EAT SH!T

Before we move forward, let’s get something straight…

When I say “eat sh!t,” I’m not talking about grabbing a literal spoon and heading to your backyard to sample the dog’s handiwork.

I’m talking about the kind of sh!t that appears when you decide you want a better life than the one you started with.

And believe me…

I’ve eaten enough of that kind over the last 20 years to qualify as a Michelin-star critic.

  • Starting a business with no money.
  • Going long stretches without a safety net.
  • Taking risks I probably had no business taking.
  • Working through stress that kept me up at night.

Those were the sh!t seasons that shaped me because, while they weren’t fun, they were necessary.

I share this with you because everything good in my life came after the parts that tasted the worst.

Eating sh!t is the humbling, annoying, and uncomfortable garbage that’s baked into building a business.

And every important chapter of your life will force you to take another bite.

The funny part is that’s EXACTLY what makes everything else possible.

Because the truth is…

Entrepreneurship is dirty work.

And if you want to succeed, you’re going to have to eat sh!t.

That’s something I’ve seen again and again after helping Fit Body franchise partners scale profitable businesses for nearly two decades now.

The ones who succeed don’t have easier lives…

…they just have a higher tolerance for eating sh!t by solving problems without collapsing under the weight of them.

Make no mistake, you’re going to eat sh!t no matter what you choose in life.

Stay at the job you hate?

There’s sh!t there.

Try to build a business on your own with no plan?

There’s sh!t there too.

So if you’re guaranteed to eat sh!t either way…

Choose the kind that builds your dream life, puts your family in a better position, and creates freedom instead of resentment.

Now if building a business is something you dream about, then I want to give you something far more digestible than trying to figure it all out on your own.

On December 9th, I’m hosting a Fit Body Boot Camp Virtual Discovery Day.

It’s a FREE webinar where I break down the proven path our franchise partners are using to win and why Fit Body owners grow faster, cleaner, and with far fewer setbacks than the average first-time business owner.

It’s for people who want to build something but don’t want to spend years wandering in the dark, guessing their way through every mistake I had to learn the hard way.

Because if you’re going to eat sh!t regardless, you might as well do it on a path that leads somewhere worth going.

And trust me…

It tastes a hell of a lot better when the outcome is freedom instead of frustration.

THE MOST UNDERRATED WEAPON IN BUSINESS

Let me give you a truth about business that most people miss completely.

Winning in business has nothing to do with how good you say you are…

…but everything to do with how good you look on paper.

I’ll give you a simple example.

I live in Chino Hills.

It’s clean, safe, family-friendly and one of the best areas in Southern California.

We have ranked schools, great shopping centers, and amazing restaurants.

Now drive just a few exits up into not-so-safe or friendly Pomona…

It’s the same weather. Same land. Similar location.

But the prices drop – FAST.

Why?

Because one area has a mountain of visible value…

…and the other doesn’t.

I share this with you because that’s the whole game in business.

You see, two entrepreneurs can sell the exact same offer…

But the one with stacked VISIBLE proof are usually the ones that win.

Have enough reviews, testimonials, transformations, screenshots, success stories and THAT person becomes the “Chino Hills” of their industry.

The perceived value shoots up, trust skyrockets, and sales become easier than ever.

Social proof becomes the ultimate weapon in business.

This is because…

People don’t buy because you say you’re good.

They buy because you can PROVE you’re good.

That’s why every business I touch is built around social proof.

Fit Body Boot Camp has member transformations and franchisee success stories.

Trulean focuses on photos, reviews, customer stories.

Few Will Hunt built proof right into their community of real people wearing the gear and doing the work.

Inside my Domination Year coaching, I drill this into my clients until it becomes second nature.

Because nothing scales a business faster than social proof.

One client of mine went from “crickets” to “holy sh*t I’m drowning in leads” simply by installing a proof engine into his marketing.

Another raised prices (and actually CLOSED more) because his proof carried the weight of the sale.

That’s the thing people forget:

Proof does the selling for you.

If you want to see what real social proof looks like, the kind that moves businesses into the “Chino Hills” category, let me show you…

THE 5 FREEDOMS EVERY ENTREPRENEUR WANTS

There’s a strange thing that happens once you’ve been in entrepreneurship long enough.

