing world-class service, your business doesn’t just survive.

It thrives.

We’ve nailed this down at Fit Body Boot Camp.

Our retention rates are through the roof because we’re obsessed with delivering results for our members. With everything designed to keep people from slipping through the back door because they’re actually getting what they paid for.

And because of that, our franchise owners aren’t constantly scrambling for new customers.

They’re building stable, predictable, and profitable businesses.

The back door is plugged up. Customers aren’t walking out. They’re staying, referring, and building long-term value.

If you’ve ever thought about opening a business without the constant stress of chasing new sales…

…without having to worry about where your next customer is coming from…

…maybe it’s time to look into opening a Fit Body Boot Camp.

We’re expanding. And with the initiatives we have in place, I have no doubt we’re heading into a record-breaking year.

THE GOVERNMENT WON’T TALK ABOUT THIS

Here’s what’s interesting about politics.

When one side is in power, they’ll tell you everything is great. The economy’s booming, jobs are up, and America’s winning.

The other side? They’ll scream about how everything’s falling apart. It’s doom and gloom about the recession coming, unemployment is up, and the American dream is over.

Then their guy swaps seats in the Oval Office, and suddenly they reverse their talking points.

Regardless of which side you’re on, there’s something you’re experiencing right now in your business…

…and probably feeling in your bank account.

You see, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that the economy is struggling.

And we’re either already in a recession or heading straight into one.

Looking at early Q1 of 2026, it’s shaping up to be one of the weakest quarters for consumer confidence in years.

Credit card debt at all-time highs. Inflation still climbing.

Just last week the stock market dipped 900 points in one day.

And if you’re an entrepreneur, you’re watching your sales drop and your revenue shrink.

But here’s the thing…

It’s NOT all bad news.

When the economy tanks, there’s ALWAYS opportunity for those smart enough to see it.

The problem is that most struggling business owners keep running their business the exact same way they always have.

And that’s a death sentence in any economy.

I’ve been through this twice before.

Scaled Fit Body Boot Camp through the 2008 housing crash and grew my companies through the pandemic lockdowns.

I can tell you from firsthand experience that there is ALWAYS hidden opportunity during downturns.

BUT YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHERE TO LOOK.

Most entrepreneurs hope things will magically get better if they just keep doing what they’ve always done.

That’s rarely what happens.

The way you marketed and sold in 2023 when money was flowing? That doesn’t work now.

When consumer confidence drops and wallets tighten, you need a different playbook.

The businesses that refuse to adapt? They’re bleeding sales, shrinking profits, and soon enough, they’re shutting down.

I don’t want that to be you.

I share this with you because with all my Domination Year coaching clients, this is exactly what we’re working on right now.

Finding the hidden opportunities, making the pivots, and taking advantage while everyone else is panicking.

Because here’s what most people don’t understand…

…money doesn’t disappear during recessions. It just changes hands.

Your job as a leader is to figure out who has the money now and how you need to shift your offer, your process, or your business model to get it.

That’s the pivot.

But the thing you can’t do…

The thing you should NOT do…

…is keep running the same playbook hoping it suddenly starts working again.

That almost never happens.

You need to spot the opportunity in this new economy and make the pivots that get your business back to growth and profitability.

That’s your job as the founder and leader.

And if you want me to help you install the systems and processes so economic downturns don’t destroy your revenue, that’s exactly what we do in Domination Year.

I work with you personally to find those hidden opportunities, make the right pivots, and scale your business faster – no matter what’s happening in the broader economy.

If you’re already doing $150K+ per year and you’re ready to take control of your growth in 2026, let’s talk.

This video will explain how we can work together.

Look forward to working with you,

Bedros Keuilian

BREAK FREE FROM THE ATTENTION THIEVES

We’re surrounded by so many distractions, and our attention is being pulled in a million different directions.

It’s harder than ever to maintain the levels of focus you need to be successful.

I struggled with this too.

As an entrepreneur, my attention gets pulled a million different ways – clients trying to reach me, team meetings, running multiple businesses, people constantly trying to get my time…

And then there’s social media.

Look, social media is part of life. If you’re growing a business or you’re an entrepreneur, you need to be on social media.

But the problem is these companies are treating us like lab rats.

They’ve designed the apps to steal our attention any way they can.

Every ping, notification, and scroll is reconditioning your brain to be distracted.

