THE ELON MUSK METHOD TO HIRING A-LEVEL EMPLOYEES

In October 2022, Elon bought Twitter for $44 billion.

Within weeks, he made immediate changes:

Fired top executives.

Ended the remote work policy.

Required employees to commit to work or leave with severance.

In doing so, he cut roughly 80% of the workforce – from 7,500 employees down to about 1,500.

People called him reckless, and most thought the company would collapse.

It didn’t.

In fact, that remaining 20% turned Twitter into one of the most efficient tech companies in Silicon Valley. They shipped faster, fixed more bugs, and ran the platform better than the bloated team ever did.

Why? Because Elon doesn’t measure success by how many people are on payroll. He measures it by output per person.

I share this with you because hiring is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make.

Hiring too fast creates fragility. You bring on people before systems are in place. Bloated payroll. Bad hires poison culture. And suddenly you’re drowning in meetings instead of growing revenue.

Hiring too slow keeps you as the bottleneck. You’re doing everything yourself. You can’t scale. You burn out. And opportunities pass you by because you don’t have the bandwidth to execute.

The key is knowing when to hire, who to hire, and how to structure your team.

Here’s how I think about it:

Outsource roles that are performance-based.

If someone is incentivized by results, they don’t need to sit in your office. Ad buyers will tweak the creative. Sales reps will make the calls. Agencies will refine targeting. Because their money depends on it.

Build in-house teams for core functions.

If the role impacts brand, culture, customer experience, or daily execution – bring them in-house.

Collaboration increases speed. Standards stay high. Energy compounds. People perform better when they’re working together under the same roof with the same mission.

The next time you’re looking to hire, look for these signs:

  1. Are they driven by performance and results? Outsource.
  2. Do they need to collaborate daily to execute your mission? In-house.
  3. Are your systems ready to support them? If not, don’t hire yet.

Hopefully this helps you as much as it’s helped my clients.

And if you need help pressure-testing your business and knowing exactly when to hire, who to hire, and how to structure your team – I want you at the 10X Intensive.

On February 7th at the Fit Body Boot Camp HQ, you and 19 other entrepreneurs will be able to pick my brain on this, plus my CEO of Fit Body Boot Camp Bryce Henson, and Navy SEAL Jason Redman.

Bryce knows a thing or two about growing a massive team across hundreds of locations. Jason knows how to lead one under pressure. And I’ve done both.

Plus, you’ll meet 19 other entrepreneurs who can help you – and I’ll share my Rolodex of vetted people and agencies so you’re not guessing who to work with.

ONLYFANS

The internet is a funny place.

If you would’ve asked me back in 2008 when I first started using it to run ads and social media to grow my companies, I would’ve told you the internet was going to change everything.

That it would connect people across the world.

That entrepreneurs could solve real problems at scale.

That small businesses could compete with giants.

That anyone with a high-income skill and some hustle could build something meaningful.

But instead, we’ve got millions of women (& dudes) shaking their @sses on camera for strangers, convinced they’re about to get rich doing it.

They’re putting their entire lives on display while weirdos with Cheeto-stained fingers and beer bellies creep in their DMs…

…all while making LESS than someone flipping burgers at McDonald’s.

Now, I’m not trying to knock people trying to make a living. Everyone’s got bills to pay.

But the reality is: The average OnlyFans model makes $180 a month.

All because someone sold them on the idea that it’s “easy money.”

That if they just post enough content, build a big enough following, and shake their ass the right way – the money will pour in.

I share this with you because new entrepreneurs and OnlyFans models are the exact same thing.

They look for the easy route to success.

And just like the OnlyFans model making $180 a month, they end up working harder for way less money than if they’d just built something real from the start.

Most new entrepreneurs:

  • Launch products before they’re complete because they need cash flow now.
  • Cut corners on quality to save a few bucks on margins.
  • Hire below-average people because they don’t want to pay what top talent is worth.
  • Skip building proper systems because “it takes too long.”

Doing any one of these moves is the business equivalent of shaking your ass on OnlyFans, hoping someone throws you a few dollars.

The entrepreneurs who win aren’t the ones looking for shortcuts.

They’re the ones willing to do the work nobody else wants to do.

And because of that, they become the 1% of their industry.

The top 1% build real businesses with real infrastructure. The bottom 99% are just hustling and hoping something sticks.

The difference between the top 1% and everyone else – OnlyFans or entrepreneurs – is simple:

One builds a real business.

The other just posts and prays.

The entrepreneurs looking for shortcuts aren’t entrepreneurs. They might as well call themselves OnlyFans models with business cards.