In the beginning, you’re hungry.

You want the money. You want the status. You want to prove people wrong.

But stay in this game long enough to where you get punched in the mouth a few times, and finally stack some wins…

You’ll start seeing the game for what it really is.

You’ll realize the whole game was never about the cars, watches, or attention.

You got into this game because you always wanted freedom.

And I don’t mean the political kind they argue about in the media.

I mean the personal kind.

The kind of freedom that changes the trajectory of your entire life.

You see, when I came to this country as a kid, my family was broke.

We lived in a small Section 8 apartment and dumpster dived for food. My sister had an @sshole boss who was a complete creep, but she couldn’t quit because we needed the money.

Trust me…when you grow up like that, your brain gets wired differently.

You see, I didn’t become an entrepreneur because I wanted to just be rich.

I became an entrepreneur because I never wanted another person to control my life (or my family’s) again.

And I never wanted my kids to experience the fear and uncertainty I felt growing up.

So I wanted freedom – EVERY kind of freedom.

I share this with you because every entrepreneur is chasing the same five freedoms…even if they don’t know how to say it out loud.

I’ll break them down for you the way I wish someone had broken them down for me back then:

  1. Time Freedom

Time freedom is when you stop living by someone else’s clock.

It’s waking up, owning your day, and knowing no boss, no schedule, no “request form” dictates how you live your life.

  1. Location Freedom

Location freedom means your business doesn’t chain you to a room.

You can run the whole damn thing from your kitchen table, a hotel lobby, or while your kids are splashing in a pool and nothing breaks.

  1. Clear-Mind Freedom

Clear-mind freedom is when the constant chaos finally shuts up.

Your systems work, your team handles their sh*t, and your mind has the space to think, lead, and make power moves instead of putting out fires all day.

  1. Financial Freedom

Financial freedom is what everyone chases..

It’s when money stops being a threat, starts being a tool, and you finally make decisions from confidence instead of panic.

  1. Opportunity Freedom

Opportunity freedom is when your success starts attracting bigger doors.

The right people want to partner, better deals land in your lap, and you choose your path instead of taking whatever you can get.

The truth is most people never get all five of these freedoms.

Not because they aren’t capable…

…but because they’re chasing the wrong business, the wrong vehicle, or the wrong blueprint.

Now if you’re looking for the kind of freedom then I want to invite you to something special.

On December 9th, I’m hosting a FREE Fit Body Boot Camp Virtual Discovery Day.

I’m going to break down why our franchise partners are some of the most successful fitness entrepreneurs in the industry…

How they build real freedom…

Why they grow faster with less guesswork…

And how the Fit Body model sets them up to win in every season of business.

If you want freedom, a proven blueprint, and a real opportunity vehicle…

THE 10 HARD TRUTHS OF BUSINESS

A few weeks ago, I hit a major milestone.

I officially coached my 400th entrepreneur one-on-one.

Over 17 years I’ve worked with entrepreneurs from every walk of life.

Navy SEALs, athletes, doctors, beauty professionals, coaches, real estate investors, supplement brands…hell, even a guy who built a trucking company from one rig to fifteen.

17 years of coaching at the highest level taught me a lot about success.

But more importantly, it taught me what kills it.

To mark the milestone…

HERE ARE THE 10 HARD TRUTHS OF BUSINESS:

1) TIME UNDER TENSION

Entrepreneurial muscles are built like regular muscles – under load & over time.

Understand that the moment you start doing the work, there’s a lot of sh!t that gets in the way.

But you only get better as an entrepreneur under time. You get better at decision-making. Better instincts. Better at hiring. Better at marketing. Better at understanding your customers’ needs and wants.

Time under tension matters most.

2) PAIN PRODUCES PROGRESS

Whether it’s marketing, sales, operations, leadership, or communication, all of those are places where you will experience pain. Failed campaigns, ad costs rising, key players leaving, etc.

But understand that pain produces progress.

Without frustration, failures, and problems, you will not develop the mental and emotional muscles you need to carry through to the next level of success.

Study the failure. Adjust the inputs, your offer, audience, angle, follow-up, and get back under load.

The entrepreneurs who grow are the ones who keep learning through discomfort.