I call these social media companies “attention thieves” because they’re stealing your attention from what matters most…your goals.

I’m not here to go down that rabbit hole on how these studies even show they’re destroying our brains.

I’m here to show you how to break free from the attention thieves and rewire your brain with intentional effort.

Rather than being a victim to it, here’s how to turn it into your advantage and take back your attention.

HERE’S HOW I BROKE THE CONDITIONING:

1.) WEAN YOURSELF OFF SOCIAL MEDIA

I get that social media is part of life. But it doesn’t have to consume your life.

I limit my time to specific windows each day. I use that time intentionally – create content for my business, connect with people, then I’m out.

Turn off notifications. Those constant dings are reconditioning you to be that lab rat pressing the lever.

2.) CREATE A DISTRACTION-FREE ENVIRONMENT

When it’s time to work, my phone goes face down and out of reach.

When I’m training jiu-jitsu or lifting, phone stays in my gym bag. When I’m coaching clients, phone stays off my desk. Do Not Disturb is always on.

Whatever your distraction-free environment looks like, don’t let personal messages or random videos pull you off track.

3.) STACK REAL DOPAMINE

You know what gives me real dopamine? Rolling on the mats. Lifting heavy. Spending time with my family. Building a business.

Not scrolling TikTok or looking at influencer thirst traps on Instagram.

Find the things that give you real hits of dopamine…

Hitting a PR in the gym, building your business, making memories with your family…

Stack those instead of fake digital hits.

Focus is a muscle. The more you flex it, the stronger it gets.

When you break the conditioning, you can start to rewire your brain.

And when you start to rewire your brain, you’ll build the life you want instead of watching everyone else build theirs.

Keep going dude,

Bedros Keuilian

SUCCESS IS IN THE WEEKEND SEPARATION

The average American spends their weekends watching sports, drinking beer, and trying to forget their responsibilities.

They use Friday night through Sunday to escape. To numb out. To recover from a week they barely survived.

Then Monday comes, and they’re right back where they started – broke, out of shape, and wondering why nothing ever changes.

Now if you’re like me, you see weekends differently.

You see them as a competitive advantage.

While everyone else is checked out, you’re working on your business, getting in shape, or leveling up your high-income skills.

You understand that the work doesn’t stop just because it’s Saturday.

I share this with you because there are two types of people in this world:

Average people and weekend warriors.

AVERAGE PEOPLE:

They believe weekends are for “recovering” from the week. For relaxing. For taking their foot off the gas.

They tell themselves: “I worked hard all week. I deserve a break.”

So they spend 48 hours doing nothing productive. And when Monday rolls around, they’re in the exact same place they were on Friday.

Year after year. Same income. Same body. Same life.

WEEKEND WARRIORS:

They see weekends as the separation point. The gap where they pull ahead while everyone else falls behind.

They choose the “pain” of discipline over the comfort of laziness.

They understand that if going after their goals means sacrificing a bit of comfort to:

  • Build a business
  • Generate f*ck you money
  • Get in the best shape of their life

Then they’ll choose that “pain” any day of the week (and twice on Sundays).

HERE’S A FEW HARD TRUTHS FOR THE WEEKEND WARRIOR:

  • You get what you tolerate in life
  • Comfort is a slow death – prefer pain
  • Everybody wants to eat – Few Will Hunt

Success is built in the gaps – early mornings, late nights, and weekends

So keep using these weekend separations to work on yourself and your dream project.

Be a weekend warrior.

THE TYPE OF MAN I ADMIRE

If you’ve been around me long enough, you know the type of man I admire.

The Western characters – John Wayne, Clint Eastwood. The Schwarzenegger, Stallone types who ran into the fire instead of away from it.

Men who protected their families.

Men who were strong physically and mentally.

Men who held the line when everyone else folded.

But over the years, things have changed.

Turn on any sitcom today and the dad is a bumbling idiot.

He’s lazy, weak, indecisive, and almost always the butt of every joke. The wife runs the house and his kids don’t respect him.

This is what society is teaching our sons on what it means to be a man.

I share this with you because the type of man I admire – and the type of man I’m trying to raise my son to become – embodies these qualities:

  • Faces adversity head-on instead of running from it
  • Keeps his word no matter the cost
  • Builds discipline – physical, mental, emotional
  • Protects his family and stands for something
  • Doesn’t need validation or approval from anyone

These qualities might be rare today, but they’re not gone. And they’re attainable.