The good news? You get to choose which one you become.

And if you’re reading this, you’re already closer to the 1% of successful entrepreneurs than you think.

Talk soon,

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. There are no shortcuts to building a real business. But there is a proven path. And I’ll show you exactly what it is and how you can become the top 1% of your industry – WITHOUT you having to shake your ass on camera or hire a VA from India to chat for you.

If you have a business generating $150,000/yr or more…

This video shows you how.

WHY DUMB PEOPLE BECOME MILLIONAIRES (JUST MASTER ONE SKILL)

Growing up, I was never the smartest person in the room.

I barely graduated high school. I came to this country from communist Armenia not speaking a word of English. I’ve never taken a business class in my life.

Ask me about quantum physics? No clue.

The French Revolution? Couldn’t tell you.

How to code a website? Not happening.

If you sat me down for a trivia game that isn’t about fitness, jiu jitsu, or business, I’d probably lose every single round.

Now, as you can tell, I’m not the smartest tool in the shed…

Yet somehow, I’ve built multiple 8 and 9-figure businesses. And I’ve coached hundreds of entrepreneurs to do the same.

How is that possible?

Two things:

  1. Having the balls to take action.
  2. Because I figured out early on that you don’t need to know everything to make millions. You just need to get really damn good at one high-income skill.

For me, that skill was sales.

I learned how to sell. How to close deals. How to get people to say yes.

And once I mastered sales, everything else became easier.

Sales taught me copywriting. Because copywriting is just selling in print.

Sales taught me marketing. Because marketing is just getting people interested enough to get on a call.

Sales taught me how to build businesses. Because if you can sell, you can make money. And if you can make money, you can figure out the rest.

But it all started with mastering one skill.

From there, I learned how to install the infrastructure that turns a $500K business into a $5M business – and eventually into multiple 8 and 9-figure companies.

Here’s what most entrepreneurs don’t understand:

You don’t need to be the smartest person in the room.

You just need to master one high-income skill, then learn how to build around it.

Whether that’s sales, copywriting, leadership, marketing – it doesn’t matter. Pick one. Master it. Then build the systems that multiply it.

If you’ve got a business, I want to show you how to install the systems, the processes, and the roadmap that led me to building multiple 8 and 9-figure companies.

On February 7th in Chino Hills, California, I want you to join me at the 10X Intensive.

It’s one day with me, Bryce Henson, and 19 other entrepreneurs who are ready to master the high-income skills and systems that actually scale a business – without burning out or working harder.

You’ll walk away knowing exactly how to build around your strengths, install the right infrastructure, and 10X your business the right way.

Look, if this silverback gorilla who barely speaks English can build 9-figure companies, so can you.

You just need the right roadmap.

P.S. I might not win trivia night. But I know how to build and scale businesses better than almost anyone.

THE UNCOMFORTABLE QUESTION EVERY MAN NEEDS TO ANSWER

I’ve been watching what’s happening across LA the last few years.

Break-ins are up.

Home invasions in neighborhoods that used to be safe.

Smash-and-grabs in broad daylight.

Robberies in parking lots.

And it’s not just LA. It’s everywhere.

I’m not here to get political about it.

Regardless of politics or who’s running things (even if the current guy in California is a clown), there will always be people who want what you have.

People who see your success, your family, your life – and decide they want to take it.

The reality is…

When people get desperate, they do desperate things.

And right now, a lot of people are desperate.

I share this with you not to scare you. Not to make you paranoid or tell you to hide in your house with the doors locked.

I’m sharing this because the men who are prepared don’t live in fear.

The men who train for chaos don’t panic when chaos shows up.

The men who know what to do in a bad situation don’t freeze when it happens.

Most men have never been in a real situation. They’ve never had to defend themselves or their family. They’ve never had to make a split-second decision under pressure.

So when it happens (and the odds say it will happen at some point), they have no idea what to do.

They freeze.

And look, I get it. You’re busy. You’re building a business. You’ve got a million things on your plate.

But if something happened today…would you be ready?

If someone tried to carjack you with your family in the car…would you know what to do?

If someone broke into your house at 2 AM…would you panic or would you execute?

If you were in a restaurant and some aggressive drunk started threatening your family…would you freeze or would you handle it?

Most men don’t want to think about these scenarios because, for most, it’s uncomfortable and easier to assume it won’t happen to you.

But when it does, you don’t rise to the occasion. You fall to your level of training.

That’s why training matters.

Combat training. Firearm training. Scenario training with your family.

Now, you can try to piece this together on your own by watching some YouTube videos, taking a shooting class, or maybe signing up for a BJJ gym.