3) YOUR BELIEFS ARE YOUR CEILING

85% of entrepreneurs out there are breaking even or always in debt. If you want to be part of that sea of entrepreneurs who are barely getting by or losing money every month, then DO NOT upgrade your identity.

But I’m telling you right now that your belief system is the ceiling to success.

Whatever belief systems you have determine the ceiling of success you’ll have.

The sooner you upgrade your beliefs and identity, the faster you upgrade your business.

4) INFORMATION IS CHEAP. EXECUTION IS RARE.

We live in a world where you have access to everything.

You want to learn how to run Facebook ads? Go to YouTube, lock in for 3-4 hours, and develop the skillset to be a damn near world-class marketer.

You want to be a better copywriter, better salesperson, better leader? You can understand the concepts pretty easily now just by having internet access.

Information these days is either free or next to free. That’s why I say information is cheap.

It’s the execution that’s rare. More than ever, people are not out there executing. They’re like Thanos collecting infinity stones (or skills) and waiting for the ‘perfect moment’ to snap their fingers and take action.

I’d rather you know less, focus on learning one thing, and then execute the hell out of it.

5) YOU’LL BE JUDGED NO MATTER WHAT

You’ll be judged as greedy when you’re successful.

You’ll be judged as ‘unbalanced’.

They’ll say you think you’re better than everyone else.

But if you do nothing and stay average?

You’ll be judged for being lazy.

You’ll be judged for not providing for your family.

They’ll say you’re wasting your life.

Either way in life, you’re going to be judged.

So if we know we’re going to be judged, F*CK EM’! You might as well go out and win.

Spend zero minutes convincing haters and spend all your minutes building something your family will benefit from for generations.

6) SUCCESS REQUIRES OBSESSIONS

Social media has made us think success is waking up in the morning, getting a bowl of water, pouring some Saratoga in there, throwing some ice cubes in, and dipping your face in it.

The truth is you’re just going to kill a lot of time that way.

If you want to win and dominate in business, you’re going to have to stay obsessed.

The way we win is by doing the work on the thing that produce money and get people the solution they’re looking for in their life.

If you’re not going to be obsessed on doing that work for a prolonged period of time every day for years…entrepreneurship is not going to be in your cards.

So save the Saratoga water and win by doing the work that produces revenue and delivers solutions.

Obsess now so later you can buy back your time.

7) LEADERSHIP DETERMINES YOUR LIMITS

John Maxwell once said, “Leadership is the lid.”

Meaning sh!tty leaders end up literally ruining businesses that have 8-figure, 9-figure potential.

If you lack leadership in terms of vision, hiring, delegation, inspection, and communication, your business will only grow to the limit of your leadership.

Once you develop the ability to lead, you will hire much more qualified people and your business will grow.

8) DECISIVENESS TRUMPS DOUBT

The shorter the time between when you make a decision and when you execute…

…the more successful you’ll likely be.

The more you can time-collapse that gap, the more decisive you become, and the more successful you become as an entrepreneur.

Shorten the distance from decision to deployment. You will not have 100% certainty, but move anyway.

If you’re wrong, learn from it and pivot fast.

9) ONLY RESULTS MATTER

Effort doesn’t pay the bills, results do.

Too many people mistake motion for progress.

They talk about how much time they’ve put in, how many meetings they’ve had, and how late they’ve been working.

That’s nice…but where are the outcomes?

As an entrepreneur, leader, or team member, you don’t get rewarded for trying. You get rewarded for producing.

If you get assigned a task or delegate a task with a deadline, it’s not optional.

“We tried” sounds comforting. But in business, it’s just another way to say, “We didn’t execute.”

10) IT TAKES AT LEAST A DECADE

Everyone on social media wants to sell you the fantasy of “six figures in six months.”

If your goal is just to replace your job and make a couple of hundred grand a year…sure you can get there fast with the right skill set and execution.

But if you want to build a business that prints money while you sleep, creates jobs, and gives you freedom, you’re signing up for a decade of work.

Ten years of early mornings, late nights, weekends, and doing it again the next day.

Ten years of systems, people, and leadership layers that eventually let you step back and watch the machine run.

That’s how you build generational wealth and real freedom.

If that level of commitment offends you, get a job.

But if you can understand these truths, you’ll be able to scale faster, make more money, lead stronger teams, and build freedom in business and life.