I believe you have the potential to be that man.

Those qualities are already within you, waiting to be fully realized and embraced.

But it starts with taking daily actions that build your character:

  • Doing hard things
  • Having the difficult conversation
  • Following through on promises to others and yourself
  • Being disciplined in your routines – exercise, diet, how you spend your time

Every day is an opportunity to build the version of yourself you’ll be damn proud of.

And if you’ve got a son, it’s your responsibility to show him what that looks like.

Not through lectures but through action. Through becoming the type of man he can look up to and model himself after.

Now go get after it.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. The next Squire Program is January 31st. If you’re ready to become the type of man you admire and guide your son on how to walk through the world with strength and integrity, this is where it starts.

TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR PERSONAL ECONOMY

Everyone seems to be talking about the state of the economy right now.

With inflation still high, credit card debt at record levels, and the US Dollar weakening, it’s easy to point the finger at whoever’s in office or blame the Fed for the mess we’re in.

But here’s the reality:

Your personal economy shouldn’t be affected by the economy.

Your personal economy is how much money you make, how much you keep, and how much freedom you have.

And as an entrepreneur and business owner, you have direct control of it.

In fact, we’re the only few who can control how much or how little we make.

I share this with you because most of us want to make as much as possible so our personal economy takes care of our loved ones, gives us freedom, and creates the life we actually want.

But only a few actually do it.

So why do so many fail to take control?

It’s because they don’t actually have control over their business. They think they do – but they don’t.

Most entrepreneurs believe they’re in control because they own the business…

…but if you don’t control your marketing, your sales, and your leadership – you don’t control your revenue.

And if you don’t control your revenue, you’re not controlling your personal economy.

You’re just hoping things work out.

Here’s what that looks like:

You’re guessing your way through marketing – throwing money at ads, posting content, and hoping something sticks.

You’re relying on hope to close sales – praying prospects say yes instead of having a system that converts predictably.

You’re the bottleneck in your business – doing everything yourself because you don’t have systems to lead and scale through other people.

Without control over these three systems, you’re not running a business. You’re running a hustle that depends on your time, your energy, and luck.

But when you install the right marketing systems, sales systems, and leadership systems.

You create your own economy with control:

  • You control how many leads come in.
  • You control how many of those leads convert.
  • You control how your team executes without you doing everything.

That’s when the broader economy doesn’t matter. The presidency doesn’t matter. Your competition doesn’t matter.

Because you’ve built a business that generates revenue predictably – regardless of what’s happening outside your four walls.

This is exactly what we’re installing at the 10X Intensive on February 7th in Chino Hills.

I’m going to show you how to take complete control of your personal economy by building the marketing, sales, and leadership systems that let you scale – no matter what’s happening in the broader economy.

So forget the BS noise about the state of the economy.

That’s not your economy to focus on.

As entrepreneurs and business owners, we hold the reins to our future success.

THIS IS WHY YOU MAKE POOR DECISIONS👇🏼

When I started Fit Body Boot Camp, I set a goal to hit 400 franchise locations by 2018.

Goals are easy to set. They’re aspirational. It feels good to set a lofty goal.

The ego thrives on big goals and dreams. Plus it feels good to go around telling everybody what you PLAN on achieving.

But the year was 2011, and we only had two FBBC locations, far from our 400 location goal.

Then the work began…

Building marketing campaigns, finding channels to advertise on, creating sales systems, and structuring an onboarding process.

Then there was the legal work, the hiring, the financials, the multiple big decisions that rested squarely on my shoulders.

The resistance set in. I could feel the fear, uncertainty, and doubt.

The Fear Uncertainty Doubt (FUD) factor set in hard!

That’s when we as leaders become indecisive. That’s when we negotiate with our goals and dreams.

We find ways to procrastinate. We stop taking risks, and we begin to play small and safe.

The best of leaders will make poor decisions and miss out on great opportunities when the FUD factor sets in.

Looking back, as we hit our 400 franchise location goals, I realized this:

The FUD factor isn’t always bad. For most people, fear, uncertainty, and doubt scare them into failure or slower growth…

…but for others, fear, uncertainty, and doubt become the reason they win.

You can look at a problem two ways…

Focus on everything that can go wrong and freeze. Or focus on all the ways you can find new solutions and overcome.