OR you can spend three days with me and Dan Fleyshman at Operation Blacksite and get everything you need in one immersive experience.

It’s a 3-day immersive training where you learn how to handle real situations with Navy SEALs, Green Berets, UFC fighters, and elite tactical instructors.

You’ll run actual scenarios like:

  • Room clearing.
  • Escaping if you’re tied up.
  • Shooting drills.
  • Hand-to-hand combat.
  • De-escalation tactics.

It’s a ton of fun, and the guys and ladies who come always tell me it’s one of the best weekends of their lives.

But it’s also teaching you skills that could save your life or your family’s life.

You won’t be sitting in a conference room taking notes.

You’ll be running drills on our private Blacksite Ranch, getting your hands dirty, and training your body and mind to respond under pressure.

And you’re doing it with other high-performing individuals who understand that being a protector isn’t optional.

Look, I hope you never need these skills.

But if the day comes, and for a lot of men, it already has, you’ll be glad you trained.

PULL THESE 4 LEVERS AND 10X YOUR BUSINESS IN 2026

I’ve worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs in the last two decades.

And when I look at the difference between someone doing $500K a year versus $5M…

or $1M versus $10M…

When I look under the hood of all these businesses, it’s usually the same three things missing.

And a fourth lever that almost nobody ever pulls.

I share this with you because most entrepreneurs end 2025 the same way they started it.

Not because they don’t know what to do.

But because they refuse to accept one uncomfortable truth:

You can’t 10X your business with the same strategies, systems, and network that got you here.

And the truth is, there are exactly 4 levers that create 10X growth.

Pull all four, and 2026 becomes the year everything changes. Miss even one, and you’ll stay exactly where you are.

4 LEVERS TO PULL TO 10X GROWTH IN 2026:

LEVER #1: BETTER MARKETING SYSTEMS

Stop throwing money at ads and praying something sticks.

Most entrepreneurs bleed $20K, $50K a month on marketing that doesn’t work. They switch strategies every 30 days or stay married to a broken strategy.

You need to know your exact cost per lead, your conversion rate at every stage, and which channels actually drive revenue.

When you dial in your marketing, you stop guessing and start scaling.

LEVER #2: BETTER SALES SYSTEMS

If you can’t consistently close deals, you have an expensive hobby.

You need a structured discovery process, a clear way to present value, and a close that feels natural.

With a real sales system so that you can train other people to close for you.

LEVER #3: BETTER LEADERSHIP SYSTEMS

You can hustle your way to six figures solo. But the reality is seven figures requires a team.

You need clear job descriptions, proper onboarding, weekly accountability, and KPIs that matter.

LEVER #4: PROXIMITY TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE

This is the lever almost nobody pulls, but it’s the most important one.

Show me your network, and I’ll show you your net worth.

You need real relationships with operators building at the level you want to build at.

When you get in proximity with the right people, everything accelerates.

Pull all four of these levers, and 2026 becomes the year everything changes.

But here’s the reality…

Reading about these levers and actually installing them are two completely different things.

You can spend the next 6-12 months testing, failing, adjusting, and hoping you figure it out on your own.

Or you can spend one day with me and get these four levers installed directly into your business.

On February 7th me, Fit Body CEO Bryce Henson, and Navy SEAL Jason Redman are hosting the 10X Intensive.

You and 19 other entrepreneurs will spend the day with us in my Fit Body HQ in beautiful Chino Hills, CA.

We’ll personally help you install these four levers directly into your business.

And you’ll leave with the marketing frameworks, sales systems, leadership playbooks, and a network of people who can help you execute.

MY AMERICAN PSYCHO ROUTINE

The other day between meetings I was scrolling Instagram and kept seeing more and more of these guys pop up.

It seems like ever since that Saratoga dude went viral for dunking his face in ice water, everyone’s doing it now.

They wake up at 2:30am.

Dunk their face in fancy ice water.

Then film themselves doing a 47-step morning routine.

It’s like watching an American Psycho morning routine play out in real-time.

I’m watching this thinking…this is ridiculous.

But then it reminded me that I had my own American Psycho routine once.

My wife used to tell me I had a mini pharmacy in my kitchen cabinet.

I’d be popping vitamin pills like a 70-year-old man at breakfast just to feel sharp and energized.

Trying to biohack my way to better health, better energy, better performance.

And to be honest? When I stayed consistent with it, everything else did get better.

My workouts felt better. Business decisions came faster. The mental fog cleared.

But there was a problem – that routine sucked.