And if you’re ready to apply them…

Maybe it’s time to sit down with me in person 1:1 for a half-day coaching session.

HERE’S WHAT A HALF-DAY COACHING SESSION LOOKS LIKE:

My assistant Joan will set up your half-day, in-person coaching session here at my office in sunny Southern California.

For four focused hours, we’ll work side by side to:

  • Identify bottlenecks in your business
  • Build a growth plan that increases revenue and profit
  • Design a marketing and sales system that drives predictable leads
  • Tighten your leadership structure so your team executes at a higher level
  • Prioritize the three key moves that unlock your next level of growth

You’ll leave with a clear plan, systems, and the confidence to execute immediately.

If you’ve got the product, the hunger, and the drive then this is where the next chapter in your business starts.

THE SIMPLE BLUEPRINT TO STAY LEAN & JACKED

I’ve always admired bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ronnie Coleman.

These guys dominated the Olympia stage with physiques that looked like they were carved out of marble. They had elite genetics and world-class conditioning.

The kind of bodies most men can only dream about.

Now I’m not like those guys when it comes to elite genetics.

At my core, I’m a fat kid who was chubby growing up. I’ve got the genetics of a guy who could easily pack on 50 pounds from just looking at cookies.

But I refuse to be that guy with a gelatinous dad bod who says, “It is what it is.”

Because the truth is, I’m 51 years old. 6’2″. 228 pounds. 14.5% body fat.

I share this with you because you don’t have to be fat either.

I’ve used the last three decades to build the body I want, optimize my health, and keep my mind sharp so I can continue to thrive and take on new challenges in life.

While building multiple businesses and raising kids…

And if I can do it, you can too.

HERE’S THE SIMPLE BLUEPRINT THAT WORKS:

I follow macros.

For me I do 225 grams of protein, 70 grams of fat, 200 grams of carbs every day. I backload my carbs at night because it helps me sleep, and I like munching while I’m working on my laptop.

Anything processed I try to avoid it as best I can because your body can’t digest that garbage anyway (especially as you get older).

I train six days a week.

Ten minutes of mobility and stretching, 40 minutes of lifting with supersets to save time and keep my heart rate up, then 10 minutes of sled pushes and farmer carries.

I also roll jiu-jitsu 2-3 times a week because I’m so inefficient at it that I burn 500-600 calories every session.

I keep my supplement stack simple.

I used to take 11 different supplements every morning.

Now I just take a grass-fed whey protein and one Trulean Wellness Shot every morning. It has everything I need for immunity, energy, hydration, and fighting inflammation, all in one shot that I mix with four ounces of water.

AND HERE’S WHAT I DON’T DO:

No alcohol.

I’m going on three years without it. If there was one thing I wish I stopped sooner, it would be alcohol.

If you think you can get away with occasional drinking, social drinking, whatever you want to call it…I’m telling you right now, it’s poison.

No energy drinks.

The older I get, the more I feel the repercussions of those stimulant-based drinks. They make me feel anxious and put my body in fight-or-flight mode.

No negative people poisoning my brain.

I control the input. The thoughts that occupy my mind and the people I surround myself with. If there’s anyone in your life who’s negative and toxic, you might have to eliminate them. You have to be ruthless in controlling what goes into your mind.

Look it ain’t rocket science to get and stay lean and jacked after 40.

You just have to stop lying to yourself about what you’re capable of and start doing the work.

You’re not too old to lose weight and your genetics shouldn’t stop you from getting in shape.

If you’re still able to move your body in any capacity you haven’t let yourself go past the point of no return.

Like I said early if a chubby kid with a bowl haircut like me can do it…you can too.

Bedros Keuilian

P.S. When it comes to supplements keep it simple. For me it’s taking a Trulean Wellness Shot every morning.

THE 3 POISONS THAT DESTROY MEN FROM THE INSIDE OUT

Lots of men play pretend. They pretend that everything is okay.

The house.

The family.

The business.

From the outside, everything looks good.

But on the inside you’re suffering – stressed out and it shows when you snap at your team for no reason.

It shows when you’re distant with your family.

You think you’re doing a good job hiding it, but you’re really not.

And no matter how much you distract yourself with vices, the poison is still there, haunting you.