The difference is the leader’s level of resiliency. The more resilient you are, the better you will push through the FUD factor when it inevitably shows up.

Resilience is a massive superpower for a leader – build it.

👉🏼 BTW we continue to grow the Fit Body Boot Camp franchise brand across the U.S. and Canada and you’re invited to join our growth.

We’re now expanding into new territories. If you’ve ever thought about opening and operating a successful gym then I’d like to invite you to check if there’s an FBBC territory available in your area.

THE FATHER WOUND WE ALL CARRY

As fathers, we do the best we can.

I know my father did the best he could raising me.

He worked multiple jobs just to keep a roof over our heads. He escaped communism to give us a better life. He taught me work ethic by example – even when he was exhausted, he showed up.

I’m sure you have your own stories of your father you could share.

The truth is, our fathers weren’t perfect. And neither are we.

We all have our own battles we fight and wounds we carry from the men who raised us.

My dad didn’t show me affection the way I show my kids.

(That’s just not what Armenian men did back then.)

And I don’t blame him for that. Not one bit.

He gave me everything he had. And that was enough to get me where I am today.

I share this with you because here’s what I realized as I became a father myself:

Just because our fathers did the best they could

doesn’t mean we can’t do better for our sons.

We have an opportunity they didn’t have.

We can break the cycles.

We can fill the gaps.

We can teach our sons the lessons we had to learn the hard way.

Regardless of your relationship with your father, understand…

Our fathers didn’t fail us…

They gave us the chance to build on what they gave us.

To be able to write our own narrative of what fatherhood should look like.

HERE’S HOW YOU CAN DO THAT:

1.) ACKNOWLEDGE THE WOUND WITHOUT BLAME

Your father did the best he could with what he had. But that doesn’t mean you don’t carry wounds from what was missing.

Acknowledge those wounds. Not to resent your father, but to make sure you don’t pass them on to your son.

2.) TEACH WHAT YOU WEREN’T TAUGHT

If your father didn’t teach you how to handle emotions – teach your son to control his.

Didn’t show you physical affection – show your son affection.

Didn’t teach you how to lead – teach your son to be a leader.

This is how you turn what you learned the hard way into what your son learns the right way.

3.) BE PRESENT IN WAYS HE COULDN’T BE

Maybe your father worked too much, was emotionally unavailable, or just didn’t know how to connect. Whatever it was, you can change that with your son.

Take him to the gym with you.

Teach him a skill you wish you learned earlier.

Ask him about his life and listen.

Your son doesn’t need a flawless father. He needs a real one who’s willing to break the cycles.

Your father did the best he could.

Now it’s your turn to do the best you can – and that starts with showing up for your son in ways that matter.

You’re doing great man.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. You can’t change what your father did or didn’t do. But you can break the generational cycles and give your son what you needed at his age.

P.P.S. The Squire Program was created to help fathers do exactly that – a one-day father-son experience where you build the bond and teach the lessons that matter most.

7 THINGS BETWEEN YOU AND A 7-FIGURE BANK ACCOUNT

I came to this country from communist Armenia with nothing.

Didn’t speak the language.

Ate out of dumpsters.

Lived in government housing.

Got in trouble with the law as a young adult.

Fast forward 40+ years…

I’ve built multiple 7 and 8-figure companies and sold several of them.

So what changed?

I figured out the 7 things that move the needle in creating the wealth and life I wanted.

And I share this with you because if you want to have the best year of your life in 2026 and hit that 7-figure mark in your bank account…

THESE ARE THE 7 THINGS I DID THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING:

1.) IT’S NOT ABOUT YOU

Your business isn’t about what you want to do. It’s about what your customer needs.

I don’t always feel like getting on Zoom calls, speaking on stages, recording podcast episodes, or writing emails. But I do it anyway. Why? Because that’s the business I’m in.

If you want to make money, you serve your audience first. Your feelings come second.

2.) YOU’RE NOT BURNED OUT

Everyone loves to say they’re “burned out.”

But take it from someone who’s growing multiple businesses and constantly travelling…

It’s very hard to actually burn out. Just like it’s hard to overtrain in the gym.

Most of the time, you’re not burned out. You’re just spinning your wheels without direction. Your nervous system is telling you something’s off because you don’t know what the hell to do next.