Too many bottles. Too much time. Too easy to skip when I was traveling or had an early meeting.

So I’d fall off.

And when I fell off, everything else started slipping too.

I share this with you because routines and habits (no matter how small or big) are everything.

Consistency builds momentum.

And momentum leads you to the life you want.

In fact, the most productive periods of my life came when my daily habits were locked in.

When I was getting up early, training hard, and staying disciplined with my health.

When my habits are locked in and I’m moving, things unfold in my favor. Opportunities show up. Deals close. Problems solve themselves.

And here’s the key: You don’t need an American Psycho morning routine.

You don’t need to wake up at 2:30am dunking your face in fancy ice water.

You need to find the habits that actually work for YOU. The ones you can stick to. The ones that create momentum in your life.

For me? It’s simple:

  • Writing my GSD list first thing in the AM
  • Taking a Trulean Wellness Shot
  • Hitting the gym consistently
  • Training jiu-jitsu

That’s it.

And look obviously – taking a wellness shot isn’t going to put millions in your bank account…just like getting in shape won’t buy you a Rolex.

But if you can’t prove to yourself that you can exercise discipline in the small things, how do you expect to scale and maintain the big things – like a business?

This is why habits are the cheat code to continual growth.

But only if you actually stick to them.

That’s why I cut out the mini pharmacy and developed the Trulean Wellness Shot.

So maybe those American Psycho weirdos aren’t so ridiculous after all. They just found a way to stay consistent.

I did and I know you can too.

Just do it with a lot less Instagram stories.

THE NEW DISEASE

When we were young, life forced us outside.

We’re heading into a new year.

Which means a new disease is going around.

No, I’m not talking about some new Wuhan flu or another pandemic.

I’m talking about something more contagious and far more dangerous.

Every December, like clockwork, it starts spreading.

People begin posting quotes about it.

They talk about how they’re “locked in” and “ready to dominate.”

They film themselves at the gym with captions like “getting a head start on the new year.”

I’m talking about the disease of cheap talk.

I share this with you because talk has become a cheap disease that tricks people into feeling like they’re doing something when they’re actually doing nothing.

And I can tell you with absolute certainty:

The majority of people who talk the loudest accomplish the least.

Give them 30 days and most fall off.

Give them 90 days and the rest disappear.

But by this time next year, they’ll be back saying the same shit with the same results.

After watching this pattern play out for years, I’ve noticed that people infected often fall into two groups:

GROUP 1 – THE MAJORITY

These are the ones who carry the disease.

They need everyone to know they’re working. They announce their morning routine. They post their meal prep. They film every workout. They share every business move.

It’s performative.

It’s not about DOING the work – it’s about being SEEN doing the work.

GROUP 2 – THE FEW

These are the ones who are immune.

These are the people who keep their heads down and do the work without making a scene about it. They might post occasionally. They might bring you along on the journey.

But there’s a massive difference between sharing what you’re building and performing for an audience.

Those are the people I respect.

Those are the few who make sh!t happen.

As we head into 2026, you can be one of these two groups:

You can either formulate the best plan in the world, get everything perfectly lined up, wait for the stars to align… and never actually start.

Or you can act with urgency. Understand the general direction you need to go. Move fast, adjust on the fly, and let the plan develop as you go.

One of those groups leads nowhere. The other one changes your life.

You and I both know which group to choose.

THE HARDEST THING TO ACCEPT AS A FATHER

When we were young, life forced us outside.

We had to find our own fun.

Boredom was normal, not something to escape.

If we wanted connection, we had to knock on a door or yell someone’s name from the street.

Sad to say that our kids don’t have that world.

Their biggest competition isn’t another boy at school.

The kid who’s faster, stronger, or better at sports.

Or the one who gets better grades or has more confidence.

I share this with you because one of the hardest things to accept as a father is that our kids aren’t growing up in the world we did.

Their competition is no longer the physical world.

Their competition is now the digital world that never turns off.

It’s the nonstop distractions.

The engineered dopamine loops built into their phones and games.

The food that makes them sluggish instead of sharp.

The comfort that slowly replaces discipline.

And the easy entertainment that keeps them from building the resilience we were forced to develop by default.

What makes it harder is knowing that they’re learning how to deal with all of this by watching us handle our own lives.

Kids pay attention to things we think slip past them.

They notice how often we’re on our phones – scrolling, escaping, numbing every chance we get or using our phones as a tool.

They watch how we eat – whether we fuel ourselves or rely on convenience and comfort.

They pay attention to how we decompress – whether we hit the gym or hit the bar.

We don’t get to hide our faults.