In fact, it’s 3 positions that destroy men and keep them from achieving greatness.

THREE POISONS THAT DESTROY MEN:

POISON #1: ANGER

Uncontrolled anger is like fire. It can forge you – or it can burn everything you’ve built to the ground.

It makes you feel powerful in the moment, but it’s the quickest way to lose respect, judgment, and control.

Most men mistake anger for strength. But real strength is keeping your composure when you have every reason to lose it.

POISON #2: LUST

Lust is the silent killer of discipline.

It promises excitement but leaves you empty. It weakens willpower, replaces purpose with pleasure, and keeps you chasing temporary satisfaction instead of lasting fulfillment.

Whether it’s sex, attention, or validation – lust distracts men from their mission.

The man who conquers lust isn’t repressing his power. He’s reclaiming it.

POISON #3: GREED

Greed starts as ambition and ends as obsession.

It disconnects you from gratitude, makes you blind to what you already have, and convinces you that “more” will finally make you happy.

But “more” is a trap. Because when you’re chasing without purpose, no amount will ever be enough.

Most men will spend their lives losing battles they never knew they were fighting. Not because they’re weak, but because they never figured out how ot

And whatever poison you’re facing right now, you’ve got what it takes to control it.

For me, I have different reminders to keep me away from these poisons.

My morning workouts. My daily routines. My non-negotiables. My faith.

And even wearing my daily reminders – like apparel from Few Will Hunt.

It’s a reminder that I’m one of the few who chose to control the poisons instead of letting them control me.

THE NEW GOLD RUSH (AND WHY YOU’RE BEING SCAMMED)

Back in the 1800s, when the California Gold Rush hit, thousands of people packed up everything they owned and headed west.

Everyone was chasing the chance to strike gold.

But here’s what most people don’t know about the Gold Rush:

Most people who spent all their life saving to mine for gold DIDN’T get rich.

The ones who got rich were the people selling the shovels.

You see while everyone else was breaking their backs in the dirt, hoping to strike it rich…

…the shovel sellers were striking their own ‘gold’ selling tools to desperate dreamers.

Most shovel sellers never cared about finding gold themselves. They just cared about selling you the tools and letting you figure out where to dig.

I share this with you because that’s EXACTLY what’s happening in the coaching industry.

Gooroos are trying selling you the “shovel.”

They promise you a ‘New Gold Rush’ of freedom, success, and financial independence. They show you their Lamborghini, beach house, and laptop lifestyle.

But here’s what they’re not telling you:

They’ve never found gold themselves.

They’ve never built a real business outside of coaching.

They’ve never led a team and scaled a company.

They’ve never taken a company to an exit.

They’re just really good at selling shovels. That’s why most coaching doesn’t work.

The person you’re learning from doesn’t know how to use the shovel…

…they’ve only learned how to sell it.

And the difference between those two things is EVERYTHING.

If you’ve never taken a business to an exit, how can you help someone else grow a business and take it to an exit? You can’t.

I’ve used the shovel and gotten my hands dirty. I’ve built, scaled, and sold companies that created wealth – not just “cashflow” or “passive income” that disappears the moment you stop posting on Instagram.

That’s how I know the difference between gold and fools gold.

Look, you’ve got what it takes to find your gold…

You’ve just got to know where to dig, how deep to go, and when to stop chasing fool’s gold.

But if you need the map, join me and a small group of entrepreneurs who’ve already struck it in their industries.

The next Scale Syndicate is a one-day intensive where I get in the trenches with you and a small group of entrepreneurs.

I’ll help you identify exactly where your gold is buried – in your systems, your offers, your leadership, and your marketing.

WARNING: THIS IS NOT SEXY

Everyone wants to scale.

But most people aren’t willing to do what it actually takes.

And that’s why most businesses fail.

See, growing a business isn’t sexy.

It’s not a shiny new AI tool, a viral funnel, or a motivational quote on Instagram.

It’s keeping your head down and doing the work that no one else is willing to do.

It’s having the discipline to stay locked in.

It’s creating systems that make your business more predictable.

It’s the leadership of your team and tribe so that everyone’s on the same page.

The kind of stuff that doesn’t get likes on IG but gets money in the bank.