Sometimes you need to rest. Sometimes you need to slow down. But you’re never actually burned out – you’re just unclear on your next move.

3.) UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS FORMULA

Business isn’t complicated.

It’s a simple formula:

  • Create an offer.
  • Generate leads.
  • Make sales.
  • Deliver the product or service.
  • Repeat

That’s it.

Most entrepreneurs overcomplicate it. They focus on branding before they have sales. They build elaborate funnels before they have an offer people want.

Master the formula first. Everything else is just a distraction.

4.) REVERSE ENGINEER EVERYTHING

You want to make $1 million a year?

Break it down: $250K a quarter. $83K a month. $2,704 a day.

Now you know exactly how many sales calls you need. What your offers need to be. What your KPIs are.

Work backwards from the goal. It changes everything.

5.) ONE ACTION ITEM EVERY MORNING

Every morning, I sit down and write one thing. The one action that will move the needle forward today.

My friend Jason Redman calls it “eating the frog” – doing the hardest, most important thing first.

If you can do one profit-producing activity every day, you’re winning.

6.) WHEN YOU HAVE MOMENTUM, DON’T LOSE IT

Momentum is everything.

When you find something that works double down on it. Like the old saying goes – “Don’t fix what isn’t broken.”

Drop everything else and focus on what’s working right now. Ride the wave as long as you can.

7.) LEARN SALES

I put this in every video, every email, every conversation.

Sales is the one high income skill that can take your business to the next level. If you suck at it, hire someone but don’t ignore it.

These 7 things took me from eating out of dumpsters to building multiple 8 and 9-figure companies.

Hopefully doing just one of these things can help you on your way to a 7-figure bank account.

And if you want help installing any of these into your business, that’s exactly what we’re covering at the 10X Intensive on February 7th at the Fit Body HQ in Chino Hills.

For one day, you’ll learn how to sell, build momentum, reverse engineer your goals, and execute instead of just ‘planning’.

>> Secure your spot

See you there,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. 2026 could be your breakthrough year. But only if you stop making excuses and start executing on these 7 things.

The 10X Intensive shows you how.

3 TRAITS TO TEACH YOUR SON IN 2026

Being a father in 2026 is one of the greatest privileges a man can have.

It’s also one of the hardest jobs you’ll ever do.

Because raising a strong, disciplined, grateful man in today’s world doesn’t happen by accident.

Kids don’t come with a handbook on how to raise resilient, disciplined, grateful men.

As a father, believe me, I get it.

Fatherhood can be a real challenge – especially if you didn’t grow up with a great male role model yourself.

I share this with you because the difference between raising a strong man and raising a weak one comes down to three specific traits.

And as fathers, it’s our job to teach them – before the world teaches our sons the opposite.

1.) Self-Control (Not Uncontrollable Anger)

A man who can’t control his anger becomes a liability – to his family, his business, and himself.

Teach your son to channel his anger productively. Not suppress it so that he eventually explodes. But teach him how he can use it as fuel.

Show him what controlled intensity looks like. Teach him how to be composed under frustrating situations. Let him watch you handle conflict without losing your mind.

2.) Discipline (Not Lust & Impulse)

A man who can’t delay gratification will always be controlled by his impulses.

Teach your son self-discipline early. Make him finish what he starts and keep commitments.

Show him that real men control their desires – they don’t let their desires control them.

3.) Gratitude (Not Greed)

A man who’s never satisfied will spend his entire life chasing the next thing and miss what’s right in front of him.

Teach your son to appreciate what he has. To say thank you. To recognize the difference between getting something he did and didn’t earn.

Show him that real strength comes from gratitude, not accumulation.

Most fathers never intentionally teach these traits.

Either because they were never taught themselves, or because they assume their son will just figure it out.

Without guidance, your son will default to the path of least resistance.

He’ll give in to anger.

He’ll chase dopamine.

He’ll always want more.

And by the time he’s 30, those patterns will be hard to break.

The fact that you’re reading this tells me you’re raising your son to be a modern day knight.

You’re the kind of father who wants to get this right.

And if no one has told you:

You’re doing great, man.

Enjoy the adventures of fatherhood.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. If you’ve got a son between 11-16, the next Squire Program is coming up on January 31.

It’s a one-day father-son experience where you’ll go through challenges together, build a deeper bond, and create memories that last a lifetime.