Kids see more than we give them credit for.

And they absorb the best and the worst of us with the same intensity.

Raising my two kids taught me this:

Telling your kids who to be means very little if you’re not living the version of yourself you’re asking them to follow.

Kids trust consistency more than instruction.

And they sure as hell believe in what we model, not what we say.

And that forces us to ask harder questions of whether we’re living like the man I expect him to become?

Boys don’t become strong, capable young men through comfort.

They grow through challenge.

And ideally with a father beside them who is growing too.

EAT SH!T

Before we move forward, let’s get something straight…

When I say “eat sh!t,” I’m not talking about grabbing a literal spoon and heading to your backyard to sample the dog’s handiwork.

I’m talking about the kind of sh!t that appears when you decide you want a better life than the one you started with.

And believe me…

I’ve eaten enough of that kind over the last 20 years to qualify as a Michelin-star critic.

  • Starting a business with no money.
  • Going long stretches without a safety net.
  • Taking risks I probably had no business taking.
  • Working through stress that kept me up at night.

Those were the sh!t seasons that shaped me because, while they weren’t fun, they were necessary.

I share this with you because everything good in my life came after the parts that tasted the worst.

Eating sh!t is the humbling, annoying, and uncomfortable garbage that’s baked into building a business.

And every important chapter of your life will force you to take another bite.

The funny part is that’s EXACTLY what makes everything else possible.

Because the truth is…

Entrepreneurship is dirty work.

And if you want to succeed, you’re going to have to eat sh!t.

That’s something I’ve seen again and again after helping Fit Body franchise partners scale profitable businesses for nearly two decades now.

The ones who succeed don’t have easier lives…

…they just have a higher tolerance for eating sh!t by solving problems without collapsing under the weight of them.

Make no mistake, you’re going to eat sh!t no matter what you choose in life.

Stay at the job you hate?

There’s sh!t there.

Try to build a business on your own with no plan?

There’s sh!t there too.

So if you’re guaranteed to eat sh!t either way…

Choose the kind that builds your dream life, puts your family in a better position, and creates freedom instead of resentment.

Now if building a business is something you dream about, then I want to give you something far more digestible than trying to figure it all out on your own.

On December 9th, I’m hosting a Fit Body Boot Camp Virtual Discovery Day.

It’s a FREE webinar where I break down the proven path our franchise partners are using to win and why Fit Body owners grow faster, cleaner, and with far fewer setbacks than the average first-time business owner.

It’s for people who want to build something but don’t want to spend years wandering in the dark, guessing their way through every mistake I had to learn the hard way.

Because if you’re going to eat sh!t regardless, you might as well do it on a path that leads somewhere worth going.

And trust me…

It tastes a hell of a lot better when the outcome is freedom instead of frustration.

THE MOST UNDERRATED WEAPON IN BUSINESS

Let me give you a truth about business that most people miss completely.

Winning in business has nothing to do with how good you say you are…

…but everything to do with how good you look on paper.

I’ll give you a simple example.

I live in Chino Hills.

It’s clean, safe, family-friendly and one of the best areas in Southern California.

We have ranked schools, great shopping centers, and amazing restaurants.

Now drive just a few exits up into not-so-safe or friendly Pomona…

It’s the same weather. Same land. Similar location.

But the prices drop – FAST.

Why?

Because one area has a mountain of visible value…

…and the other doesn’t.

I share this with you because that’s the whole game in business.

You see, two entrepreneurs can sell the exact same offer…

But the one with stacked VISIBLE proof are usually the ones that win.

Have enough reviews, testimonials, transformations, screenshots, success stories and THAT person becomes the “Chino Hills” of their industry.

The perceived value shoots up, trust skyrockets, and sales become easier than ever.

Social proof becomes the ultimate weapon in business.

This is because…

People don’t buy because you say you’re good.

They buy because you can PROVE you’re good.

That’s why every business I touch is built around social proof.

Fit Body Boot Camp has member transformations and franchisee success stories.

Trulean focuses on photos, reviews, customer stories.

Few Will Hunt built proof right into their community of real people wearing the gear and doing the work.

Inside my Domination Year coaching, I drill this into my clients until it becomes second nature.

Because nothing scales a business faster than social proof.

One client of mine went from “crickets” to “holy sh*t I’m drowning in leads” simply by installing a proof engine into his marketing.

Another raised prices (and actually CLOSED more) because his proof carried the weight of the sale.

That’s the thing people forget:

Proof does the selling for you.

If you want to see what real social proof looks like, the kind that moves businesses into the “Chino Hills” category, let me show you…