I share this with you because over the last 20+ years I’ve built companies in fitness, nutrition, apparel, and coaching…

…and they all scaled for one reason:

We did the unsexy work, we built the foundation first.

So if you’ve been chasing growth but it feels like two steps forward and one step back, this might be why.

HERE ARE THE 6 UNSEXY TRUTHS OF SCALING A BUSINESS:

  1. Build Standard Operating Procedures

If you don’t have SOPs, you’re going to stay small.

At Fit Body Boot Camp, we’ve got SOPs for everything.

Every process, every position, every scenario.

We even have what we jokingly call an “Alien Abduction Manual.”

It’s our playbook for what to do if someone on the team gets abducted by aliens because apparently that’s on the table now according to the government.

I digress.

The point is: if someone disappears, anyone can step in and keep the business running smoothly.

That’s what scalability looks like when the system works even if the person doesn’t show up.

  1. Plan Your Marketing

Most business owners are stuck in reaction mode.

They post when they feel inspired.

They run random ads when sales dip.

They’re always chasing momentum instead of creating it.

That’s not marketing. That’s survival.

In every one of my companies, Fit Body, Trulean, Few Will Hunt, we plan months in advance.

We shoot campaigns, design assets, and create calendars so we’re always ahead of the curve.

And at Fit Body, our franchise partners get the same advantage.

We give them plug-and-play marketing systems, photoshoots, and campaigns designed to drive leads all year long.

If you want predictable growth, stop playing catch-up.

Start planning like a pro.

  1. Build a Brand People Believe In

If your brand doesn’t stand for something, people won’t stand with you.

You can only discount and promote for so long before you run out of oxygen – money.

Real growth comes when people believe in what you do.

That’s how we built Fit Body Boot Camp not as a gym, but as a movement.

Trulean isn’t just a supplement company, it’s a community of people who live fit, give back, and serve others.

When people believe in your mission, they don’t shop for the cheapest option.

They invest in the one that represents who they are.

  1. Track Your Numbers

Peter Drucker said it best: “What gets measured gets managed.”

And yet, most business owners couldn’t tell you their numbers if their life depended on it.

I get my numbers daily, revenue, show rate, leads, churn, you name it.

My assistant Joan sends me reports every morning so I can make decisions based on data, not emotion.

And at Fit Body, our franchise partners have business coaches who review their KPIs every week.

That’s how they stay profitable.

You can’t fix what you don’t measure.

And you can’t scale what you don’t track.

  1. Build Culture

You can have the best systems, offers, and marketing on the planet…

but if your culture sucks, your business won’t last.

Culture is the invisible force that drives everything else.

At Fit Body, we protect our culture like our lives depend on it, because they kind of do.

It’s why we host our yearly World Conference to bring our franchise partners together, sharpen leadership, and celebrate wins.

Culture turns teams into families and employees into leaders.

Without it, all you have is turnover and tension.

  1. Be A Force For Good

Money is great. But it’s not the mission.

If your only reason for building a business is profit, you’ll eventually burn out.

The companies that last are the ones that do good while doing business.

At Fit Body, our franchise partners donate to local food banks every year through our Fit Body Food Drive.

At Trulean, a percentage of every sale goes to Shriners Children’s Hospital.

And every company I own has a giveback component built into the model.

Because when you make impact part of your business, it feeds everything else, your team, your customers, your soul.

These are the same principles that helped me build Fit Body Boot Camp, Trulean Nutrition, and every other brand I’ve started.

And if you want to build something that lasts, something that gives you freedom, fulfillment, and long-term success then maybe it’s time you opened a Fit Body Boot Camp gym.

Because while most people chase the next big thing…

…we build businesses that become the next big thing.

THE ONLY SHORTCUT IN BUSINESS

Most entrepreneurs don’t want to hear this and that’s exactly why most of them stay stuck.

But you and I are not most people.

So here’s the truth:

The longest way to success is usually the shortest route.

See, everyone wants to move fast.

They want to win fast, scale fast, and cash out fast.

But that’s not how success works.

It’s funny…I’ve trained jiu-jitsu long enough to know you can’t “fast track” your way to a black belt.

You get it by showing up.

Getting tapped out.

Learning.

Getting tapped out some more.

Showing up again.

If you try to skip the basics, you’ll get humbled.

The entrepreneurs chasing shortcuts always look busy.

They’re buying courses, attending seminars, watching YouTube videos at 1.5x speed…

…but they never actually do the work.

Because doing the work feels slow.

And “slow” doesn’t sell.

Every guru out there is promising faster growth, easier systems, and overnight results.

But here’s the truth:

The only shortcut in business is learning how to do it right.

The people moving slow are the ones who are actually getting somewhere fast.

Because while everyone else is sprinting in circles, chasing the latest “AI hack” or “crypto scam”, they’re quietly building something that lasts.

You want to move quicker?

Master the basics.

You want to scale faster?

Stop restarting every six months because the “new business model” came out.

If you want to build something that lasts, you have to slow down long enough to learn how to do it right.

That means learning how to market.

How to sell.

How to lead people.

How to build a kick@ss product.

And how to build systems that don’t rely on you being in the room.

Once you focus on that, everything changes.

The constant firefighting, the stress, the feeling like everything would fall apart if you take a day off is gone.

Sales will become predictable.

Your team will know what to do without me micromanaging every move.

You’ll start finally adding zeros to your bank account.

That’s the shift every entrepreneur has to make if they want to scale.

And it’s the one I want for you.

Most entrepreneurs never get to that point because they’re too busy looking for shortcuts.

But the long way is the only way that leads to success.

That’s why my companies continue to grow year after year.

They’re built on timeless fundamentals.

If you’re serious about building a business that lasts…

Come spend a day with me and a small group of driven entrepreneurs at Scale Syndicate.

You’ll spend a full day learning from me and a few of my friends on how to scale with systems, leadership, and strategy.

These are the same principles I’ve used to grow my 8- and 9-figure companies.

You’ll walk away with a blueprint to scale, confidence to build, and a network of high-performers who are all moving in the same direction.

THE WEIRD MR. MIYAGI LESSON FOR WINNING IN HEALTH, BUSINESS, AND LIFE

The other night after rolling jiu jitsu with my son Andrew, we grabbed dinner and had some man time.

Andrew’s getting older now, going on dates, living his own life, and not hanging with his old man as much.

So any time we can connect, laugh, and watch something together…I take it in.

We came home, threw on a movie, and ended up watching The Karate Kid.

I don’t care what anyone says nothing beats the original of Daniel LaRusso, Mr. Miyagi, and that headband.

But anyways…

You’ve got this scrawny, awkward kid who just moved to a new town.

He’s getting bullied, struggling to fit in, and ready to quit.

Then he meets Mr. Miyagi.

This calm, unassuming old dude who starts teaching him karate in the weirdest way possible.

“Wax on, wax off.”

“Paint the fence.”

“Sand the floor.”

Daniel thinks he’s being taken advantage of.

Until the moment Miyagi throws a punch…

…and Daniel instinctively blocks it with perfect form.

That’s when it all clicks.

Those “boring” chores were actually teaching him the foundation of karate.

I share this with you because most people are Daniel LaRusso when it comes to their health.

They want results fast.

They want the flashy training, the perfect routine, the “secret pill” that’ll change everything overnight.

But they don’t want the ‘wax on, wax off’ routine.

They don’t want to meal prep, drink water, go to the gym, or get 7 hours of sleep.

They don’t want to fuel their body with the right nutrients.

They just want the montage of getting healthy without the work.

But here’s the truth about achieving anything in life…

The fundamentals are what make you unstoppable.

When it comes to health you don’t need fancy biohacks, Ozempic, or celebrity diets.

You just need to do simple habits…consistently.

And the fundamental habits for staying healthy:

  1. Good nutrition
  2. Exercise
  3. Great sleep
  4. The right supplementation

Repeat.

It’s that simple.

Because no matter how far technology evolves, or how many TikTok “fitness hacks” pop up…

The truth stays the same:

  • Discipline beats shortcuts.
  • Consistency beats motivation.
  • Mastery is built in the boring reps nobody sees.

That’s how you transform your body and mind.

And that’s the same mindset I built Trulean around.

Because at the end of the day, your health is about consistency.

Showing up every day and doing the small things that compound into massive results.

For me, one of those small daily actions is taking my Trulean Wellness Shot.
